But this top golf experience was a little bit different, yeah of course not perfect especially because the tables were sticky and quite dirty so that was unpleasant, and our bayhost was alright but it felt a little like she was annoyed of us so it kind of ruined the mood, but the server who brought us our food honestly made the whole experience reach the 4 stars! He was a really nice, funny, pleasant, well mannered young gentleman. He brought us the food and actually took some time explaining everything and made genuine conversations, making jokes and being extremely friendly, not only with me but my whole family, he was also extremely fast and understanding and got us everything we needed even though I'm sure he was busy and had things to do! I usually don't write reviews regarding servers but this young man named Jamari really stood out, it truly feels really nice when someone who's a server takes out time from they're day to be genuine and have a conversation, and it really sets the mood for the rest of the experience you have. Especially not knowing how that can change someone's whole day. So all I have to say my family's experience was really made great because of the nice young man Jamari, each top golf deserves an employee like him! I brought my child to Top Golf to hang out with his friends and have a good time. I decided to hang around and have dinner at the restaurant that's inside. The restaurant caters to the customers inside as well as to the driving range customers. I was on my own today. I walked in and sat myself at a table. I only knew to do this because I had done some prior research. There was no obvious signage at the front to tell me to do so. Newcomers might get lost without that tidbit of information, so I recommend they find a way to communicate this information to their customers. The ambience is that of a sports bar. Pros: I was greeted immediately. My server was friendly and helpful. She offered recommendations and I opted to get the Cheesy Macaroni Bites- square shaped fried cheese balls, filled with creamy Mac and cheese. Very delicious. This appetizer is paired within two kind of dipping sauces, creamy marinara and ranch. The main course was a cob salad with chicken. The presentation was great and food taste was excellent. Cons: Staff delivering the food were unsure where to deliver the food-sometimes asking customers if they ordered whatever was on the tray they were carrying at the time. Drink refills- I ordered a water. It's been empty ever since I finished it within the 10 minutes I sat down. Silverware and napkins- I didn't have any, until I asked the salad deliverer for it. I ate my appetizers and literally had to lick my fingers to clean them. Conclusion: The place has a lot going for it. The service could be better with a little more attention to detail. I will return again someday, but as a first impression, I don't know that I really want to. read more

I was very pleasantly surprised by how much fun I had and how good the food was and the drinks. I have never golfed except for mini - years ago. Since this was a work event, I had to go. I had an absolute blast. We laughed at each other, we encouraged each other and we helped each other. We had 2 bays - by the way....this place is ginormous!! The rental of the bays is a tier system so if you go during the week, it would be less than if you went on a weekend. I wish I got our servers name because he did a fantastic job. The drinks were strong and the food was good. It did take a while for the food to come out and we did have to ask for plates and napkins but still overall a good experience. They even sang HB for me. We ordered the Funday Faves Platter and the chicken sandwiches were really good. But they have other things like the Mediterranean platter and tacos. Most of the food is typical bar food. I enjoyed my first experience. It required a lot more bending than I expected. Competing was fun, but my back took a hit over the next few weeks due to overusing my muscles. Golfing is not as easy as it looks. The wings were delicious and the service was great. The ambience was bright, social, and great for social gatherings. The noise level was similar to the noise level in a bar. There is no way to predict who has rented the station next to you. I was surrounded by loud groups on both sides who had been drinking alcohol and were hyped. For a more quiet and reserved experience, I recommend arriving early in the morning. Unlike bowling, reservations are timed, so pay attention to the time. I recommend this place...Stretch before you go! read more

Don't expect great service unless you're drinking or a group of men. Let's me just say our service began well then fell through completely. We had booked a bay for 2 hours, bay 327 on September 1st, 2025 at 3:30. I'm mentioning this so maybe Topgolf can figure out the name of our waitress since she doesn't bother to stop at our table unless we call out to her. 1. Our table and menus were dirty, completely gross. 2. We never got the straw we asked for when we received our drinks, ended up having to share a straw. 3. Never received silverware or napkins, had to call over a different server to get them. 4. Asked for a cup of ice, never received it until AFTER asking her again to bring it. 5. We ordered no more than 10 mins after we arrived, it took us 50 mins to receive our food and not only was my order the WRONG type of wings but all of our food was barely warm. It was definitely sitting out waiting to be brought to us, especially since our waitress wasn't even the one to bring it out. 2 hours and she came to our table maybe 3-4 times tops. Now our tables to the right and left of us? Top notch service, drinks and all. We have been patrons of this Topgolf for many years, can't believe it has gone down hill so much. Really fun idea and a great place to go with friends--but it's a pricey outing. Depending on how long you stay you could easily spend $100+ on two people for an hour. Food is usually pretty good, and seems like they change up their menu every so often to keep things fresh and new. Service is usually solid. Topgolf is always a fun time for the whole family. We've been there numerous times with big groups and with just a couple of us. Check in is extremely easy. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. The bays are very comfortable and roomy enough to accommodate a group. The food is good and they have a nice menu of food to choose from. I love the updates to the golf course and the screens. This was our first time ever and it was an absolutely blast. The only thing I can say negative is that at the beginning you have to sign up if you've never been which goes into your time. I think that should be done in the lobby so you aren't charged for the time. Topgolf is hands down my favorite range to go to. Whether I'm working on chipping or hitting full drives, it's always a good time. My friend got the Summer Fun Pass for $250 and we've been going multiple times a week, which makes it totally worth it. The virtual courses are a fun change from just aiming at the targets, and the recent renovations were a big upgrade. Now you can see the screen right in front of you when it's your turn, so you don't have to turn around to look at the big one behind the bay. One thing I'd suggest is bringing your own rubber turf tee if you're picky about tee height. The ones they have are pretty short and don't work great for larger club faces. Other than that, it's a great place to play. The food is solid, service is always on point, and the overall vibe is just fun. It can be a little pricey if you don't have a membership, but honestly, for what you get, it's worth it. Would definitely recommend. read more

