I rarely write negative reviews, but this place deserves one. Walking in on a Monday late afternoon, not a lot of people. From the moment we walked in, it was almost as if we were inconveniencing the staff. Walked to the bar, bartender was rude and bothered. Took about 25 mins to order nachos. Nachos. Shift change, no one ever made eye contact. Played some games, stood there waiting for service at the prize desk. The manager was so rude. Made us feel uncomfortable to the point where I wanted to leave and not spend any money, but the rest of my party wanted to try the axe-throwing "attraction". Just all around bad experience. First, the food. The pretzel platter is awesome; sorry about the picture--the pretzel was torn to shreds as I snapped it! It's very tasty, and the dipping sauces and accompaniments are great. For dinner, I had the Front Range Rachel, a turkey and slaw sandwich on rye. Also tasty. My family said the burgers were good. Don't bother with the Nashville hot cauliflower though--it wasn't spicy at all. Our only complaint was the service. While friendly, it was very slow. It took forever to get food and our drinks weren't refilled. The arcade is fun and there's a wide variety of activities. My kids loved it and want to come back. read more

I recently visited Winner's Circle and had an absolute amazing all-around time! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by staff and told a little bit about the place and how the games work. Before I started playing, I ordered a local beer, a Smashburger (don't remember exact name but it had lots of bacon) and the smoked hot wings, all were on point! Played ax throwing for my first time and they had numerous options of different games to play rather than the typical bull's-eye version, so that was a huge bonus. The putt putt golf was something I've never seen before and you have to check it out, very futuristic. They even have a speakeasy if that's something you're into that's only open on the weekends I think, but I was able to get a sneak peek of the space and definitely want to go back to check it out. Overall, I highly recommend a visit to Winner's Circle for your next date night or kid's birthday party. read more

My very large family of 9 went to their NYE celebration last night. It was busier than I've ever seen it and the staff was overwhelmed but seemed thankful for the business. The manager treated us like we were his own VIPs and was so kind. I haven't felt that level of customer service in years. We waited awhile to be sat, which isn't unusual for a party of 9 without a reservation on a busy evening. But the kids were entertained by the arcade and yard games and the half price drinks were AWESOME. (Shout out for The melon mini pitcher.) Once we got our table I expected the only server on staff last night to be overwhelmed and stressed. Not at all. She was kind, fast and the food was fantastic and arrived quickly. I hope Longmont showers this place with business and they continue to grow. They seem eager to welcome families with specials, good food, and incredible customer service. Overall, a cool concept, but service continues to be an issue. Our first time here was in December 2025 we waited well over 30 minutes for drinks at the speakeasy. The server was working the speakeasy and a huge party while the manager paced between the two offering absolutely no help. Honestly felt bad for her. We then moved down stairs and sat at the high tops. We ordered nachos. After 30+ minutes we asked about them since they were not out yet... the server forgot to put them in. 10 minutes later we received the wrong nachos but didn't bother saying anything and having to wait another almost hour for food. We came again January and service was just as bad. 8 minutes to get a menu at the bar, 35 minutes for two apps, and very minimal service in between. The games are cool but the bar and restaurant really are lacking. read more

So much fun!! This place is such a good vibe. Duckpin bowling was incredibly enjoyable, mini golf was a blast plus the arcade is amazing (way better than parkway food hall). The bartender needs to work on his cocktail making, and the BBQ nachos weren't my favorite, but overall I'm definitely coming back & I'm so excited Longmont has a fun place to hangout. I'm glad this place opened. Longmont needs a spot like this. The activities are pretty cool and the staff is generally friendly. These folks need to work on ironing out operations though. Most of the draft beers we asked for were unavailable. Ingredients for cocktails from the menu were unavailable. Some food came out pretty quickly, but my friends ordered some simple stuff for their kid off the kids menu and we were waiting 30+ minutes for what should have been the easiest order of the bunch. My kids brought me to this place for my 50th bday. The place looks like a fun place. We rented a lane to duck bowl for a couple of hours. We had absolutely no service, no attention . We had to search for someone to help us. When we did find someone it took another half hour to figure out we couldn't order 3 pizzas. We had to buy a $100 package to feed us. This place is terrible. Always understaffed due to a manager who simply does not care. Jamie is horrible to staff, and leaves them alone during shifts, then claims their jobs are not that hard and threatens their hours if they cannot perform perfectly. When brought up to the owners you're simply told "owners own, and managers manage." But owners will repeatedly come up to workers and correct them in the building. This mentality will kill your business. Food is alright, arcade is small. read more

