Topgolf is great for date night, an office teambuilding event, or plenty of other occasions. I've been here several times with different groups of people and most recently came with my husband to celebrate a special occasion. At times, we have come and not been able to get in due to long wait times so keep an eye online and have a Plan B in mind. You can reserve a bay online in advance but there is a reservation fee that you do not have to pay if you show up and get a bay on the spot. The food is good and similar to what you might get at a Chili's or Applebee's type of restaurant. At different times we have tried the pretzel bites, burgers, fries, and wings, and they are all good! It's a bit expensive but the portions are fairly large. Check out Topgolf for your next special occasion or just for a fun reason to get out of the house! read more

Top golf is a fun place to go to for entertainment. I absolutely had a blast playing the game. Food was okay, but nothing special in my opinion. Service was good, we were with a big group of people, but the waitress did a good job serving us read more

Pricey, but good fun! It can be tiring after about an hour or two depending on how many people you go with. The food is pretty good across the board. Beware of busy times; it'll be a long wait for a bay. They have inside eating areas while you wait and even an outside bar area that I'm sure is open during the summer time. Bathrooms are clean and up to date to include good lighting ;) Make sure to check their website and sign up for promotions & discounts! read more

Games was okay, but service was very poor. I wouldnt come here unless you only plan on playing top golf. The server seemed annoyed anytime we ordered something and would disappear without bringing our orders. My group ended up having to share waters, because despite asking for water no one would ever come back with any. The food also took very long to come out and the server appeared upset if you asked about the status of the food. Wasnt a great experience:/ read more

Y'all, I'm not a golfer but I do love a good time and a good burger. Hubby's family & friends were here earlier this year to celebrate his birthday and they wanted to golf so I tagged along, really, I was just hungry and bored. Initially our bay had a table with bar height stools but because my knees hate me we had to ask for a bay with a pit sofa. The folks here are not only accommodating but friendly. As they made fools of themselves i devoured one of the best Western burgers ever made! Cooked perfectly, the fries were crunchy and yummy and even though Pepsi wasn't on the menu, I so enjoyed my day here that when his brother & wife returned and they wanted to go back I totally made myself available for that perfect burger. It was quite messy and I didn't even care that I wore BBQ sauce home on my blouse. Oh, my sister in law ordered some of the most delicious queso dip. It's the reason I couldn't eat my entire burger this time. A heads up, you can't request a pit sofa group when you make reservations but as noted above, they're so friendly they'll find you a sofa for that person in your group with debilitating osteoarthritis. As far as pics, I am so sorry. My burger never stood a chance! read more

I've been here a couple times, both with party and I must say they have the worst customer service! The golf itself is fun, great technology to go with golfing. It reminds me of bowling. The food is not the best but there's plenty of food options. Now to the customer service. They have poor communication when dealing about putting a party together. There's a lot of fine print and way too expensive. The host, waiters or whatever they are called, are slow and confused. I'll Just say it was Too much negatives. read more

Awesome experience. They were busy but when we had glitches with our system for the first 30 minutes "Lizzy" the manager did more than make it right for us! She immediately called for maintenance who was also really nice. when they couldn't figure it out she moved us right away and really took care of us. She was so kind and personable and checked on us multiple times. The service our waiter Zachary gave us was amazing. This place has a staff who actually care and for that we will be back. It's not very often you find a team of people at a business who work together and are so genuine! read more

Bar - multiple tables not cleaned. We had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to our table. Food - small portions. Overpriced. Service (bar): WAY undermanned. Long waits. Service (bay): our experience was pretty poor until we got to the bay. Once we arrived we were greeted by multiple people and Skylar did an excellent job serving us. As we were leaving we noticed an employee (his name tag read Joshua) go above and beyond to explain one of the many games to a family. read more

Great place to come and have fun with family or friends. I always get the steak nachos they are my favorite and they have a great drink selection I like the mules and bloody Marys personally, but if you're a beer person they always have a ton of options. Service can be a little slow sometimes when there are a lot of bays being played. But I enjoy coming here on a rainy day or if it's cold they have heaters to keep you warm. read more

