When in Orlando we went to top golf and it was fun. When we went to San Antonio and decided to go with family and this time we needed 2 bays. Well opposite of the way it should be we we had to pay extra $20 each for the bays and they said it was a minimum of 2 hours because we wanted 2. Then they put us in front of the sand traps so we had to try and golf around the ball server. So the bigger your group the worse they treat you. Then we ordered $15 for 3 chicken tenders. Asked the guy who served them if he thought these were quality chicken tenders and he said no. But he didn't offer to fix it and just left. What a joke they were very small and thin. We went as a small group in Orlando and treated right. Went to this place in San Antonio and was royally crapped on. Wondering was it because we paid more or because we were at this location in San Antonio. Don't think this place in San Antonio is any good try a different place. read more

Sunday Funday putting built for the whole family! We were looking for something a bit different and Top Golf had it all- food/drinks, exercise and a bit of healthy competition ;) Right now they are offering a great deal where you can book a bay for 6 golfers for $40 per hour for there Sunday Funday deal. I highly recommend booking two hours which feels like the perfect amount of time for playing and socializing. You can choose from the various games on the virtual screens based on personal preferences and skill level desired. We played Sonic, Angry birds and the special of the month, Fantastic Four. The food options are a plenty and came out super quick. The kids indulged in grilled cheese which also came with a side of fruit. The boneless wings and pretzel bites were fantastic too. It's a fun place to get together with friends, have some drinks and food, and get active. Really frustrated with our experience today. Father's Day 2026. We reserved 2 bays days in advance, for 6pm. It was $330 just to reserve the 2 bays. We put in the notes that we had small children and would preferably be on the bottom floor if possible. Nowhere did it say we needed to request anything in particular. We arrive at 5:45(15 minutes early like stated for us to arrive) and we are barely greeted by the front desk staff, very very young unprofessional girls up there. We are told our bays would be ready but we were going to have 2 bays with high top bar tables.. we requested for 2 bays with couches since we have young children, (3,4 and 5 years old) who would not do well with tall chairs/ high top seating. They knew we had small children because this was put on the reservation in advance. They were not willing to help us in any way. They told us "sorry nothing we can do" and were giggling about it and smiling as if it was funny. Spending $330 just to walk into the doors, with 12 people to have a fun Father's Day and then not even offering to somehow accommodate us was ridiculous. We also saw many other people going to the front to talk to staff, over other issues they were having as well. The manager finally came to talk to us and said we had to request couches at our bay instead of high top tables, which there was no "request" area for that and how were we supposed to know that? We ended up staying and playing, but it was a horrible experience. We had to pull up chairs from the arcade so our kids could sit. The whole point of us bringing the children and spending Father's Day here was so that we could have the kids relax on the couch while we were able to golf and enjoy ourselves. We would have never planned this and came to topgolf had we known what horrible experience we would have had, and how unaccommodating and rude they would be. They ended up giving us $25 towards our food and waving our $6 membership fees. Totally unacceptable the way this was handled. And you need new front of the house staff. Very unwelcoming and horrible attitudes. We will never be back, and really regret spending over $500 there today. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Me, my lady, and my brother. You know the brother. Always one step ahead, owns more than one Rolex, somehow makes golf look like an Olympic sport just by walking to the tee. I've been golfing a fair bit lately and haven't been playing too bad, so I thought, why not show off the skills on the big stage. In my head, I'm driving the ball out the gated fence into the bloody stratosphere. Reality check: Topgolf's set of irons. Flimsy, tiny, unforgiving. Could only hit straight when no one was looking. The confidence I walked in with was slowly traded in for a quiet pint and some chips. The ambience felt like a mix of nightclub noise and a driving range, which sounds fun until you are slicing every other shot. Music was loud enough to make conversation a chore and the bright lights just made me more aware of how bad my swing had become. Laughter from the other bays started to feel like it was aimed right at me. After a while it all just blended into a background hum that I wanted to walk away from. The waiter? Thought I was back in France. Full eye contact followed by the quick "oh wait I am doing something right now" sidestep. Classic, and I respect the performance. All in all, Topgolf is a time. You laugh, you swing, you spend. Only wish I brought my own clubs and that it wasn't so expensive. Three stars. read more

