In the end, the bill is a little confusing at first look! They separate the taxes below, showing a breakdown of the taxes, don't worry, they are not ripping you off. Do the math and you will see, it's just a break down. The facility is very clean! But if you are trying to beat the taxes, then I suggest making a trip to Oregon where it is tax free. You can also set your skill level. Also loved the variety of clubs to choose from. The drink menu is large, I wouldn't recommend the cocktails. The food was surprisingly Tasty! Just your standard bar food. Tried a bunch of items like the boneless wings, nachos, flatbread. Dank nachos especially. Top Golf isn't just for golfers or even for people who are interested in golf. It is a fun group activity to do while socializing and the added food and beverage service really ties things together to deliver a unique experience that you can't really find elsewhere. And if you DO enjoy golf, you can absolutely flex your swing, too! What I love about the game system is there's no strict order to play. So, if you're deep in convo or need a minute to recharge with snacks, no stress - just hit some extra balls on the next round and tally up the scores later. It's all about the overall score, and how competitive you get is totally up to the vibe of your crew. And let's talk food - it's decent, like a Cheesecake Factory or BJ's kinda vibe. Same goes for the cocktails, a bit on the sweeter side, but they've got a full bar for variety. While the Top Golf experience IS super fun, it can be pretty pricey. They charge by the bay which is max of 6 players so you should take this into consideration when making plans. I think there is room for maybe 8 people so if you have a couple of folks who don't care to play or aren't fully invested in that part of the experience, rather than splitting and getting two bays perhaps stick with the single bay and take turns. I'll definitely be back and would totally go more often if it made sense as a date with the husband. First of all....I was extremely excited to go to this location for the first time because it's definitely something that we've needed in the Pacific Northwest. With that said.... The entire experience was very BASIC. I didn't feel that THING that you feel in Vegas or other cities with TopGolf. I was expecting video games, more interactive experiences as far as being able to go in and have an amazing experience before even touching a golf club. The things that they have on the floor are even very minimal also. Air hockey and and foosball are cool but it's not giving that IT factor. Then the aesthetics in general are just blah! I love Topgolf. I don't particularly like golf. I am horrible at pretty much every sport. But Topgolf provides so much entertainment! I really love the various Topgolf games. I especially love Angry Birds. I only wish the Angry Bird game history would also save in the app so I can always remind my best friend of how I beat him for the first five games! The various games allow the playing field to be leveled a bit and those of us who are not in love with golf could find great joy regardless. The food is fine. It is typical bar food. The drinks are also fine. They are a bit too sweet for me but I don't regret it since the games are so much fun! The screen is a nice feature as I could watch my friends' play as well as watch football games. I like how I can change the top screen from the app to watch a game while people are playing. It is fun! The service tends to be hit and miss. There's times I have been here where the service is fantastic and other times where the service is left wanting. Also, yes, TooGolf can be very pricey. It is like surge pricing. The more popular the time the higher the price. I tend to gravitate toward playing in the morning when prices are the lowest. Having opened last fall, Top Golf is a popular spot for people looking for something fun to do in the area! If there was one thing I could highlight about my most recent experience, it's the spectacular service from Jason! Jason was kind, funny, helpful, and even played games with my friends and I so we could score a nice discount on our bill! Watching him interact with other players as well, you can definitely tell that that is someone who loves his job. Other than his service, everyone we interacted with was very kind and welcoming! One thing I'd like to warn people about however is the prices - I'd say the price for the actual Golf is fine, however food can be REALLY expensive. My friends and I ordered the buffalo dip and mac and cheese balls, both of which tasted good, however they don't really give you much food for how much you're paying. Customer service is terrible! We had two gift cards that, based on what we were charged, did not seem to be fully applied to our bill. The manager at the TopGolf said she couldn't check what had been applied from our gift cards (a manager SHOULD be able to do this!). She told me to call the 888 customer service number. This place is the best of golf ranges. Think of this as the Rolls-Royce of golf driving ranges. You can practice (play), eat and drink or just hang out. They have plenty of "games" available to play in the bays, if you want