Bring your golfing glove! This place has it figured out. I'd heard that it was awesome before hand. And it's really fun. If you've never hit a golf ball before, this isn't the worst place to start. Try it out and if you're still not feeling it, go drink, get some food, play pool or shuffleboard. Food is basic bar food with a little twist. They insert subtle flavors like chimichurri to turn up the flavor profile. But it doesn't do that much. The food service was pretty slow. Took about 30 minutes to get food. When you have about 15 minutes left, our server did come try to settle up. Which wouldn't be a big deal except it's time taken away from the game trying to figure how to settle up. I asked if we could pause the game and she danced around the subject so I asked if we could do it after and she basically just ignored me. I had to firmly tell her I'd settle up after the game and move to my shots before she acquiesced. That was a little annoying. I get they're busy but with such a smooth system, you'd think they'd have this part figured out as well. The fans are REALLY crazy. Watch out or your coasters will go flying. The bathrooms are mostly clean. 3.5 out of 5. read more

This place was fun. I had not been to a Topgolf prior to this occasion. I think not having to fight the crowd helped a lot too as we had come in early and they were just getting ready to open. Coming back in the evenings, we would pass by and the parking lot would always be full. The experience was fun, and the system for delivery of balls was cool. I had gotten an order of tater tots as well as a healthy start sandwich. The tots came in their own little fryer basket which was cool. They also have a bar in the main area so drinks can be delivered to you. All in all, it'd be awesome to see one of these in the area of Cali since I don't know how often I'll be on the East coast. Worthwhile to sit in and pound some stress relief into the expanded green. read more

Topgolf is a genius concept for a great way to eat, drink, be loud, enjoy music, do a fun activity with friends, family or even a work party. I've been to Topgolf twice since it opened, once pre-pandemic and then yesterday. They are doing very well complying to covid regulations but still ensuring they stay true to what they offer. There are clear dividers in-between bays, there are bay capacity limits, all staff members are wearing masks, there are signage every where and sanitzing wipes readily available every where. Servers and other staff members are spread out on each floor so they are easily accessible and you don't need to go to the customer service desk for any help with your play cards or games. The establishment was very clean from our bay to the restrooms. The food is very delicious. Sometimes places like these that offer attraction/activities and food don't heavily focus on their foods but every single dish ordered was delicious. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of everything we ordered but we did order every single appetizer on the menu. As a pescatarian, I absolutely loved their Quest Blanco & Chips, Margherita Flatbread and Cheesy Macaroni Bites so much that we had to get two orders for the table because everyone was eating it up. Our server was Hunter. Big kudos to him because he was on top of his service, continue to clear the table, serving refills and making sure we were doing well without being to overbearing. Topgolf is for all experience level. They even have clubs for kids. My kids really enjoyed hitting the ball and seeing their scores. Regardless of how horrible you are, you will score something. I love that they run promotions such as "Half off Tuesdays". It's really a great place for just about any event and it isn't overly pricey either. So bring your kids, friends, parents, coworkers, or have date night here! I highly recommend it! read more

This was my first time experiencing top golf. First off the building and structure is nicely designed and definitely gives you a luxurious feeling. As for my experience, the different levels give the player or players a different view as well as golfing experience. The waiting staff was attentive and took our order quickly, the wings came out fast but our drinks took about another 20 minutes. The actual golfing was pretty fun. There are various ways to play that include points and a scoring system or you can just hit balls and practice with your allotted time. There are various gold clubs available from you to choose from depending on your style and preference. After playing two games we decided to order our entrees. My burger was fresh, seasoned well, and wasn't over cooked. The fries was perfectly cooked but could've used been salted better, there's salt on the table if needed. Depending on what time you decide to golf will decide the price per person. Overall top golf is somewhere to hang and have fun with your significant other or group of friends. Seeing who can score the most points is always fun. Try it, you won't be disappointed. read more

I finally made it to Topgolf for a birthday party in January and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. We did not have a reservation so we had to wait for a little while. No big deal. The hostess invited us to wait in the bar area and have drinks while they were preparing a steak for us. We ordered multiple dishes and drinks and everything was amazing! The drinks weren't "family-friendly" like most establishments. I was concerned that it would be cold since it was the middle of January but the heaters supplied enough warmth for us to stay comfortable while we golfed. The instructor was also close by if we needed any help. I have no idea how to play golf or have any interest in the sport but I had a good time trying to see how far I could hit the ball. I would definitely return for an event or a regular outing with friends! read more

