I'm a Big fan of Topgolf, it's a lot of fun and a good change from your normal bar/restaurant. The place is huge, I highly recommend making a reservation otherwise you could have very long waits. I always have a great time whenever I come, I am always reminded though how expensive things are here when the bill comes. Overall good beer options, good food options, and a very fun experience. This was my first time at Topgolf (I know, crazy), and I was super excited to check out what everyone had been raving about. To me, it just seems like a super boujee version of bowling, which I was all about. We walked up on a Saturday morning - no reservations - and although I was worried we wouldn't get a bay, we were immediately taken in to one and were able to get started. We were a group of 5 and we decided to golf for 2 hours. It was a lot of fun playing a few different games and trying all the different clubs. I wish I was better at golf, but I guess that's why you come here to practice! As for the drinks - I got a mimosa to start and it was your typical mimosa, which I'm a big fan of so I was happy with it. I then got the white sangria which was verrry nicely presented with a ton of fruit. The only downfall of our experience was the mix-up with our food. My boyfriend and I ordered the Farmhouse Flatbread to split and it never came...we told our waitress after about 20 minutes of waiting (and after our friends had already finished their meals) and she said that it must have been taken to another table. She had the kitchen make us another one but unfortunately, it was not the Farmhouse that came out, but the Margherita. We still ate it and didn't complain because we were very hungry by that time, but that was one mix-up that made for a little less great of an experience. Okay, I want to say that we had a stinkin' BLAST here today! A friend and I decided on coming here for a fun "Girls' Day" from the guys, and it was my first time coming to Topgolf, ever! We had vodka + lemonades to start with some chips + guac / salsa, then I had the Skinny Margarita (not pictured, sorry!) with my Signature Nachos (pictured). My friend had the fried chicken sandwich with tots, and they did not skimp on the size of that chicken breast! All of the food was *primo* in our humble opinion. Fun couple of hours at a reasonable price! My family of four 2 teens and my wife and I decided to try the topgolf out here while we were on vacation. Check-in Process: Extremely Easy just use the Top Golf App and be sure to Book a lane in advance. We were on the 3rd floor and it had a great view. Came on time and were situated in the line right on time. Golf Clubs: 2 sets of clubs Men/Women available and Kids clubs available on request I am no golfer but they work, its the person golfing that's terrible Service: Our server was awesome, gave us some good recommendations and kept asking if we needed refills throughout the time we were there. Awesome! Golf Lane: This layout just Works. Table with chairs and the technology used to track the balls is amazing. It works shockingly well, played the ANGRY Birds game within a game is so much fun. Especially for a family who doesnt golf. Bathrooms: Clean no issues here Pricing: $88.81 including 4 drinks and 2 appetizers and 2 hours of golf. We had previously been to a couple of other locations in Vegas so we had already purchased the $5.00 lifetime membership. This is required for all golfers FYI. A fun surprise for my birthday. Between our autistic son and my spinal surgery post-op mom we had a lot of needs! They were great when we needed to be relocated to the 1st floor for my mom. Stopped in here on a whim with our little one the day after Christmas. We were told there was a 2 1/2 wait. We went upstairs to play foosball which was very fun. My husband caught the attention of a server, Eddie. When I tell you he made our experience the bomb!!! He was lively, sharp and on top of it all, even while manning his true section. Top golf is the ultimate group activity and I come here at least twice a week. My company went with the platinum membership which I highly recommend if you need team building or a fun place to let loose after work: no wait times, upgraded clubs, discounted food and platinum hosts. If you are coming here for the evening max that bay out! The more the merrier. The nachos are the best, the guacamole is another table favorite and if you're feeling creative... get the donut holes(ask for extra napkins) We like playing virtual golf courses and occasionally jewel jam or the traditional game. Came here while visiting in town and there was no wait, our bay was on the 2nd floor off to the left a little. They did a good job with the social distancing and Covid procedures kudos to them. We have a lot of fun here! It's kinda like bowling but it's golf!?$. It is expensive for sure. This is the second time when we have visited and a good portion of the golf balls weren't giving credit for scores. I'm definitely going to bring it to managements attention next time and if not corrected probably won't go back. You can go to a driving range for much less expense and just hit golf balls. The whole point is to be able to keep score! Last thing I do r like is they always stop you in the middle of playing 15 minutes out to cash you out. They should cash you out on their time when your done. Other than that the overall experience is good. The drinks are good and the staff is friendly. As an avid non-golfer, Top Golf is a fun place to reinforce the fact that I do not play golf. I've been to Top Golf a few times, first time at the Thortlnton location. Although windy, my group had great weather. The fun thing about Top Golf is that there are options on what type of golf is played. There is the straight forward hitting to get points without objective. Then there are options like Angry Birds or Traver practice. It's a great experience for a group outing. The locations are all ages friendly. Inside, there is a bar and food options, if you want to meet up away from the hub bub of the playing area. You can also grab a drink before the bay is ready. Once you're at your bay(s), a server will come by to assist drink or food orders. You are able to bring your own clubs, or use theirs. They offer clubs for both lefties and righties. The baud come stocked with right hand clubs, so just ask, and they'll provide ones for left handed players. Top Golf has easy and convenient parking. read more

