Employee came to me ask if I need water. I told her that will be great! She brought water then she asked me I was Filipino. I told her no I am not a Filipino. She said she thought I was Filipino and she asked me if I need water for respect. I thought this was somewhat racism! read more

Topgolf is one of those things where you do not have to be good at golf or even like golf yourself to have a good time, it's like bowling where you're there more to have an activity and excuse to gather up a group and socialize. There's a bar and outdoor seating area with games so you don't even need to book a bay. If you do, there's multiple floors with the top probably having the best views and prices are depending on what day of the week and time of the day you are booking your bay, I believe weekends and nights are the premium pricing as it's a more popular time to be here. You can book online ahead of time to reserve a bay or walk in to put your name on the list but there will be a wait. It's definitely a lot cheaper to just go to a driving range, but what you're paying for is the atmosphere and unique games that you can select on the kiosk. I'm actually quite impressed that they found land to build this facility here, I guess Boeing sold them their employee parking lot. It does get busy at times, you might have to walk farther, but you'll be able to eventually find a spot. You can expect your typical bar food here, don't get the nachos though, you'll be disappointed with 10 pieces. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:) read more

My mom I went to this location because Bellevue Top Golf/Forum has really great burgers. The time was 6:30 PM. There was nowhere to park in its extensive parking lot. We walked in the bldg and waited to be acknowledged while staff continued their conversation. I asked if they had a restaurant and was told they have a bar with no specific seating. I wasn't greeted by the way. We walked to the bar where only a few people sat. We clearly looked lost and we're not acknowledged however bars are usually busy so take that with a grain of salt but this one wasn't. I scanned the menu and it was typical junk that you can see on any menu . I was not interested. We left. Okay , so the bldg has several floors. The place looked unkept, disorganized and dirty. The bar was dirty and not appealing. I will not go there again. Now what they can do to improve: Have Valet, Reorganize entry to remove clutter and give sense of direction, change decor of bar, change furniture to more of a cigar lounge style, put in a Chihully Chandelier to give it a more high end vibe. ( no I'm not high end) but change the decor and you change decorum. Insist that staff greet customers as sir and ma'am regardless of gender preference or pronouns to keep a level of respect. Educate your employees of other near by locations of Top Golf and encourage them to visit as part of their training. Encourage your employees to provide exceptional service which in turn can provide exceptional tips. That's a good place to start and if you don't have a concierge in every suite, I encourage you to hire them for special holidays, reservations and weekends. Mic Drop read more

This place has a service issue. It's too bad; good vibe, clean, good music, decent bar food.... but the poor service will keep this place a 2.5 star long term. It's fully staffed, not for shortage of staff but no urgency and a seeming lack of process. I was with a large group on a Saturday afternoon just chilling at the bar. Would have spent hundreds of dollars more as we wanted to watch the college games but it's too hard to get orders in and no one is checking on you. Disappointing experience because I've enjoyed being at other Top Golf locations. read more

Finally we have a topgolf here in WA!! It's always a good time here for birthdays or just a fun night out with friends. I strongly recommend reserving a bay ahead of time. It's more pricier on weekends compared to weekdays. I've been here twice already and had a great experience both times. All the servers all attentive and friendly. You can order drinks and food at your bay. I really liked the donut holes. Golfing here requires no experience. Just aim and hit. Def recommend checking it out! read more

Bad customer service, no respect to customers. We were put on a wait list and were told that it will be an hour wait. We verified the phone number multiple times and waited for a text. More then an hour go by and no text, went up to the front desk to ask when we will be add to the court. They said that we need to respond to text messages, so we verified the phone number again but turned out that they put the wrong number in and we were removed from the wait list. We were added to the wait list again which means more wait time. read more

3.5 stars tldr; fun times, good food, stingy alc , okay service Came in a group of 4. We found it was pretty easy to join the wait online and then check in for an open bay. We got there a bit early, waited ~10-15 minutes at the bar w a beer, and then started golfing! Beer - ordered a pitcher and it barely filled 4 glasses. They have a huge hole in the middle which i think is supposed to be ice but personally thought it was dumb as we cleared it all immediately. Not a big deal. Pretty self explanatory to enter names and get the order going for the games. We had another friend join later, and it was easy to add them in mid way as well. You pick an option for how long you want to play, and they ask you a bit before you end if you want to extend your time. Sweet. We decided to order some food and more drinks, which is the only part of the experience I found not so great. There are employees managing a few bays at a time, but almost the entire time we were there, whoever was supposed to be there for answering questions or taking orders was not there for us. When we tried to ask another employee, they said You're not my assignment, go find that person. -1 for this experience. We did ultimately get our order in and our food (took forever but ok, it was a busy night) Food was fine - nothing amazing but definitely not bad. We went when it was still pretty new, so perhaps staff was still rolling out a few kinks in service speed/quality. Overall, a very fun place to go and would recommend in groups of ~5-6 ! read more

$65/hour on Friday + $11 for some stupid service tax!! Maybe there wouldn't be so many empty bays if it wasn't so expensive!Won't be back!!

