These people that work here are amazing!!! Made my birthday dreams come true. It's so nice to have staff that cares.

We visited Topgolf this week to celebrate a birthday, and it was an amazing experience. Our server, Jacob, truly stood out--he was incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout our visit. He made sure we received the best service and that everyone in our group felt well taken care of. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really elevated the whole experience. We'll definitely be back! read more

Such a fun and unique night out!!! We had a blast. Ordered some drinks and the donut holes, which came with a TON definitely big enough to share with a group. We did the 2 hour session and it was the perfect amount of time - we actually considered extending because the games were so fun but it was getting late (10pm-ish). Will definitely be back though! read more

Having been here several times for birthdays and team building events, it has always been a pleasant experience, especially with the friendly staff and service and also the yummy food/drinks. When coming here, some things to note: -Parking Lot: Huge! Which is pretty nice. -Reservations highly recommended! Especially for weekends or if you have a big group. Walk ins are available but you're likely to be assigned to the first level vs 2nd or 3rd -Night time golfing ~ I do suggest bringing a jacket as it can get chilly at night despite the warm heaters above -Food: Hands down all the appetizers were delicious!!! I would def come back and snack on these while hitting some balls -Drinks: Definitely enjoyed all the cocktails. They're tasty, stiff, and pretty to look at. -Staff & Service: kudos to all the friendly people! Always so helpful and accommodating especially for big groups. -Random note: if you're a true avid golfer, by all means, you can bring your own clubs to this place and hit with it. There's a nice space in the bay to put your gear. read more

Service, service, service. My company hosted an event for the sales team. It was a great time.

Topgolf was honestly disappointing, mainly because of management. Right from the start, service was awkward. We paid with a $100 bill and it took an unreasonable amount of time for them to count our change. When they finally gave it back, it was laid out all over the counter in a messy, careless way. We still tipped, but after everything that followed, we honestly shouldn't have. We were seated upstairs in Bay 201 and paid to play for two hours. Not long into our time, we realized the golf ball dispenser/sensor was not working properly. When we waved the club in front of the sensor, it took forever for a ball to come out, all while our paid time kept ticking away. We asked for someone to come look at the machine. A man did come over, acknowledged the issue, and told us we would be reimbursed for the time that was wasted due to the broken equipment. That reimbursement never happened, and no one followed up with us about it. To make things worse, my dad was cut off after four beers, despite being completely fine. He was not drunk, not disruptive, and we were genuinely having a great time. There was absolutely no valid reason for that decision, and it completely ruined the night. I do want to say that our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive. She did everything right and is honestly way too good to be working at a place where management and operations are handled this poorly. Every issue we had stemmed from management, not her. Between the careless service, broken equipment that wasted our money, an unkept promise of reimbursement, and unreasonable management decisions, this experience was extremely disappointing. read more

Was lots of fun! I brought tablets for my 4&7 year old fearing they can't last the 2 hours but they didn't even want to leave! Environment was nice. Despite it being super windy it wasn't cold at the bay thanks to their heaters We requested to be on the first floor because of the kids but was placed on second. Turned out it was probably a good thing since our kids are "older" and no not to jump off... I imagine if they were on the first floor they might just run out to the green!! There were bays with the high bar stool chairs and high table but a few other couches which would be more kid friendly... we were placed in the high tables For a game place, food was good! We really enjoyed their tacos- it was flavorful. We ordered the wings plain with dipping sauce on the side but we didn't even use the sauce. It was good plain (for those who don't like the sticky texture outside) After playing we went to the lobby area where they had some table games and couches. The kids spent an additional hour just playing with those free entertainments! We got the top golf gift card from Costco that was $79.99 for $100. Also depending on the day and time there are cheaper bag fees. We came on Wednesday at 11 so it was only $95 for 2 hours (there were 6 of us) Currently they have a promotion if you play on a Wednesday and order any kind of wings, you get $20 off the bay fee too! But for first time players there is a $5 fee per person (all ages) For those with kids, you can also choose kids games like angry birds so each time a ball is hit, the screen will show it scoring on the angry birds Definitely feel this is a good place for all ages!! But take into consideration if you have super young or super old guest and choose the couch seating instead of the high table/ chairs read more