Stopped at Topgolf while on vacation to take a break from the beach. We got there at 1 PM on a Tuesday and we immediately assigned a bay. It was a hot week in the 757 so the fans definitely helped to keep the air moving for all the bays. We played for 90 minutes and had a blast. Seven, our server, was attentive and made sure that we all had enough to drink to stay hydrated in the heat. First time I came here I was with my friend who had just gotten a job there. He let us play for free with him then I noticed I hit one to the white target about 180ish yards back. I said I was Tiger Woods of course while sporting my black Nike hat. Fast forward a year after that and I was working there trying to learn to play the game of golf. I started to really get into it. I couldn't stand that I wasn't out on someone's course playing every day of the week. Now I don't think I'm great, but I did get help from the golf pro there and learned to get my swing corrected and form right. And while being in good form I was learning that the food was amazing. From the smokehouse burger add egg to the Cobb salad extra lettuce and chicken. The drinks were always cold and the summers always had games up on the rooftop. Everything I ate there was always bomb. My husband will tell you, every time we drive down 264, I comment on how I've never been to Top Golf. Seriously, it drove him nuts. So this birthday weekend, and now fully recovered from shoulder surgery, Top Golf was on the entertainment list. They offer make-ahead bay reservations, which is super convenient for busy weekends, like this holiday weekend. Rates vary based on time of day and you can have a max 6 people in each bay. The reservation is good for 2 hours and a 50% deposit was needed to save our spot. You pay the remainder, plus a $5 membership fee for each new player, at the end. No need to have any experience or your own clubs (though you can if you desire). They even had lefty and junior sets to accommodate our party. When we got checked in, we were greeted by a bay attendant and server right away. They have a really extensive drink and food menu, including breakfast options and mimosas. Cheers! During our stay, we tried a few drinks, the Hummus app and a flatbread. All were good portions and tasty! The only issue we encountered was that our score screen stopped working for half our visit. Without asking, they knocked a percentage off our reservation fee and waived all membership add on fees. Overall, a really fun, though slightly expensive experience for this girl who doesn't golf at all. We will definitely return for a date night with friends! read more

I really enjoy the concept of Topgolf. Let's face it, any group of guys that likes to play golf together are going to enjoy ganging up on these targets and having a little competition while they have some drinks. Or in our case, do stupid things like, play the short game competition while only using driver off the deck. Or seeing just how far you can blast a pitching wedge. Or maybe the 5-iron challenge is more your speed? Anywho, my major gripe with TopGolf is that these places are just absolute money printing facilities, and not really a place to practice golf of any kind. The food is good, but not great. The beer list is rather dull, and in my experience, doesn't ever feature anything from local breweries in the location's area. That would be a welcome addition. Overall, the entire experience is really expensive, even if you were just there to play. They charge you for EVERYTHING. Including if you want to reserve a bay in advance, which, I think is pretty nickel and dimey. That fee should at least apply to your playtime, and just exist to hold your spot. Staff at this location were friendly, and even gave us free 20 minutes of playtime as when we were called to come to our bay, it wasn't ready to go as it was not clean. Our waiter was a little aloof, but beers did arrive when we ordered them. All in all, I would keep coming to Topgolf, but I'd like to see some competition in the space. read more

So, when my friend and her husband invited me to Topgolf, I said "yes" right away. Topgolf is like a multi-leveled driving range with food and drinks. There are different games to choose from. It's all automated. The scores are calculated and the balls are counted for each person - just select a golf club, wave it over the red light, and a ball will dispense from the machine. It was quite amazing! Our server was very pleasant. She brought us water, plates, and utensils wrapped in black cloth napkins and asked for our order. We got chicken strips. They came with French Fries and Ranch dressing. We also asked for honey mustard dressing. The other condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc) were already on our table. Food was pretty good! The monitor showed us how much time we had left. It's a really efficient system! I'd go again after I practice on my own first... Haha!