We always have a great time at Top Golf! It can get pricey so make sure you are going with a group to split the bill. Always be prepared to wait, especially if you go on a Saturday. The last time we went we waited an hour to get called. While we waited we sat at the bar. The drinks were pretty good and food was ok. In my opinion, it could be better for the price. To sum it up, it's a fun activity to do with friends. I will definitely be back. read more

Went to Drive Shack before visiting Top Golf and it certainly ruined me for TG. Top Golf DID get us to a bay quicker, but it was a slow weeknight. Only half credit for that. The food was similar to a cafeteria. Not terribly bad, but certainly not good. The golf game timer does help you watch the time it takes to see a server, which sucks.... The service was very clearly tailored to a 90 minute golf game and getting you to stay longer. After ordering apps, it was 25 minutes until we saw a server again, who delivered our food. Longer for our waitress. 40 minutes before we were even able to order food. We were certainly done playing golf and starving. LITERALLY the second our time was up the vultures swooped in and started asking what they could clean up and take and if we were leaving promptly. With service. We certainly would have been. We had a drink, 2 max per person. We aren't children and raising heck. We are professionals and planned to over tip. We just thought an hour and a half would be enough to enjoy and eat. Underwhelmed. Planned a trip back to Drive Shack while there. The technology there and game play was phenomenally better than anything TG had to offer. 2 stars only because it wasn't a total shit show tonight and the waitress allowed us to spilt tabs for corporate cards. $71 for 90 minutes plus $5 for the new membership fee since we had a member with us. $35 an hour and NO membership fees at Drive Shack. Won't return to TG. read more

Don't know a thing about golf, but I can confidently say this place is top notch. I brought my family with me, and we experienced one of the best customer service in any establishment. We had the nachos, buffalo dip, and boneless wings, and they were incredible, down to the very last bite. read more

The service here was really good! The food was amazing except the chips and queso definitely tasted like store bought queso. You do get a good amount of food for the price. This top golf is pretty cool. I've been a few times, with both family and friends and it hasn't disappointed. I figured it's best to drop pros and cons so you know what you're getting into. Pros: 1. Different games to play 2. Fun for family, friends, and solo play 3. Memberships available 4. Mens and womens clubs 5. Comfortable booths for your group to sit in 6. Booth expense can be split by the number of people you have (booth cost doesn't increase) 7. Food and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) available at your booth 8. Sit down area at the bar / restaurant inside to eat and drink 9. You can reserve booths for a specific time ahead of time 10. Booths are heated so you can stay comfortable in cold/adverse weather 11. Bathrooms on each floor Cons: 1. If you have a small group, the booth pricing might seem a little high. Although, booth prices are cheaper during the week 2. The food and drinks are a little pricy (nothing outrageous) 3. If you don't reserve ahead of time, you could end up waiting ~2 hours for a booth 4. Depending on how far you are from a waiters station, your waiter might not come around as often as you would like If you don't mind shelling out some cash, this place is a good time. I would go more often if I was willing to spend about $100 each time (1.5 hrs of play, food/drinks between my wife and I)! read more

I have been here several times and every time it's the same thing. To say it nicely the service SUCKS!! While you're golfing you'll spend most of your time looking back asking yourself where's the waiter? Where's my order? Anything that you ask for takes at least 10 minutes. One of my friends showed up and I asked the waiter for another glass (empty glass) because we has a pitcher of beer and it took 11 minutes. I'm convinced that it's all designed to take that long time to keep you there longer. If you have the bay for an hour and order food. Your food will not arrive until the 45 minute mark so you won't have time to eat your food if you don't extend. read more