LOL, has anyone looked at their bill before? I have posted a picture of my bill. We had a few drinks and food while we enjoyed the two hours pf game play. In the end, the bill is a little confusing at first look! They separate the taxes below, showing a breakdown of the taxes, don't worry, they are not ripping you off. Do the math and you will see, it's just a break down. The facility is very clean! But if you are trying to beat the taxes, then I suggest making a trip to Oregon where it is tax free. Washington location is very pricy due to taxes. read more

I went here with my girlfriend for her 21st birthday and we had a really good time. The different types of games were really fun and a cool way to even the playing field a little bit so it doesn't matter how strong or skilled you are at golf. It is fun no matter what skill level. The music was really fun and not too loud or too quiet. Also, the food was amazing! Although it did take a while for us to get our food, the manager really made up for it by giving it to us on the house! All together a super fun experience and we will absolutely be back again soon! read more

We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday at Topgolf and had a wonderful experience. The first-floor patio was perfect--relaxed, welcoming, and really well set up with beautiful globe lights, fireplaces, TVs, and outdoor games. We reserved two bays nearby, and everyone--from kids to grandparents--had a great time. The food was perfect with good options and fair prices. Josh, our Bay host, was kind and attentive, and the manager, Bartly, checked in several times and made sure everything ran smoothly. Really appreciated the care and service. Great night all around. Thank you, Topgolf for making my babies 18th so memorable! read more

This is hands down my new favorite place to frequent. I will start off by mentioning that it is rather expensive; however, it is worth every penny. You can safe yourself some moola if you eat before you go. I recommend obtaining the full experience but again... expensive. Topgolf is a blast! I love the driving range and this experience takes that hobby to the next level. My wife and I met up with some friends for a double-date on a Summer Sunday morning . We fortunately had reservations as the wait time otherwise was 1.5 hours. I can't stress enough... make a reservation if you are playing on the weekend. The 4 of us played for two hrs on one lane. We ordered food and had a great time playing various digital games while working on our skills. I believe the balls are microchipped or have some tracking technology because it analyzes and captures all of the logic behind where the ball goes, plus the height, curve, and speed it travels. Service was ok but definitely wasn't the best. I'm hoping this next time will be better as far as service goes. read more

Great fun! You will be surprised at the cost of food and drinks. They have amazing food at great prices. And delicious drinks. You can have fun with the family or on a date night and not break the bank. The location at the Renton landing is ideal for me because I am a local. But Renton is easy to get to from Seattle, Tacoma or Bellevue. I would recommend this experience for a fun night hands-down. The service is amazing and they have a golf league that is a lot of great fun on Monday nights if you're looking for something to get into with friends. read more

I've been wanting to come here for quite some time but could never really find the time. My wife and I agreed to a double date with some friends and they booked us here. The parking lot was packed so that may or may not be a nuisance. Other than that, we had a time!!!! They texted us our bay number so that removed having to checkin at the front. The area was super clean. Our game started at 8:15pm. A host showed us how to play as majority of us had never been there before. I will say that the membership fee feels pointless but you only pay it once. Moving on, our server came quickly and took our food and drink orders. I wish I got his name. We were doing so much I forgot to ask. He was amazing. We ordered sunrise margaritas, the All American, nachos, pepperoni flatbread (not a fan of whatever sauce was on it), sangria, beer, fries, and tots. Everything was good. Typical bar food. The nachos were my absolute fav with flavor and presentation. Everything is charged at the end of the game. Also, I don't know who controls the music after about 9 but kudos!!! We were dancing and hitting balls. We can't wait to come again. This is absolutely a group activity because it's pricey so bring friends! read more

