OMG! The BEST place in Va.Beach and I've be coming here for years and just discovered this place! 1/2 price appetizer while Jim went out to the scorpions!! fast service and great food! kept drinks refilled!! Ambiance was a restaurants/bar setting. Very friendly and open to children! I will be back!

Went with a large group. Shared some nachos (always a good idea) and had some ciders. The selection was great, as expected. The food was a pleasant surprise though. My husband had a cheesesteak which was small but loaded with meat and really good. I ordered the seared tuna salad and it was so good I wanted to order 5 more to go. Not the usual order at such an establishment but highly recommended.

Really nice space with extensive menu. The highlight was the service. Really wish I remembered the name. Excellent. Good TVs for the big game. Overall big space. I had the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger. However, hot tip, it doesn't come with tomato or lettuce. After asking, they brought it on the side and check out that photo...it tasted as good as it looked! I had the sweet potato fries. They also have some amazing (off menu) garlic fries. Give it a try and tell me what you think!

The food was excellent, service was friendly and prompt. The place was clean and very nice. We arrived at 6:30 just before a lot of arrivals. Very good spot.

Situated at the center of town center , this restaurant is on the first floor of the tower where hotel Westin is. As you get in, there is the restaurant's reception and they take you to the sitting area. They have this bar thing on the center which looks amazing and the wide window seats let's you have a look of the road . They are wide and bright. The food here is good and must have . I personally loved the spicy tuna stack!

Always good food, steak bowl was a little salty but cooked perfectly. Service was good although the wait was a little long despite several empty tables and we reserved our spot online prior to coming. Drinks were good. Not an intimate place but great for friends/outings.

Ive been here a bunch and tried different things. The food is pretty good, and happy hour is a great deal. Ive tried the brussels sprouts, lettuce wraps, burger sliders, nachos, Wisconsin cheese curds, boneless wings, pizzas and salads. They have a great beer selection. The service can be hit or miss, sometimes they disappear and your left with an empty beer for 10 minutes (this happened twice yesterday). They are friendly, just seem to be all over the place. The place is HUGE! Bar and dining areas, bathrooms were clean. Im sure ill be back

Server was friendly and it was decently busy inside. The food was great, the fried calamari is my favorite appetizer. The manager even came out to apologize when one of the appetizers didn't come out as quick. The happy hour are definitely worth the price and the size of dishes.

One of my favorite happy hour spots. The menu is extensive and the amount of beer to choose from is out of this world! The customer service is always great and heads up they are always packed. When I order from the regular menu it will always be the jambalaya. It's the best I've ever had. Definitely go here often and would definitely recommend!

Decent food for expensive prices. I understand we went on a busy day, but the waiter forgot our order of nachos. We also got the porkchop, steak bowl, buffalo chicken pizza, and brussel sprouts. All were great, but nothing really stood out. It's not bad.... but also wouldn't be interested in going there again unless my friends persuaded me to.

We had dinner at Yard House mid-week before the holiday rush with friends visiting for the July 4th weekend--first time for some of them, and it did not disappoint. From the service to the food, everything was spot on. Our server, Sarah, made the experience even better. She was personable, knowledgeable, and offered spot-on recommendations from both the food menu and the extensive beer list. She explained the spice levels in various dishes with clarity, which helped everyone make choices that suited their tastes. Lately, I've been on a mission to try Brussels sprouts at every restaurant, and Yard House's Crispy Brussels Sprouts with gochujang sauce and malt vinegar aioli dip may be one of my favorites. They had a subtle kick from the gochujang, which the aioli smoothed out perfectly. The crispy leaves had great texture and were flavorful enough to stand on their own. We also shared the Onion Ring Tower, which is always a hit. The light beer batter was crisp and didn't fall apart when you bit into them--a small but impressive detail. The dip had a touch of spice that added just the right zing. For mains, the Korean BBQ Cheesesteak stood out as a creative and flavorful twist on a classic. The combination of kimchi and gochujang brought bold, authentic flavors that paired surprisingly well with the rich cheesesteak. Other hits at the table included the Whiskey and Aged White Cheddar Burger and the Bleu Cheese and Bacon Burger--both juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We also couldn't resist ordering the Parmesan Truffle Fries, which are a must every time we visit Yard House--crispy, aromatic, and addictive. Overall, this visit to Yard House reminded us why it's such a reliable favorite. Great food, excellent service, and just the right mix of familiar favorites and inventive twists. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid dining experience with a crowd-pleasing menu.

    Maui Pineapple Chicken plate
    Jamie R.

The presentation was good and the food was flavorful. The maui Pineapple chicken plate along with the cilantro lime chicken were flavorful and delicious The fish n chips were standard as were the shrimp & fish tacos. Our server was good. The ambience was dimly lit but lit enough. The place was crazy busy for a Thursday evening. Two large groups of Birthday celebrations and a large formal party arrived as well. Understandably, the staff were busy but still managed to be attentive to patrons. Parking is free at the garage adjacent to the restaurant. It's also a nice little area with shops to walk about. They get a 4 because of the ladies restroom needing attention and being out of hand soap. They should've had a staff member tending to it knowing they had large parties. Otherwise, the food and service were acceptable.

