Always a fun time at Top Golf! A friend has the summer pass and we came with them on a Sunday morning. The breakfast scramble with the tater tots were great, so was the Caesar salad. The chips and salsa chips were extra salty though. Iced tea a little bit on the $$ side at almost $5 but worth it if you drink 2+. My company hosted an outing here so I was really excited to get to try it all out. They also got catering so we did not have to worry about dinner. There is a large parking lot, so definitely part where you can. The front door is more towards the smaller area of the parking lot though so you might have to walk. When we first walked in, we told the two hosts that we were there for a party and they had our reservation on file. There were three floors and you have the option of these stairs are the elevator. We had five bays because our party was so large and one very attentive server. He was very kind and always checking in on each bay to make sure we all had what we needed throughout the night. They brought up the food around 5:30 PM and said that dessert would be served around 6:30 PM. The food was amazing! We got their barbecue catering package. It came with salad, mac & cheese, chicken, brisket, green beans, coleslaw, and jalapeño cornbread. My company also added on brownies for the dessert. Coincidentally enough when 6:30 came around I asked where the brownies were, and our server said he would check on them. Unfortunately, the kitchen forgot about them and started to make them immediately, but as an apology, they also provided us with a round of donut holes. Now, onto the food! I really enjoyed the green beans! They also had onions and a little pepper in them so I thought they were very flavorful. I also loved the mac & cheese! It was very crispy on top because of the breadcrumbs and cheesy in the middle. It could've been a little cheesier cause I think it just sat out a tad bit long. I also loved the brisket! Very soft and easy to cut with a great barbecue sauce. The brownies were very fudge heavy and it was a little too chocolatey for me, but I still enjoyed one. I also loved the donut hole! I liked inserting the syringe with whatever flavor I wanted. Overall, the catering package was really nice, they put us in the corner of our group got to stay together, and our server was amazing! What could have been a frustrating experience turned into an outstanding one thanks to the incredible team at Topgolf. I accidentally booked the wrong location on one of the busiest days of the year and didn't realize my mistake until we arrived. To make matters even more challenging, the location was running about 2 1/2 hours behind due to the holiday crowds. Despite the circumstances being completely my fault, the staff went above and beyond to help us. A special thank you to Justin, Steve, and Sydney. When another reservation didn't show up, they were able to work some magic and get us into a bay for an hour and fifteen minutes instead of the two-hour reservation we originally hoped for. More importantly, they treated us with kindness, patience, and understanding throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was that they didn't just solve the problem and move on--they checked back with us several times to make sure we were enjoying our visit and had everything we needed. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, especially on a busy holiday, and these three employees absolutely delivered. Upon arrival show your reservation or confirm they've text to let you know your lane is open. So many fun games to play ensuring friends are on a somewhat even playing field (as opposed to traditional golf). Clubs are provided if you didn't happen to bring your own (men's and women's specific. Other table top games to enjoy near bar. Restrooms are clean and easily accessed. Lots of stairs to travel between floors - not sure if there's an elevator tho guessing so. Service was prompt and friendly. The chips and salsa, specialty drinks, burgers etc were ok. Never again. The gameplay is fun but not worth the hassle I'm going through right now. I reserved two bays (had to pay an extra $40 for side by side, which is egregious in itself) The charges were supposed to be as follows: two bays @$40/hr for two hours. That plus the $40 fee is $200. I was charged $52 at the time of reservation. When it came time to settle up, this is how the bills came: Person 1: 1/4 gameplay- $ 45 Person 2: 1/4 game play-$45 Person 3- 1/4 game play-$45 Person 4- not sure how his read, but he was charged $25 game play. My bay(321): (I told the server I would take all the game play charges) Person 1(me): 1/2 game play-$90 Person 2- just her drinks, no game play Person 3- not sure. Still waiting to hear from them. Given just those charges, that's $322! Bay 322 did not know how the charging worked, so I don't blame them for not asking questions. I expected it to settle and be charged to the card I used for the reservation. Of course, you can not talk to a human on the phone. I've been on hold for over 20 minutes via the corporate automated line, which supposedly transferred me to the location. I also submitted an email request yesterday; I've heard nothing. I'm going to hang up now and dispute the entire charge via my credit card. What a racket! ***Update: after a few emails, things have been