Bring your money! This is a rich man's hangout! Woaw!!Chaching!! We went on Sunday at June 25th at 1:30pm. Did we love playing? Absolutely. Would we come back again? YES! But my review will help prepare you for some tricky things about this place. Things that are not straightforward. First, the game, is a blast and fun for big groups and all ages and skill sets. Which is perfect. The concept is fabulous and whoever invented the Angry Birds game for Top Golf is a genius. It's so fun. The waitstaff is friendly and tries hard, but they are not strong at all. They lack social skills, confidence, interpersonal skills and polish. They are all really young, seem a bit confused, maybe overwhelmed... and I think this company is giving people 'a chance or opportunity' to try their hand for the first time at serving (which is admirable), but I think they would do better if they had more outgoing, polished waitstaff representing them. The manager rocked! He was great handling the small check-in problem we had. He was really ON IT! The front desk welcoming staff was also really good and made you feel comfortable right when you walked in. So here is what you need to know... DO NOT CHECK INTO YOUR SPOT (where you play golf) before your entire group gets there, because the CLOCK will start ticking, right when the first person checks in! So if your brother arrives early, tell him to get a drink at the bar and wait for your group and don't check in -- because if he checks in -- the 2 hour clock starts! ALSO DON'T be LATE. The clock starts ticking right at the start of your reservation, so don't be late. Also, the bill! You already paid a deposit if you made a reservation. There are 4 or 5 different taxes on the bill so you don't tip on the large tax amount. Look for them all - it's crazy. I'm not kidding. There is also an additional $5.00 membership fee you will need to pay on top of everything else, which will be in the bill and so they assume you will also tip them on that too. The waitstaff does not REVEAL that the bill also includes your golf balance and then the food, so they actually want you to tip them on ALL of it -- the tax, membership, golf and food. So for example it cost our group about $360 for 2 hours of golf, food and drinks. We ordered a kids burger, 3 cokes, hummus plate, pretzel, chicken strips and 2 Rose wines. The food cost about $100.00. Had I not paid attention I would have tipped the waitress on the entirety of the bill... like $80.00 for mediocre service. It was tricky. Pay attention to the charges. Also the games inside, which we wanted to play are NOT included in the golf. They are totally separate and you have to pay a totally different fee. That's a bummer. I think you should be able to play those games for the same price. I would consider this place as a VERY expensive experience, unless your whole group is splitting it. I would also consider it as SUPER FUN too! I also want to say they sell clothes and hats which are super cute. Everything is very clean! We will come again, but next time, I won't be treating everyone, but then again, think about what else I could do with almost $400! read more

I been to top golf several times and every time we are there the service is great until last Monday me and my partner decided to invite my sister for the first time, and honestly it has been the worst service ever, to begin with the girl who was serving us started with an attitude not sure if her day was going not to well. Anyways, we order the drinks and food at the same time, she took nearly 25mins to bring us our drinks that were already water down and the two appetizers we order in which after 45 mins the food never came and she never even came to check on us either, we had to search for her and ask about our food, she reply by saying that our food was not ready because they were missing a few ingredients for the cheese nachos (?) after we told her that we didn't wanted that anymore and if we could at least get our other appetizer (deep fried Mac and cheese) she brought it, cold, soggy, that was probably sat there in the food line the whole time... I always leave satisfied from top golf but this has been the worst experience I don't think I will ever come back. read more

had a really good experience, even bought a lesson package but then I needed to reschedule a lesson... They do not allow you to call to change or reschedule, there is no way to do it online and if you don t have the phone number of the pro assigned to you they say there is nothing they can do. So scam like.....I am just going to reverse payment on the whole lesson package and go to a much cheaper driving range. Oh and their phone system is terrrrrrible. read more

A relaxing and fun time for anyone at all level. Kudos to staffs like Roxy and Shelby? They are very friendly and supportive.