I thought it was a good experience for our family of 5 with very different golf abilities. Third floor bay was super, try to get that if you can. We were not interested in eating, we just wanted to golf. So that causes a bit of a weird experience, because I feel bad for our server. They still did a good job. The games are very fun, and you can set it to the level of the golfers. I'd recommend the Angry Birds game for people of different skill levels to even things out for everyone in the group. Expect a wait on Saturdays, especially if it's early afternoon! And don't expect to get a higher floor without a wait! We begin at the bar- on a Wednesday, it wasn't busy, so we had quick service; now on a Saturday? Well that's a different story! There's certainly a bit of a wait but our waitress was incredibly friendly and helpful. On to the bay. After about a 30-45 minute wait in a Saturday we found our way upstairs. Again, on a Wednesday, our service was spectacular- fast, friendly, and right. On a Saturday, it was a little on the slower side but still timely. We had a few new folks and our waiter wasn't as welcoming to them as our Wednesday waitress was. The technology has quite a few kinks. Often times our turns weren't captured. Our leaderboard was delayed by several turns and didn't capture when someone made a hole. Frustrating? Yes, especially given how much you pay for it! read more

I was really surprised to see that this location only has 3 stars. We have always had a great experience here. Every year my son has attended summer camp here, it is one of his favorite camps of the year. We just had his birthday party here last weekend and everything was great from food to service. Our waiter did great even considering he had a lot of tables to cover. The whole place was hopping. Pictured below are the kids meals that come with a birthday party. Perfect for kids but adults should order their yummy tacos. I would also suggest having them pull out an ice cream cake early to defrost. They couldn't find where they had put ours so we didn't have enough time to defrost and eat. But, Top Golf did all the clean up which was great. One negative is that we didn't get our table until right after our time started due to it not being ready. read more

Top golf is such a fun entertaining afternoon, and this location is especially wonderful. Last summer I came here with special Olympics. They Graciously opened up some of their bays for the special Olympics athletes. I brought my daughter who is a young athlete. The staff was wonderful with the kids and they had a great time. Fast forward to today when my husband had a day off of work and we were looking for a fun activity to do together. I mentioned Topgolf and he was really excited. He even dusted off his golf clubs that haven't seen the light of day for nearly a decade. We had a great time and Thomas helped us with all our needs. He checked on us periodically and made sure we had what we needed. On a side note, I ordered a blackberry smash which didn't taste like it had a lot of alcohol in it, but I didn't care because it was exceptional. We look forward to going back again when we get a day without the kids, although it is very family friendly. It is a bit pricey, so look for the deals. We had multiple employees stop over and they didn't know what was going on as they watched us hit a perfectly good ball into the hole and it wouldn't calculate the score! When you do arrive be sure to put your order in ASAP. The fries were super tasty! The cocktails were acceptable. Well this place is fun as fuck & the staff is just fine & attentive & the food is all very tasty along with the booze. The only problem is the gaming system, theres not very many instructions to tell you how to play all the different games to select from & I even asked one of the different waiters & he couldn't offer any assistance either. Its just a pain in the ass when it wont let you pick & choose on the screen what holes you're hitting at. Lots of the tees are also pretty ripped up cause lets face it there are some very shitty golfers out there, not me cause I'm fucking awesome but we had one of those tore up tees in our bay, they need to keep up with the maintenance on their equipment. So much fun for NYE. We had a group of six and paid for the VIP experience. It was worth the upgrade. The buffet was really good - although we did have to go to multiple stations as there was some confusion as to what and when things were going to be replenished. It was fairly cold out, but the heaters kept the chill away all night - in fact I think they were asked to turn them down just a tad because it really got way way to hot. I really enjoyed that the employees where having fun and getting people to dance etc. My favorite part of the evening had to be the fireworks. We went to a birthday party Monday night so it wasn't busy. This place is huge but Ive never been so I'm not sure how big they should be. The restrooms were clean and everyone was nice. But our booth was broken so we had to wait till they fixed it. The heaters went out and it was so cold so since they couldn't fix it they moved us. But the manager tried blaming us cause were late, which I thought was not very good customer service. We drove about an hour from Northern Colorado and were stuck in awful traffic. Plus hardly anyone was there. Our first waitress was very attentive but then they switched us to a gentleman who was more worried about his closing duties then us. **AVOID THIS PLACE FOR EVENTS LIKE THE PLAGUE** I wish I could give it no stars but I suppose yelp thinks that if you have a standing building with electricity you are at least doing "something" right. What they aren't doing right is customer service, mainly in reference to their cancellation policies. We have a group of 16 people (some elderly) and paid $800 for 3 bays. It is currently 3 degrees outside with a wind chill easily into the negatives. Are we able to cancel our reservations? NOPE. They prefer you be miserably cold. And it isn't like we only tried to cancel day of. We tried for multiple days leading up to it since we knew the coldest storm of the year was coming. Our options.......move the event to later in the month (but not next month when it warms up) or pay for HALF of the event to cancel. So you want me to give a large corporation $400 to not show up?! They are completely unwilling to work with large groups in extreme circumstances to cancel an event. Please look elsewhere if you are planning on any kind of corporate or personal event. However, if you are just playing in one bay or with a couple friends they aren't hard to work with and it is actually enjoyable. Just not for any event you are planning. **Update** So after being forced to go to our reservation we still froze as expected. The heaters weren't working properly and maintenance had to come. Then all the amazing food you get with the event (it was good....For 5 minutes...) was literally cold to the point a chip would break EVERY TIME you tried to scoop up the tasty queso.
