Service is consistently great quick, attentive, and super friendly every time I've gone. Foodwise, I always stick to my go to, the injectable donut holes (so fun) and the smokehouse burger. I've also tried the chicken nachos and buffalo wings, which are solid options too. The tater tots are a must, and the drinks are always on point. I've never been to Topgolf before and was super excited to try it since all my friends always post about it but my experience was horrible. We got to our booth and the heat lamps were on full blast and no matter where you sat, you were sitting on hot cushion or chair. The couch cushion was very flat and uncomfortable, no matter where you sat you could feel the bottom of the couch. Our server was super nice but the overall service was awful. We asked for the heat to be turned down or shut off (which neither happened) we ordered waters as soon as we got to the bay and it took over 30 minutes to get anything. I ended up going to the bar to grab some water since nothing had arrived. The people next to us arrived later than we did and pretty much got their food and drinks as soon as they got there. As soon as a I got back to my bay with the waters we finally got 2 more waters. The server came over asked if we "had drank from them yet?" then proceeded to take 2 of them and 2 straws from our table and gave them to the next bay over. We then proceeded to order the injectable donut holes and some pretzels bites with beer cheese. The donut holes were WAY overcooked, over seasoned and actually made me and my boyfriend sick later on. If you're looking for something fancy and completely fun, Topgolf is the place you never knew you needed. With similar facilities around the country to include Los Angeles and Las Vegas, its wonderful to have a facility locally in the Seattle area - located specifically in surrounding city of Renton. The first thing you notice is the size of the facility and amount of parking. Large drop-off and pick-up, as well two floors of seating. Inside is just as pallactial with large area for reception, reservations and of course large spaces for dining on different levels. You also notice a small pro-shop for swag, shirts and other items needed for your golfing experience. Topgolf is, essentially, a very high-tech driving range that can accommodate large parties as well as the individual golfer, just trying to keep their golf skill up, in a new and entertaining way. And it's glorious. Prices and available times are posted. And the staff is professional and friendly. There are even spaces for large gatherings such as special meetings and special events. However, if none of these strike your fancy, and you are just looking for a bite to eat while watching some local sports, or just sit outside with a view of Boeing field, Topgolf is happy to accomodate you. Where the Topgolf kitchens can be a little crowded on a very temperated day, the food is one of typical sports bar fare, with choice of an excellent burger, chicken wings - and a beer, spirits or cocktail to meet your needs. It is definitely a destination for friends and large parties. And it could get pricey for a round, but the food and the environment can definitely make up for it, especially if it is your first time seeing how technology, sports, and gastro-pub can all converge to serve that special time with freinds and family. Our friends treated my wife and I to Top Golf for the first time for our birthdays. Our session was 2 hours. Reservations were handled online. Plenty of free parking can be found in the generous parking lot. Large parties can easily be accommodated. Swing Suites are half price on Tuesday's. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Outdoor food and drink are not allowed, including bottled water. A collection of golf items can be purchased in the lobby. Top Golf offers an assortment of outdoor seating, including rooftop seating. Restrooms are easy to access on each level. Food menu is similar to bar grub. Top Golf offers a full bar. I did appreciate that each menu item lists the calories. Table service is provided. Our table shared a pitcher of Manny's for $29 while settling in. I had a couple 6oz pours of Winter Hills Sauvignon Blanc wine for $12.49 each. Our friends ordered the Queso Blanco & Chips for $10.49 for us all to share: creamy white queso with a kick and house made salsa served with corn tortilla chips. The queso was delicious. The tortilla chips were skimpy. Our friends ordered the Crispy Chicken Strips for $13.79: 3 hand-breaded chicken strips and ranch to dip. Theses chicken strips were the smallest I have ever seen. My wife and I shared the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Tots for $12.79: grilled chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, onion, dill pickle chips and Dijon aioli. Staff members were indifferent and sporadic. She suggested we go today and although I was hesitant as I'm stiff as a board, lower back aches and ho-hummed going. I came here for a work function and it was my first time here. I'm not into golf, so I wasn't really excited to attend. My review will focus mainly on the food. We ordered as a group the flat bread, hummus dip, boneless wings, and fried mac n cheese nuggets (those were the best things). All of the rest of the food was just ok, even mediocre, but this is a sporty type of place, so the focus isn't on providing high quality food. The one common thing about most of the food items is high sodium content. Everything was really salty. The chairs were also uncomfortable to sit in, so watch out for those. The service was pretty good and our server did a great job handling our large group. The food was brought out in quick rotation so we never ran out of items. Didn't get to try any alcoholic drinks since this was a work function, but I'm sure that they add to the fun. The spaces are also heated which is a plus! While waiting for our bay to pop up on my phone, we kicked back and enjoyed the big screen and what felt like every sports game playing on the TVs around us--such a vibe! First time visiting and had a great experience!! I came with some family and friends and we requested two bays next to each other. Unfortunately we had to wait for about an hour but didn't mind too much as it gave us a chance to grab some dinner before we played. The nachos were decent, not a huge fan of cheese sauce and the chips were noticeably store bought (if that makes sense) but everything else from the real melt cheese to the spicy jalapeños had me coming back for more and more bites. The chicken sandwich wasn't my favorite, it almost seemed just the slightest bit underdone which is a little scary. But that honestly could have been either the dark lighting or my imagination. The tots and fries were crispy. The potato skins had a fun and unique flavor with an delicious creamy and crisp crunch. And the pretzel bites were pretty standard but salty and hot for sure. Once we finished up dinner we headed out to where our bays were ready. I must say it's so fun to see this place lit up at night! The lights and overall vibe is just great. Service was very attentive in making sure everyone got their orders if they wanted to buy stuff not included in our package. Came here for an after work week meeting with some business partners. The hosting company had set up a "teambuilder" for the end of the week. Solid place to come and hang out with folks outside of a conference room. The food was actually better than I expected. It was buffet served with a variety of bar foods and I was frankly more than "whelmed" which was what I was expecting. The server was FAST with ordering and delivering drinks. Kudos to them for that. On us, but there really isn't much to do for the poor folks in our crowd who didn't do Golf due to personal issues or personal choice. Yeah, it's on them to go to a Golf Spot and not Golf! But, the place is a one trick pony. They likely have video games or something else further away, but that would defeat the purpose. Topgolf was honestly disappointing, mainly because of management. Right from the start, service was awkward. We paid with a $100 bill and it took an unreasonable amount of time for them to count our change. When they finally gave it back, it was laid out all over the counter in a messy, careless way. We still tipped, but after everything that followed, we honestly shouldn't have. We were seated upstairs in Bay 201 and paid to play for two hours. Not long into our time, we realized the golf ball dispenser/sensor was not working properly. When we waved the club in front of the sensor, it took forever for a ball to come out, all while our paid time kept ticking away. We asked for someone to come look at the machine. A man did come over, acknowledged the issue, and told us we would be reimbursed for the time that was wasted due to the broken equipment. That reimbursement never happened, and no one followed up with us about it. To make things worse, my dad was cut off after four beers, despite being completely fine. He was not drunk, not disruptive, and we were genuinely having a great time. There was absolutely no valid reason for that decision, and it completely ruined the night. I do want to say that our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive. She did everything right and is honestly way too good to be working at a place where management and operations are handled this poorly. Every issue we had stemmed from management, not her.