Went here with friends and it's a fun place to hang out and play random golf games, but seems pricey to basically just take turns whacking the ball and playing the games. Angry Birds game doesn't really even make sense, but it's fine if you're just there to hang out. Ordered some nachos which came out looking fancy, and actually tasted very good but the portions are not big. They also charged $160 to my card when I paid for my nachos, turned out to be some other peoples food and gameplay, but I had to call them multiple times to get it resolved and the charges refunded. read more

I had an absolute blast coming here for date night with the fiance. My fiance has little experience in golf and i have zero but it didnt matter. Nobody will judge and everyone is just enjoying their own competitive games with their own groups. Only downside is the food and it is pricey to play as much as you want in 2 hours. Each bay has their own couch, table, TV (choose your sports channel and can watch the current score of your golf match), heat lamp, and a selection of golf clubs. Each golf club is separated between men and women, and each also specify how much power each club has. There are 4 games to play depending on how competitive your group is. It costs $180 to play 2 hours and it does not matter how many people are playing. However, there is an additional $5 per new person/first timer. Food and drinks cost around $10 to $20. Food tastes okay. Nothing too extroardinarily noteworthy. Overall, would love to come back with more people and add in more time. 2 hours is way too short! read more

This is my feedback (as condensed as possible) after coming here 1-2 times/week as a platinum member over the past 7 months: -Service is not consistent. They are always nice (and they train them well) but your Top Golf experience will be greatly dependent on who is serving you. We had servers that come every 5 minutes and ones that come every 20 mins. Sometimes big groups are the excuse, but I've seen plenty of servers who can handle big and small groups at the same time. The worst we had was one that didn't come until 70 mins later; he was literally hiding at the bar 90% of the time (possibly even drinking on the job) and only served the big table next to us. -Platinum benefits are worth it but you don't get special treatment. Half of the time the servers aren't even aware that we're platinum until we get the bill. You usually get a manager that introduces themselves to you, then you never see them again. Sometimes the callaway clubs take a while to show up because there's supposed to be a designated person for platinum who is different from your server. You don't often see that person. The worst we had was not getting the clubs until 40 minutes into our game. Being prioritized on the waitlist is the best perk, but I also had an inconsistent experience with it. There were a few times we had to wait an extra 1-2 hrs beyond our expected wait time, which is simply unacceptable as a platinum in my opinion. -Food is always awesome. Not a single bad item on the menu. Had a few burnt nuggets but 9/10 times it's perfect. Drinks, however, somewhat overpriced and diluted. 20% off food items as platinum means, why even bother eating anywhere else? -Games are fun and it honestly never gets boring, which is why we continue to come here. Top golf is played by people of all experience, most often people who have never held a golf club before. Even if you don't want to golf, they have a cool fooseball table and lounge and "rooftop" bar. -In the summer, beware of spooders on the third floor. My conclusion is, yes, I love Top Golf. I would definitely recommend it. We just don't get consistent service here and it's hard to find value when you are charged per hour but sometimes you can't even get service within that hour. read more

Top Golf is a super fun place to go but DAMN IT IS EXPENSIVE. We went to this Top Golf twice over a two week period for birthday parties. You have to rent two bays together if you have more than 6 people and want to be together and it is VERY VERY expensive (like over 300). Trying to get a live person on the phone to talk to and ask questions is impossible, so don't bother even trying. The food is outrageously priced and portions are very small. It is 26.00 for a pitcher of beer (with a huge cylinder of ice in the middle making it cold beer but not a lot of beer for the price). My son ordered a drink which had hardly any alcohol in it and it was 14.00. We had nachos that had like 9 chips on the plate, no joke. Although they were good, they were not 17.00 good. Food is ok but again the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. If you go here, know it is very expensive and you are going to be paying Disneyland prices to make it an eating out, drinking, and golfing excursion. If you go during the weekdays and in the mornings and just want to golf it isnt as bad but weekend prices are crazy and the food is good but over the top expensive. They are very streamlined and organized and there is a lot to do while waiting for your table (table games, etc). Very clean and spacious facility with easy free parking. read more

Was there yesterday for a team event and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. The staff was courteous and helpful without being too intrusive, the equipment and the bays were really nice and comfy, allowing for a relaxed and fun atmosphere vs. the seriousness of a regular driving range. The games were fun and the whole experience was fun even for absolute beginners. Can't comment on prices since this was a paid event, but definitely a great fun experience when you want to entertain a medium to large group of people. Recommended! read more