to be more challenging. Theres 3 levels bays. There is walk-in times, but I would recommend booking ahead of time. Its almost non contact if you book online. They will text you to confirm and let you know what bay you'll be in. So you can arrive, and walk all the way to your bay without talking to anyone until you get to your bay. Service is really good. 2 hours is probably the perfect amount of time. Came here on a weeknight with some friends, a total of 5 of us. It wasn't very busy, but our service was rather slow. For how expensive it is to buy an hour at a bay (we were there for 3 hours), the service was far below standard. After 30 minutes of some of our drinks not arriving, I walked over to the bar area. There was a server and the bartender chit chatting behind the bar, and after a couple moments the bartender asked if I had come from the bays, and then advised that I could order with my server. I sheepishly told her that we had ordered with our server... 30 minutes ago.   Without belaboring the point, service was continuously unenthusiastic, slow, we were rarely checked in on (no condiments or silverware for food, no chance to ask for straws, etc.), and to top off the experience, my friend saw our server taking a shot with the bartender as we were leaving.   All things considered... come on. Decided to try out the new top golf in my own city of Renton! Was very excited, and brought the baby along. Upon arriving, the place looked amazing. Lots of people milling around, either, waiting for bays, enjoying the atmosphere, watching football, getting a drink at the bar, playing foosball, air hockey, or shuffleboard. It was definitely alive with excitement. We checked in for golfing and we're told that we were on a three hour wait. ( Note to all, if you want to golf there, make a reservation long before you decide to go ) Having brought the baby along, we decided to get a table in the middle of the first floor lobby. Which was great because he wanted to watch Monday night football and they has two huge projectors playing the Chargers Colts game. Not sure if having the right people staffed up was an issue, but finding someone to serve us when we sat down, was pretty difficult. I had to flag someone down who looked like they worked there to get someone to serve us. We then waited about 15 minutes and nobody came so we went to the bar and ordered drinks and appetizers. About five minutes after somebody came by by the name of Nam, and asked to take our order. Unfortunately, we told him he had already ordered at the bar. He said he would pay attention to the food and run it if necessary. He also told us that it would be an hour before food came out, so we decided to order our dinner. I ordered the burger with tater tots and he ordered the beef tacos. About 15 minutes later, the beef tacos in the burger showed up. We did not see the appetizers and kid meal. After we saw Nam, we decide to cancel our appetizers, however, right as we started talking to him or appetizers and kids meal showed up. I decided to get up and walk to the bar to find the bartender. I told her that the appetizer showed up after our entrées and they were super cold which means they were sitting in the window. She agreed, and said she would send a manager . Working in restaurants I get it I understand things happen. The bartender was super concerned and actually walked over and told us she took a bunch of items off the bill. It was super nice of her to do that, but I was more disappointed at the lack of acknowledgment from management. We saw no management the entire time we were there. Although we saw them walking around. So we started eating our entrées, and about half way through my burger I realize the texture was really weird. So I looked down and realized that my burger was raw. Fml! Add insult to injury. It could go on from here, but it doesn't get any better. We did order some injectable donuts and those were actually pretty tasty and warm. Long story short, the building and the property is amazing. They did a really great job. The service needs help! Not sure if it's body count or lack of management skills, but there needs to be more attention. not once did we see anybody from management level check in. Super disappointing, but a highlight of our trip was our server Nam. He was really great! And I could tell he had a lot of tables. Last thing, I had to change the baby and went to the first floor women's bathroom. There's actually a printed sign that says changing tables on the first and third floor. So I went looking through the stalls and nowhere did I find a changing table. So I decided maybe it's just third-floor taking the elevator, I went to the third-floor, looking for a changing stall. Again, I did not find one. Walking out of the restroom. I found an employee and asked where the baby changing tables are. They said they're in the family bathrooms. I asked where they were. They said they were through the employee hallway, and at the end. Who the hell would know that? They need to post signage that says that they are in the family bathrooms. OK, getting off my soapbox. I'm giving it some leeway at this place because it's just opened a few months ago but they need a lot of help. The top golf park, completely corporate still very fun. read more