resolved. I was not overcharged. But that's where it stops, Our $18.00 Nachos with chicken looked great on Paper but were a pile of tasteless corn chips, some filler ingredients and chicken pieces so small, you questioned what it was. She was cold and not personable. Took our orders then walked away. Did the bare minimum when it came to customer service. We like to order food in rounds just so we don't over order as we were 3 adults and 2 kids just coming in to enjoy golf and pre dinner apps. It was absolutely Amazing! We went for a private event for our kids celebrating their championship. It was about 25 of us. Our server Jackie was INCREDIBLE! She gave us the whole run down of how the next two hours would be. Educated us on the games available. Brought our food out on time. Got everyone's drinks and clubs. I have been to Topgolf two times previously before this. Once for a work event and once as a double date of sorts. This time I went with my wife for something fun to do post Anniversary. Topgolf is a fun activity, day or night, no matter if you are on a date or with a group. It feels very low stakes when you are playing where you don't need to be a golfer or even have experience with golf before visiting. They have different modes/games you can play while hitting the balls. One was called Block Party and seemed like a really fun way to keep score with your hits but unfortunately it would freeze and not keep track of our balls every time we tried to play it. Ultimately we went back and forth between Topgolf, Top Score, and practice mode. These were fun ways to keep track of how we were doing without needing to accomplish hyper specific, harder tasks. If you don't know already when reserving a spot for Topgolf you pay by the hour. We ended up doing two hours this time and between the two of us playing it seemed kind of long. I think one hour would still be a lot of fun for daytime play. Maybe during the night if you are having some drinks and with a larger group, two hours would be better. You get a server that checks on you pretty frequently. We only were ordering non-alcoholic drinks but I found that they were still very nice and came back with refills often. Much appreciated. If you are looking for something to do similar to say bowling or mini golf, something that is active while not being "outdoorsy", this is a great option! read more

Stopped in Top Golf in north Thornton for some much needed family time. We have been to a variety of Top Golf locations in different cities, but this one is by far the best one. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and delivered amazing service! We ordered quite a few different appetizers while I wrecked all of my family's hopes and dreams of beating me (hahaha), all of which were pretty good and not too bad on the wallet. I highly recommend the nachos and the pretzel bites. The mac & cheese balls were okay but we probably wouldn't get them again. I've done Topgolf before and in different cities. First time to this one which would be more local for me. It was a busy day as it was so cold outside so we did have to wait about 15 minutes. We were able to sit in their restaurant area and almost was going to have our lunch there when we got our bay. Our server came over and she was so nice. We ordered our lunch and it came out pretty quickly. They had the space heaters blasting so even though you are partially outside - it was cold at all which made the experience even better. I ordered the Nacho basic nachos which were good. I wanted the seasonal loaded potato soup - I wasn't going to get it but saw a photo of it pop up on the screen and it looked good. This was my first time trying top golf. For Tesla drivers, this place is awesome. They have free charging station. My brother-in-law drives a Tesla and he uses the charging station here whenever he comes here. We reserved our bag in advance. There is $5 fee if you're not a member, however it's not mandatory to become a member if one of your friends or family members is a member. So a bunch of avoided the extra $5. I hope to become a member soon as I absolutely loved my experience. We arrived about 15 mins early. They are very strict with the time. So we had to wait in the lobby. While waited there, I checked out some top golf gear and gloves. Always wanted a gold glove in blue color. Finally found a nice pair here. We then walked to our bay on the 3rd floor. This place huge. Every bay can booked for a minimum of 2 hours and accommodate 6 people. I think 6 was too much. I think 3 or 4 is a good number for 2 hours. There are many simulations of games and various courses. We played a course and then some random games. Every one had so much fun trying so many different shots. Tuesdays are half off across all the top golfs. I am planning to go on a Tuesday. Caveat is that you can't book a bay on Tuesday. First cum first serve on Tuesdays. read more

I have been here a few times for work events and always have had a good time. The food is actually pretty decent considering you're eating at a driving range and the drinks are good and reasonably-priced. The service has always been good too as we never had to wait too long for someone to come by or for our food and drinks. They do a good job as well during winter and summer to keep temperatures at a comfortable level. I will say that the regular prices during weekends are pretty expensive so try to go Monday through Thursday for the half off prices! Also, for bigger groups they require a minimum of 2 hours so keep that in mind. read more