Top Golf is so fun! I wish we had one where I live so whenever we see one we try to go there. Getting a table is pretty easy, we put our name down online once we're heading there and by the time we got there our bay was ready! Nice and efficient. We also ordered food which included nachos, buffalo wings, chicken strips and pretzel bites. Everything tasted like your typical bar food but still really good. I mean you can't go wrong with nachos, chicken, fries and pretzels! I also got a tequila espresso martini and that was surprisingly tasty. It was smooth and easy to drink so I enjoyed it. Our server was so great! He kept checking up on us asking if we needed anything and was very friendly. The food came out pretty quick too! Visited for the first time with my young daughter and had a great time. I love how everything is automated. I received a text with our bay number when our bay was ready, and all I had to do was locate the assigned bay and sign in with my phone number. I was initially unsure about the food and drink ordering process, but eventually, our waiter arrived at our bay. He was kind enough to bring clubs for my daughter. I ordered a Strawberry Fusion beverage, a TopGolf Margarita, pretzel bites, and nachos. The nachos were fantastic, and my daughter loved the pretzel bites. Topgolf was our first stop when rolling into town from Houston... unfortunately, it was a Tuesday (half price day) and wait time was 60+ minutes. We found out why it was EXTRA busy... someone bought out/rented the ENTIRE SECOND FLOOR for their group. We left with a very unhappy child who had their birthday Topgolf visit postponed due to weather. Kids kept saying how it was "unfair" that someone could buy all those bays and I totally agree. (Thus, the minus one star). Luckily, we came back the next morning. Price was $30/hour per bay. We had a really good time, like usual. We loved the tv screen on the ball dispensers/bay separator. The Katy,TX and Webster, TX (Houston area) TopGolfs don't have those! Staff were awesome as ever. Our server was great, despite us only ordering water. Didn't sample food this visit. Maybe next time! The only reason I don't go here more is because it's pricey. But having said that it's a cool place to host a birthday party or professional event because they do have a rental space and the service there is really good. So if you're looking to host, a professional event that has food and an activity along with the tech equipment to do a presentation this is a good spot. Had a blast with my son and friends. Our boys enjoyed the games aside from the regular course play. Right now (summer time) topgolf has Monday through Thursday half off play time. So for an hour and a half we split $40, of course we added an extra hour $30. So $70 split between the two of us for four people to play was $35 for 2 and a half hours of playtime. I always enjoy my time at topgolf I ordered a burger and it was absolutely delicious and of course the drinks hit the spot. I did have an issue with my lane, the ball continued to get stuck and it got a bit frustrating after a while but thankfully the workers were able to get it fixed each time. The establishment was clean and equipment was well maintained, even tho there's thousands of fail videos of people messing up stuff lol. Nachos were pretty good. I made my first visit to Topgolf with my brother and nephews. I was familiar with the concept but never had a chance to stop by. We met up around 11, and was told there were no bays available, and there would be a brief wait of 30 minutes to an hour. We decided to wait it out in the bar area. They had a decent variety of beer on tap. I liked the fact they offered pitchers, but was annoyed by the cooling feature in the pitcher. That means less beer! After a brief wait, we were notified our bay was ready. The set up was nice with plenty of space. Our server stopped by on multiple occasions even though we were good. I've been wanting to go for awhile now and this weekend we finally got a chance. We made reservations a couple days before. When you make a res it's 50% deposit and you have 24 hours to cancel. They send you a text reminder of your reservation which also lets you and your group check in. When your bay is ready they send you a text message what number you have. Being that it was our first time we just went to double check at the front desk. They were really friendly and gave us directions to our bay. I'd highly recommend reservations we over heard the wait time being 2 hours. We went towards sunset. I wanted to go when it was night so the lights would be lit up. It was a lot bigger than I anticipated. I new it was 3 levels but they have so many bays. Each floor has a bathroom and bar. Wait staff was really friendly. My wife is gluten free so it was nice that they had gluten free option and that they were labeled on the menu. We got a gluten friendly cauliflower crust pepperoni flatbread and a cheese burger with avocado no buns and fries. Our friends ordered a chicken sandwich, boneless wings, and pretzel bites. Both were good. They were out of coffee when we went. We wanted to order another flatbread but they ran out of the regular flatbread as well as the cauliflower option by that time as well. The food wasn't something to rave about but it was nice that they had dining as well. When your time is up you pay the remainder and as well the rest of you tab. Going with friends they were able to split the tabs. For new players they charge a one-time $5 new member/player fee. As far as playing goes it was a lot of fun. We all had a good time. Lot of different game options to choose from. There's a timer on the screen to let you how much time you have left. Towards the end you also have the option to add on time. Service, on the other hand, mediocre. We had a bay downstairs. According to the server, the draft beer down stairs wasn't working. So he strongly, and I stress the word strongly, recommended we order bottle or go upstairs ourselves to get it. As a customer, this shouldn't matter.