Well, after a long morning of softball. These kids were starving and wanted a fun place to hang! Wow! This place delivered above and beyond! Every kid ate their fill and had a blast playing the games. Food is a 10! Service is a 10! Cleanliness 10! It was really good, until the owner came up to me and said "Want to see something awesome?" He then proceeded to show me their up stairs lounge. Really nice, beautiful bar area and plush couches...he then asked me to check out the Photo Booth, which is really cool...until he said go through the curtain... which lead to a hallway with a bathroom and a long hallway which lead to a secret door and another bar area, called the Hangar! Secret door speak easy inside a loft bar inside the nicest arcade/ game room/ gourmet level food... great right! It is and then he said our speak easy serves the best drinks with scented bubbles!!! This place is the best kept secret! Went to Buffalo Wild Wings tonight to watch the playoffs with the Denver Nuggets and the place was full and dirty and the service was terrible. I ended up over here at Winners Circle and the wings were off the charts. There was plenty of space to watch the game and the drinks were amazing. And the service was awesome. And if you're bored there's a lot of fun games to play. Next time you are going out, reconsider this place because it is better than all of the chain restaurants combined. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Was hoping to come in for a special treat for my grandson to have lunch and play games. Waited over an hour for our lunch. First excuse was that the kitchen was shorthanded. Second excuse was that the cook did not know how to make tacos! why are tacos on the menu then? Third excuse (as we were getting ready to walk out and my Grandson is on the verge of tears because he's hungry and wants to play games) is that they DON'T HAVE ANY taco shells. I was then asked if I would like to order something else! Sure bring me anything at this point. They finally bring his chicken tenders but nothing for me. Went here with my family and the bowling was alright but not like traditional bowling. We ordered some food and drinks and their personal pitchers were super watered down. Also bought some of their 2 hour play cards since they had a deal going on thursdays but had no clue that it would only work on some of the games and wouldn't accumulate tickets. On top of that the cards wouldn't let you play the same game consecutively. Definitely would not recommend using their timed play cards at all. Overall not sure I would ever go back. read more

Owner Adam was amazing!!! Walked our party around the facility and provided first hand accounting on how everything works and what went into building this amazing location. We had a large party of 40 with teenage girls, siblings and routy parents. Staff was awesome and attentive!! All around killed it in customer service. Food was great had the pretzel platter and the smoked wings...would highly recommend! We had a group of 8 people with 6 from out of town, and it was a completely miserable experience. It was 93 degrees outside and the only place where the air conditioning was working was at the front lobby where the order desk was. The rest of the place with the games and such was over 80 degrees. Even worse, there was no water, sodas, or refreshments to be found anywhere. On two occasions I tracked down someone working there and both times they said someone would come over to take our order for refreshments, but that never happened during the 1.5 hours we were there. read more

We drove 30 minutes to check this place out and to say the least I do not think we will be returning. When we arrived we were very excited and greeted by a very pleasant employee who explained how everything worked. We decided on mini golf to start. For two people it was 30 dollars, and AFTER we paid we were told that customers have been getting upset because some of the mini golf holes have not been working correctly....I appreciate the honesty about it but I feel like that is something you should tell customers before taking their money. The staff was correct and only about half the mini golf holes worked like they should. We decided to try our luck at the bar. Again was a little disappointing, there was no one behind the bar for at least 10 minutes (I was about ready to go back there and pour myself). We order a bottle beer, which was cheaper than a draft so that was confusing but I let that go and we also got an AMF which was more juice and syrup than alcohol. The only highlight of the night was the free corn hole and the ability to watch the football game. They definitely have a lot of kinks to work out before charging the prices that they are. read more

We have eaten here 4 times now and have not been disappointed. The food is amazing!! The cream cheese burger is probably the best burger I have ever had, I've had it twice. We also had the ham balls, nachos, wings, pretzel. My husband had the green chili burger and one with jalapeno bacon jam and they were delicious. We were told that almost everything is made fresh and in-house and you can really taste it. The cocktails were very good and their bartender knows how to mix. We did the arcade area (loved the axe throwing) and it is a perfect date night. My husband really enjoyed it too and is planning to go back with friends. read more