Review is not for the golf, but for the event food ($50+ per non-golfer) our large party had tonight. Wait, excuse me, I have to run to the restroom again... Now, where was I? From the watery bland shredded beef that looked literally like beef boiled in water and shredded, to the mac and cheese that tasted like it was straight out of a large size food service bag premade and sterilized so it was shelf stable, processed and preserved and oddly sour, to the chewy chicken breast that seemed to have a jar of creamy tomato sauce dumped on it, to the overcooked zucchini in the roasted vegetables that again felt like they were right out of a bag. Having worked food service, I have a vision of these 10 pound sacks being dumped into hotel pans and reheated and then served. "It was like the food at summer camp." - one of the folks in our party The only thing that was fresh and okay but not great was the salad, but the ranch dressing had that icky straight from a giant jar taste. We ran out of rolls 5 min in and they were never restocked. Bright sides: nice server, unlimited soda. Cocktail was OK not great and was 75% ice. And unfortunately the meal has had unpleasant after effects for two of us - I need to wrap up this review and get back to the restroom. In all ways except food, this Top Golf compares favorably with the Las Vegas Top Golf - but if their food is a 6/10, this location was 1/10. This was my first time at a Topgolf and we loved it! We did get third floor, and I wasn't super comfortable up there with our eight year old, he's pretty clumsy, and he kept getting really close to the edge, and I already have a slight fear of heights, I mentioned it to our waitress and she got us moved to the first floor. I felt really bad, but she assured me that it was no big deal and I wish I knew her name because she was so kind and patient with us. It's not cheap, but for fun for the whole family it's probably the best location. My kids had a blast. They played shuffleboard, air hockey and foosball after we were done golfing. Topgolf is shiny and brand new. Sometimes the waits can be crazy long and super wrong with their time estimates especially at night. On weekdays they have a super cheap deal to golf from 10am-12pm if you want to get some shots off for the low. I have a sinking feeling that this place will smell like a chuck e cheese in a couple years. Also, most of the food items are a skip they all are mid. It's nice to have to eat and socialize, but you'll end up wishing you spent your money somewhere else to eat. Also, Costco has gift cards if you want to save money here. read more

I don't understand the poor reviews at all! Even though our server/kitchen did make mistakes, e.g. bringing out the wrong drinks and adding avocado when we specifically told them about an allergy, the managers and server were all apologetic and accommodated for the mistakes. My group and I had such a fun time and beyond that, the food was so good!! We got nachos, hamburger, cheese fries, and boneless chicken wings. Aside from it being slightly overpriced (which is to be expected at an entertainment center), we couldn't stop raving about the food. I am a big fan of Topgolf in other cities. I am so excited we finally have a full facility here in WA! I went during soft opening and was not disappointed. This is probably the nicest Topgolf location I have been to. The layout is incredibly large and great for family fun or large parties. There is plenty of parking. There's three levels of driving range, each level has a full bar and bathrooms. The service was phenomenal. Even though this is the newest location, the staff were very well trained and prepared to help answer any questions you had about the facility, golfing, and food and beverage. I was impressed they had the managers in red shirts come around every so often to check on each bay. I don't think I have ever experienced this at any other Topgolf location I have been to and it made all the difference in the experience. The food is good but not amazing. I have ordered many things off the Topgolf Menu before. Today we tried the Nacho Average Nachos and added Smoked Chicken. The chicken was dry. I think the better items I have had here are the pretzel bites, wings, and filled doughnut holes. In terms of drinks, I think their cocktails are pretty good. I always get a Topgolf Marg and sometimes a Old Fashion. Highly recommend making reservations if you plan to come during any peak hours (evenings, weekends). read more