Came here during the holidays when family visited. Seems to be a tradition now and a fun one. We really had fun when we got into teams and played different games. I'm not a golfer. I have no patience for hitting a ball, following it, and then hitting it again. To me it's a useless concept and I'd rather do anything else than play golf. That being said, I appreciate the skill it takes to be a successful golfer - I simply do not have the time nor interest it takes to improve. A driving range is more my style since I don't have to chase any balls after I hit it (poorly). Mix in friends, food and booze and I'm all about it. Topgolf certainly fits the bill in that respect and I can easily find myself visiting time and again. The problem is, I haven't. I've only visited the VB location once with my sister and brother-in-law. This location is pretty and fancy and everything you would expect from a high-end driving range. In addition there's a game room with pool tables and the like, and we spent most of our time at the sports bar, which is plenty impressive. That brings me to the customer service, which is good. The employees are friendly and look like they enjoy working there, especially the ones who were dancing to all the music the DJ was spinnin' (it was a Friday night). It wasn't particularly busy - in fact, much of the staff said it was the slowest Friday they've seen there since it opened (my lone visit was in March 2016). Regardless, we enjoyed the service, the beers and the food. If there was only one complaint to be had, it would have to do with portion size. We ordered Topgolf's nachos, which were flavorful, but I can't seriously call what we were served nachos. If I can count the number of actual nachos on the plate then that's not nachos - it's tapas. And to charge $8 for it is kinda shady. It's obvious Topgolf aims to be top shelf but, c'mon, when you have a sports bar with plenty of booze I want to see bar food with bar portions and bar food prices. Outside of that, I like Topgolf. I can't say I'll visit regularly, but it is a great alternative for the older crowd who may not be up for hittin' up a club. I'd recommend it to anyone, especially since it's a chain and would be familiar to out-of-town friends. JV read more

My first time EVER at a Topgolf location and I enjoyed every second of it!!! I went with a group of 8 friends but only 6 can play at a time. The more you bring the cheaper the cost, if you're splitting it evenly between everyone. I think in total it came out to about $15 ish each for all of us to play for 2 hours. Our server Haley was amazing! She was super attentive and was always checking in to make sure we were doing alright. One of the managers even came in and checked on our party a couple of times just to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were having fun. Everyone in my party was super impressed with the drinks, not one cup was left unfinished! We ordered appetizers too but it was just your basic chicken tenders & fries, wings, and buffalo dip. Nothing of the food gave a wow factor but all of it was pretty tasty and satisfying. I would definitely revisit this location again, amongst any others I come across. It was a really nice experience and even better accompanied by friends! read more

Reviewing their group reservation Went here with my job. They had a host who was specifically designated for us. He was waiting in the lobby with a sign and led us straight in to our bays. We had two hours of game play and he set each of us up in the system according to the teams we wanted. Our company had ordered the shareable platters in advance and it was brought out to each bay. There was fried Mac and cheese, sausage bites, Buffalo dip, hummus, chips and salsa, boneless wings, and pretzels. Our host was super friendly and helpful. Top Golf is always pretty cool to play. This last visit was definitely the worst. It was indeed a cold day for Top Golf, but many of the heating units didn't appear to be running at maximum capacity. We were frequently cold the entire time. We tried ordering alcohol to warm us up, but the $18 drink that was ordered had little alcohol at all. The game of Top Golf itself was fun as usual, but we had an encounter with someone who was throwing pickles at us. Was that group thrown out when we reported them? Nope. The pickle throwers got to stay and even went as far to continue throwing pickles at us. When we reported them again, they were allowed to stay with one final warning. Pickles littered out area for the remainder of the game. For an expensive place that appears to desire an upscale vibe, their decisions for handling low class visitors was shocking. I'd still go back to Top Golf, but I'm definitely thinking twice about it in the future. read more

Upon check in we were told we could not use our membership from Texas for this Virginia location and that we had to buy new memberships. After going back and forth with the gentleman helping he finally let us use it without having to pay another $5.00. Then we had 15 people in our group but only 11 were golfing and they said they couldn't get 2 bays side by side. However, it was not busy at all, so we were confused as to how they couldn't get us all together. When we decided this wasn't an option because we had kids, 2 bays side by side suddenly became available. The food was good, my daughter ordered a plain burger with fries and my son a harvest bowl which looked weird but was actually pretty delicious. I really wanted the pretzel bites but they were out, so I went for the nachos and they were also out, so I didn't order anything for myself. I just munched on some chicken quesadillas from someone else's plate in my party. They were filled with lots of chicken and grilled onions and peppers, more cheese would have been fantastic. I personally feel like the cost is pretty expensive, $45.00 for one hour after 5pm is a bit steep. I didn't by remember it being that high when they first opened. read more