We just celebrated my son's BD at top golf , the staff is wonderful, my only complaint is the drink menu doesn't list the prices of ANY drink . I ordered the margarita flight , which is 3 mini margaritas, all very good, Since the prices aren't listed , a very shady thing imo , I googled the price , it said 12.99. When the check came it was 22.99! Yikes ! No wonder they don't put the prices on the menu . Is that even legal? Also , they include the cost of the golf combined with food and drink for the tip options , so if your not paying attention and not do a custom tip , you will hit the 20% tip option like I did , and you are tipping on the golf game , and food and drinks Which in our case was $80.00 for the golf . 30.00 tip for 3 sodas and 2 appetizers plus the 23.00 margarita flight . This company should be happy to earn my business, but instead they chose greed over integrity. Its a complete slap in the face. A group of adults needs to pay extra to have their group of children play next to them. Screw this place. TopGolf is quickly becoming one of the worst entertainment experiences, as evident from reviews across many platforms. Everything from poor service, to marginal food and a supremely expensive experience. I am writing this review regarding my experience on 04/25/2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:45 PM for a birthday reservation at Topgolf. Our party of 15-17 people reserved two preferred bays for three hours and paid extra specifically for that experience. When we arrived, we were told we would have a private server. Unfortunately, our server only checked on us about 3-4 times throughout the entire reservation. When we asked about purchasing shots for everyone, we were told shots could not be brought to the second floor, so a group of us had to leave our bays and go downstairs to order them ourselves. The main issue happened during the last hour of our reservation. With about 60 minutes left, we decided to order one final pitcher of beer to celebrate our friend's birthday. After tracking down our server and placing the order, she told us she would bring it to the table. After waiting 30 minutes with no update, we asked again and were then told she needed to speak with her manager. After speaking with multiple staff members and waiting another 20 minutes, manager Jordan came to our table and stated the server did not feel comfortable serving us because she believed we were intoxicated. Our group strongly disagreed. Over the course of three hours, our party of 15-17 people had only shared four pitchers of beer and one shot each, which averages to less than two beers per person. After further discussion, Jordan then changed the explanation and said it was "against policy" to serve more than two pitchers per hour. This was surprising, as many of us have visited Topgolf before and had never heard of this policy. When we asked for clarification, he could not clearly explain or support it. We then spoke with the General Manager, Josh, who apologized and said he would speak with his team, but there was no real resolution offered. At that point, it was no longer about ordering one more pitcher of beer--it was about how poorly we were treated, the lack of communication, and how the situation was handled. We felt singled out, dismissed, and unfairly judged. If there is truly an alcohol policy regarding pitcher limits, it should be clearly posted and communicated to all guests rather than selectively enforced. I am leaving this review in hopes that corporate will address these service issues and improve staff communication, professionalism, and consistency moving forward. read more

Never been to Topgolf decided it would be a great change of pace for a birthday party walked in tried to get information and absolutely nobody was helpful. They handed me a card with a phone number and said call this number however, I work nonstop during the hours they're phone service is open and I'm not able to access my phone or the Internet externally during my work hours so once again, I am now on the hunt for something to do for my grandson and his friends. Topgolf is a fun place for friends to commune and talk smack to each other while working out aggression by lobbing projectiles at vast holes. Otherwise, I suppose you can make it a competitive date night (while still talking smack, of course). There is seating and standing room available at each bay with bar height table. Each player signs in at the bay kiosk. Then, you can take turns in any order. DON'T FORGET TO TAP YOUR NAME ON THE TOUCHSCREEN BEFORE YOU SWIPE FOR A BALL. Our group forgot this often enough and we swung under someone else's name - whoops! Each person hits 20 balls per game. I'd say 6 people can play 2 full games in the 2 hours if playing quick enough. They have plenty of food and drink options. The food is ok. We shared pretzel bites and pizza. When it comes to drinks at TG, I just go for beer/cider, personally. While I don't come here looking for a true golf experience or the best bites, I do wish the targets registered points correctly. During my recent visit, the outer rings of