Our first time at this location. We were celebrating our daughters birthday. It was a suggestion by both our daughters since TopGolf just opened near us. My daughters went to the Orlando location in February and loved it. So two days ago I decided to reserve a group lesson for 5 of us for 149.00 includes shared appetizer and large choice of coke products beverages. We walked in, this place is humongous. Our instructor texted me to let us know where to meet, and to bypass checking in. Being a Tuesday noon time was great because it was not busy like the weekends. Although it was for my daughters birthday, I think this place would be great to blow off steam for people who work remote to visit during the week, for a lunch break, or even a lunch meeting with other co-workers who work remote also ever since Covid. Pro instructor Darren Black was amazing, friendly, made us all feel like we were all buddies he'd hang out with, really helped us learn techniques, that I think each one of us got better even with just an hour. Dan our server was just as amazing. New on the job, but he really took care of us with food and beverages. The food was not bad, it was your typical bar food fare. The beautiful Asian young lady who was cleaning the clubs as we walked out was friendly in greeting us with goodbyes, and the young men at the check in host stand asking us how was our time, and if we had fun. This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! It was my second time here and my first time playing. My coworkers and I decided to go on saturday night (09/10/2022) after work. Since we work across the street, we didn't have to park there. Parking is pretty bad. I went with a group of 5, we all have zero experience swinging a golf club but 1. We got a bay for 2hrs only because we was told that it'll take some time to get used to swinging the clubs. The place is very spacious and clean, there was a lot of people there but I didn't feel like it was crowded. The food and drinks was delicious and affordable. Overall, I really like the place and I'm so happy that it's just across from my work place. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to try something new, kinda like me for example, I have never swung a golf club but I had a REALLY great time laughing and trying to. read more

We're so happy to have Topgolf in our neighborhood! We've been eagerly awaiting for it to open. We used the waitlist feature on the app to get on the waitlist. They texted us 15 minutes before the bay was ready and we headed over. Most of the bays have wicker tall stools and a tall table and just a few have the couches we've enjoyed at other locations. With our 1 year old, the couch set up would have been nicer. It sounds like you just get lucky to get one with the couch or you can try to request it in your reservation but be prepared to wait extra. The technology in the ball is more advanced than other locations which is fun! We enjoyed sharing the pretzel bites (will definitely get again!), the tater tots (meh), the pepperoni flatbread (yum), and the hummus plate (which was good but we would have loved more veggies with it). All the employees were so nice and friendly. Our ball dispenser for our bay didn't blink when a ball was coming and then at the end the ball dispenser stopped working and we had to get someone to fix it. What a beautiful venue! My family and I went on Tuesday during the soft opening and we had a blast! We played on the 2nd level and had such attentive wait staff. If they didn't know something, they were quick to get the answers. I loved that the staff was able to order our drinks and food with a tablet right at our table. (The boozy strawberry lemonade was SO GOOD!) For food, we tried the cobb salad, buffalo chicken wings, and steak nachos. All were very flavorful - my favorite being the steak nachos. Yum! There are 3 levels which is comprised of a bar on each level. You will find shuffleboard, foosball, and air hockey tables scattered throughout the venue. There's patio seating on each level where you can enjoy a drink and watch your favorite sporting event. I noticed a few fire tables which will be perfect for fall/winter. You'll find a few yard games off the main floor patio. There are 3 virtual suites on the main floor along with plenty of seating on the main floor. There's a gift shop near the main entrance where you can buy golf shirts, gloves, etc. If your hand blisters while hitting, you can pick up a pair of gloves here. The women's bathroom on the 2nd floor has a cool neon sign and grassy photo backdrop. I can imagine plenty of ladies' night pics will be taken here, LOL. We have been to other locations before but this is their first location in the Seattle area! Topgolf in Renton is a perfect location for the eastside. It is located right by The Landing and Boeing. Easy access to 405 off exit #5 and about 5-7 min off the freeway. It's fun for most all ages but you do have to be able to hit 25 yards for a chance to get any points. It's a great atmosphere with very good food and drinks. Perfect for a few people or a lot of people! read more

Staff is friendly, food is pretty good. Honestly some of the best chicken tenders I've had. They have foosball and air hockey tables for free to play while you wait. They have 3 levels of bays you can play at and costs $70 an hour which isn't all that bad. If you've never played at top golf before you will be charged an additional $5 for a membership. But that membership can be reused at any Top Golf locations. Only reason I took away a star is for a couple things: - Their spicy fried chicken sandwich was not spicy at all literally no spice. But the chicken was perfectly cooked and breaded. - the pretzel bites were pretty good but the cheese came out congealed and pretty undipable (not sure that's a word lol) -Parking can use some work.
