Here again at the VB location, three years later. I've been back several times, and have visited also visited various franchises/properties. They're all consistently, consistent. Food, always on point. I love the 20 oz, bone in Ribeye, with the mashed potatoes and vegetable. I seem to always order this, and have three or four meals from this order, after. Ambiance, nice. Too noisy to be technically "romantic," yet "moody" enough to provide the setting for a great "date night." We stopped by Yard House for happy hour. When we walked in there was a fair amount of open tables, so I was happy it wasn't super crowded. Our server was Nathan and he was friendly and accommodating!! I like the amount of happy hour options compared to some other restaurants with just a few. We got burger sliders with fries, calamari, poke nachos, and chicken lettuce wraps. The calamari was ok but it was some very tough ones to chew and the portion was small. The tartar sauce that came with it was good and a little spicy. The poke nachos were decent, but I'm not a raw girly to often, so I'd definitely ask if it could be seared. I put it in the air fryer at home, and it was pretty good. My daughter enjoyed it!! The lettuce wraps were just ok, the chicken was kinda rubbery and chewy. The wonton shell was delicious though and the sauce was good. My sliders were supposed to be all the way with lettuce, tomato, onions, and secret sauce. But when they came to the table they were plain with no sauce. I started to eat and about 5 minutes later the food runner brought my correct order. They said they gave me the table next to ours food. So the waiter came back to take it back, and I asked if they'd throw it away? He said yes! Which kinda bothered me. I asked since it was going in the garbage and it wasn't my mistake, could I keep it. He said the manager wouldn't allow it. With inflation why would the manager rather trash perfectly good food? It makes me nervous when restaurants take food back. If it's sat down on a table it shouldn't be returned, just take the loss, because how do I know your not going to replace it and serve it to someone else. I'm not a fan of that!! Went here for dinner Friday around 10:30 pm. Had a 25 min wait. The inside was full and crowded. Our waiter was attentive all night long and our food and drinks all came out at decent times. Drinks: I tried the Grey Goose Strawberry Mule (10/10) it was soooo good! I was happy I gave this a try because it just might be my new fav drink. I also tried the Long Beach Tea (8/10) it was pretty good. Food: we shared some Chicken Nachos (10/10) we completely cleaned the plate. It was a great portion size, hot, fresh, and delicious; loved the flavors all together. Really nice space with extensive menu. The highlight was the service. Really wish I remembered the name. Excellent. Good TVs for the big game. Overall big space. I had the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger. However, hot tip, it doesn't come with tomato or lettuce. After asking, they brought it on the side and check out that photo...it tasted as good as it looked! I had the sweet potato fries. As you get in, there is the restaurant's reception and they take you to the sitting area. Horrible server!!! His name was Erik S., and I only know his name from the receipt because he never introduced himself. He was super rude, not kind, and would run away from our table after every sentence we would say. When our food came out, it was all greasy on my plate and taco shells. The rice and beans were thrown on my plate like it was made for an animal. My niece got a classic burger medium well; it was cooked medium pink all in the middle. LOCATION/AMBIANCE: It's in Town Center where parking is difficult depending on the time/day, so we parked in one of the busy structures. Ambiance is loud, fun, family-friendly, and busy. We came for Friday dinner but put our name on the list on our way there and only had to wait about 10 minutes - definitely recommend for all to do that. SERVICE: EXCELLENT. Not disappointed at all. One of my favorite happy hour spots. The menu is extensive and the amount of beer to choose from is out of this world! The customer service is always great and heads up they are always packed. We had dinner at Yard House mid-week before the holiday rush with friends visiting for the July 4th weekend--first time for some of them, and it did not disappoint. From the service to the food, everything was spot on. Our server, Sarah, made the experience even better. She was personable, knowledgeable, and offered spot-on recommendations from both the food menu and the extensive beer list. She explained the spice levels in various dishes with clarity, which helped everyone make choices that suited their tastes. Lately, I've been on a mission to try Brussels sprouts at every restaurant, and Yard House's Crispy Brussels Sprouts with gochujang sauce and malt vinegar aioli dip may be one of my favorites. They had a subtle kick from the gochujang, which the aioli smoothed out perfectly. The crispy leaves had great texture and were flavorful enough to stand on their own. We also shared the Onion Ring Tower, which is always a hit. The light beer batter was crisp and didn't fall apart when you bit into them--a small but impressive detail. The dip had a touch of spice that added just the right zing. For mains, the Korean BBQ Cheesesteak stood out as a creative and flavorful twist on a classic. The combination of kimchi and gochujang brought bold, authentic flavors that paired surprisingly well with the rich cheesesteak. The ambience was dimly lit but lit enough. The place was crazy busy for a Thursday evening. Two large groups of Birthday celebrations and a large formal party arrived as well. Understandably, the staff were busy but still managed to be attentive to patrons. Parking is free at the garage adjacent to the restaurant. It's also a nice little area with shops to walk about. So I like it but I know it's weird but the music is too loud. If that doesn't bother you everything else is fine. I occasionally meet up with people to eat before or after if we go to a show at one of the nearby venues. We ordered burgers, noodles, one app as a main, and tenders. All of it was bland, my spicy chicken had zero kick, the mains arrived randomly instead of together, and one of the burgers was only half cooked. We thought he had gotten a tuna burger with how raw it looked. All the fries were late to arrive with the mains that should have gotten them. The total for 3 drinks, 2 apps, 2 mains was over $100! I asked the bartender why it said happy hour half off apps on the check but the charges were full price. She looked like she was doing the math and then abruptly said it was correct.