the two yellow targets didn't register points the same - the one on the left consistently registered zero points while the one on the right registered 3 points. A bit out of the way if you live in town but this facility is new and clean. Quite a large parking area but awkwardly arranged. They have two full bars with a middle level for lounging while waiting or after playing. We had a variety of wings which were good! My co worker loved the macaroni and cheese balls. And the salad. I had the buttermilk chicken sandwich which they burned so I sent it back and they made another which was better. The carrot sticks and celery served with the wings need to be prepared better it was ragged and poorly trimmed. Our server was very attentive as were all the staff! Later at the bar a couple of us had drinks in a comfortable well lit area downstairs and went out to the patio with our second drink. We went to go pay the bill and were locked out! We knocked and a guy reluctantly let us in saying he wasn't supposed to. He said we should have left the patio and walked around! Well we were told we could go out with our drinks so am not sure what that was about! It was a good outing but not sure I would return if not a company function. Team building event, my first time here. Annnnnd not a golfer. At all. Ever. (I've dined at the clubhouses, drank the beers...the important stuff.) But this was a blast!! It was a chilly day and the heaters kept us comfortable and made it a truly enjoyable experience. Food was totally worth the extra cost you may find compared to an average restaurant, but it was delicious. Wings, pretzel bites and Smokehouse Burger were my favorites. The only thing I would change is the $25 for a pitcher of Coors Light, because it's not a full pitcher. There's a thing inside that is supposed to keep your beer cold. I'm Irish. My beer doesn't have to be cold and that coolie-thingy is taking up valuable beer space. The Scottish side of me says that's a lot of money for less beer and a beer coolie-thingy. Change that. When I lived in Boulder I was a frequent attendant of the Thornton Top Golf. In all of my many times visiting, I was never displeased with the service or food provided. Theres many different levels of golf games at the range which makes it nice for all ages. The pretzel bites here are absolutely delicious. It was our first time doing anything like this. So that's what this review is. Pretty fun. But very pricey! Some mild irritations too. We had never been before. And we had a reservation. Once it hits your reservation time, the clock starts. So say you reserved for 2 hours. Time for playing starts immediately on time and will end on time. Yet we did not know where we were going or what was going on at all. I was told to wait for a text, and that it will tell us where to go. So once the text comes in, you're like oh ok. Rush to wherever this area is. They told us to be there early. But they never really worked with us directly. Once in the box, we had to sign everyone in. It took about 15-20 to do all of this. There were 6 of us. That was by far the most frustrating part. I got kinda mad. Cause I had no idea what to do. Again in my head time is ticking away. Why not have us sign in before we get there? No one really told us what to do, or how to sign up. It was a bit confusing. But it ended up being pretty fun. Everyone in our party had a blast. And the worker was by far the most amazing person! So patient and went above and beyond. That could make or break an experience. So I was so glad for his kindness. Overall fun time. We do think it was pricey. The servers for the party I was at were helpful, attentive and easy to find. The beer selection is great and the pricing is fair not what you have to pay at sporting events like Broncos or Nuggets games. The food at Topgolf is good. If you're expecting fine dining that's not what they offer. The chips, guac, salsa and optional queso are tasty. The fajita bar for the party I was at had flour and corn tortillas, rice, beans, chicken and steak with onions and peppers, cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo. It was a great set up. The donut holes that you inject with jelly, chocolate, etc. are great. They have smaller clubs for younger attendees. Deserving of five stars. A real hole in one! read more

Wish I would have read the other persons review about NOT coming here for the food. Wow, I love having food poisoning, said no one ever!! Within 1 hour of getting home, both mine and my husbands stomachs started rumbling, needless to say we were in the bathroom all night. It was either the wilted salad or the nasty ass buffalo chicken potato skins. To top it off, the bartender (with the green/yellow hair) was handing everyone their glasses with his hands around the rim (common sense and definitely a food safety handling thing. Then at the end of our time there I looked over and saw a brown, dirty ass tag sitting on the end of the bar, it should have been immediately thrown a way, it sat there for at least 30 minutes. We had a great time at Top Golf! We were a party of 7 and 90 minutes was a perfect amount of time. The food is pretty typical "bar food"- we had the hot pepperoni pizza and chips and guacamole, pretty decent! The ambiance is fun, it gives a cool illusion to hit the golf balls from up high.