With it being a Friday night, we were hoping it wasn't too busy and thankfully, it wasn't. We sat at a table near the music and it was a bit loud but they did turn it down, which we thought was nice. The Gummy Bear Martini is one of my favorites so I started with that. Since they had a special menu, we wanted to try some of the new items. I ordered the Gumbo and we decided to share the Beef Empanadas. We also ordered the Bourbon Bacon Meatballs, which we love. The food was served pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the Gumbo! It had a peculiar taste that I couldn't quite pinpoint. The Beef Empanadas weren't bad but could've been seasoned better, I enjoyed the chutney on top. The Bourbon Bacon Meatballs weren't a hit this time, which was disappointing. We remembered them being more saucy and flavorful, but they tasted like the frozen meatballs from the store with some sauce on top. Very underwhelming. I grabbed the Bee Sting, which consisted of honey habanero moonshine, lemon juice and simple syrup and I loved it. We also ended the night with Espresso Martinis. Overall, the food just didn't hit the mark this time but the drinks were great as always. My friend even had them customize a drink for her and it turned out very good. Our server was absolutely amazing though! She was personable and made our experience very enjoyable. I'm sure we'll return because it's one of our favorite spots but I hope we have a better food experience next time.

They are just south of where Holland Rd. merges into Independence Blvd. My most recent visit here was on April 23, 2026. From the outside of the business, it does stand out a bit with the large name above the entrance. You can definitely see it if you look from Holland Rd. I had seen it too when traveling down that road, but I finally came in for the first time on March 10, 2026 after leaving the Voter Registrar's Office not too far from there. Upon entering, it wasn't too busy yet, but it was a little before 4 pm, so it was still early for the evening dinner rush. The inside of the place definitely has the bar scene vibe with the bar area and televisions showing sports there, with closed captioning on. One of the bartenders said we could find a spot to be seated. My mom and I went to one of the booths available. It was just seconds later that our server came over, welcomed us here, bringing menus over, and introduced herself. The first question is always asking about what to drink. I continue to go with my usual, which is water with lemons, while my mom got Coke. After having some time to look over the menu, when we got our drinks, my mom and I were both ready to order. I decided to go with the Sloppy Joe Samich with Onion Rings as the side item, but subbing Pepper Jack Cheese instead of American Cheese. My mom decided to do an appetizer as the main course, which was the Loaded Nachos Half Size Portion. A little less than 10 minutes later, our food orders came to the table, and they looked really good, and when we went to try it out, they were definitely hot too. The Sloppy Joe Samich ended up being really good and hit the spot for me. The onion rings were good too, and were a bit of an indulgence for me. My mom really liked the Loaded Nachos and that had good flavor to it as well. Our server also told us about various specials they have through the week, so this would warrant future visits for us too. The next few visits would be on Thursdays, as they have a $7 Burger Night Special beginning at 5 pm. For those next visits (including the most recent one, except for the April 6 visit), I would end up getting the Bacon Cheeseburger With Fries (additional cost to change the side item for specials). My mom also did a few types of burgers on these visits, one being the Cowboy Burger. Every time, the burgers came out as expected and hot. The fries were really good too, as I usually do pepper on them instead of salt. There was one additional visit on April 6th, which was a Monday. We came in that day for the Fried Shrimp Basket Special. That one comes with Fried Shrimp and Fries, and is available all day. The shrimp were really good and filling too. Overall, the food, service, atmosphere, and specials have been great here. I really feel like they are a hidden gem. When it comes to sodas, they did carry Coke products, but as of the middle of April 2026, they are now serving Pepsi products. I want to note that there is a 3% order processing fee, likely for anyone paying by a card instead of cash. Even when I have been there at busier times, parking was never an issue. It feels like a family atmosphere too. On the most recent visit, they even stated that they notice us as regulars here now. If you're looking for a different place that serves more than just burgers, this place is worth checking out, as I have not seen a place around yet that has the Sloppy Joe type samich.

I'm sad about the peas, but this time i discovered a new obsession: their Brussels sprouts. Oh. My. Goodness. I will dream about them. When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy, yet no one greeted or seated us inspite of the board saying " Please wait to be Seated" . We eventually walked to the counter to place our order. The staff member serving us was cold, unfriendly. Since it was our first visit, we expected at least a warm welcome or some guidance on the menu, but none was offered. We simply ordered what looked appealing. We weren't offered water, after I asked Instead of handing me a glass which she did for everyone, she simply pointed and said, "The water is over there." That interaction made me feel unwelcome. The wait for our food was unreasonably long. I noticed that our meals had already been prepared but were left sitting on the counter instead of being brought to our table. Many other customers appeared frustrated by the delays, especially families with young children who were visibly struggling with the long wait. Throughout most of our visit, we could only see the kitchen staff. There seemed to be no one attending to the dining area or checking on guests. When our food finally arrived, it wasn't even hot. We ordered the half chicken with peri-peri fries and the chicken breast with Brussels sprouts. I could not see any sauce on my food, I ordered Medium sauce, you can see in the picture I posted. My chicken breast was burnt, dry, and had a bitter taste. The sauces were good, especially the Saka sauce, but unfortunately it wasn't enough to make up for the rest of the experience. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of customer service. I later decided to order another item, but there was no one at the counter. After waiting for several minutes without anyone returning, I gave up. To make matters worse, the payment process still prompted for a tip despite the absence of service, which the staff mentioned. Tipping should reflect good hospitality, and unfortunately there was very little service provided during our visit. It was disappointing that my birthday dinner ended this way. I chose this restaurant because of its beautiful atmosphere, but attractive décor alone cannot make up for poor service, long wait times, and food that arrives cold and overcooked. Judging by the reactions of the other diners, we were not the only customers who left disappointed. Sadly, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience.