Topgolf is about the experience and you're paying for that, but I did plan a party there with high expectations. We had reservations but ended up waiting and couldn't get service at the bar, perhaps they were understaffed? Then we made it to the table and all ordered drinks and a variety of items off the menu. Our server was nice but the service was slow and he was often MIA. We would have liked to order another round of drinks or dessert but never had the opportunity. The experience overall was dampened due to slow service. The food and drinks were good, although pricey as expected. I would not return on a weekend, that felt like a big waste since we couldn't order what we wanted. We ended up going out for drinks, appetizers, and dessert somewhere else afterwards because we were all still hungry and only had one very expensive drink at Topgolf. read more

If I could, I would have given them 0 stars! We received the worst service. We drove 45 minutes to get there. We were signed in. We were told we had a 15 minute wait. After 30 minutes of waiting patiently, we went up to check. The lady at the front counter said "Oops! Sorry! You should have been called already. We have to put you back on the waitlist!" Unbelievable! How is this okay? And she laughed about it! We will NEVER be back! read more

Avoid if you're hungry! Our server seemed to forget us, leading to a 2-hour wait for food. Terrible service overshadowed the fun.

My family and I got duped here... This was my fourth time at this Renton location and our experience with the bill was awful. My spouse reserved two bays for our family of 9 (originally 12) for two hours for my birthday and instead of charging us the regular rate of $60/hr for each bay on a 12:45pm booking and (6) $5/person membership fee, they charged us $440 for the game time instead of the accurate $270 excluding the drinks and the food. I called in and emailed to escalate the problem for a resolution which led to a representative saying that we signed an agreement for the their flex package at which he emailed us another party's contract with the last name Nguyen that wasn't even the same day of our dispute. I pointed out the discrepancy and it's been two weeks since we have heard back. Food and Service at the time of play was good but sales/billing is so shady. read more

We have been to Top Golf in Dallas and Austin and loved it! We have been visiting since 2009. We were disappointed in the Renton location. We joined the waitlist virtually and arrived when we were told to. We let them know when we arrived and they said it was going to be another hours wait. We were happy to hang out but noticed 7 open bays on floor 3. When our bay was finally available an hour later, it was on floor one. We asked if we could be moved to floor 2 or 3 and they said the entire floors were booked out for parties. When we finished our hour on floor 1, we went back to floor 3 and three of the same bays were still empty. We were unhappy with how the people at the front desk spoke to us about which bays were available. We've loved Top golf for years, but aren't excited to return to this location. That being said, our waitress at the bay we played at was great!! There were lots of great people there, but the bay management system needs to be redone. read more

Too much hype! Came here during the week for a work team building event. It was crowded. Enjoyed the Bay Area and the games. The food was mediocre and nothing memorable. Services were friendly except for the two young servers chit chatting inside the women's lounge about not getting their right Top Golf uniforms and how chaotic is is behind the scenes. Ha! To reserve the bay and have 6 people play for 2 hours has a charge and in addition, you need to pay extra for food and drinks. Way overpriced. read more

I came for a drink. 2 skimpy Margaritas cost me $30. But I happen to see their mgmt process at work. A young server was chastised for spilling instead of cleaning it up and moving on.... And I asked for a channel change on the TV and saw LITERALLY 3 lower level managers appear in sequence explaining that they would change the TVs broadcast. They never actually changed the channel. Apparently the bartenders have no remotes. The lack of empowerment and the top heavy, industrial culture was oppressive and weird. Still, fun for the rich white fams in the tee boxes. And yes, the driving range is awesome. read more

Always enjoy coming to Top Golf and the new location is gorgeous and updated. The service was nice, the food and drinks were good. But our bay went down for 20+ mins and they just made us wait. No extra game play, no apology, no discounted cost. They also charged me for water. It was fun but those negative elements were pretty disappointing considering it wasn't our fault. Would've been 5 stars otherwise. read more

Our first time to this new beautiful location! It was a beautiful sunny day so we got to enjoy the comfy bay while getting our swing on. No AC outside, but they had hanging fans going the entire time. First, getting set up on the computer to play...ehhh, probably not the best start. The lady helping us get set up was not the best help - she was confused and had to go get a manager to help. We lost a good amount of time getting set up, but they added time to our reservation to make up for it. We had two managers (red shirts) come by to see how we were doing over the two hour span. Our bay - clean & comfy. The only problem - the tall table behind our couch was not stable...but they sent someone out to fix it while we were there. Our server - super sweet and offered great food suggestions! Food & Drinks?!? Drinks - we all got sodas ($3.75 each with free refills). Was hoping for a pitcher option, but it was fine! Refills were a little slow. And we never got water refills after our first cups. Update - we did get a soda refill without having to ask - from a different server! YOU MUST ORDER the Mac n cheese bites - actually, order 2 of them!! They were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! Just not the largest serving size. Chips/Guac/Salsa - ehhhh not the best. Store bought chips with not so tasty guac or salsa. BUT...GET THE QUESO!!! It was YUMMY and a great size to share! Cheese Fries came about 20 minutes after our other food...said they had to remake them for a reason. But they were ooey gooey cheesey goodness! I think the serving size on this could've been a little larger too! One small suggestion...have the food servers bring plates and silverware. We never got anything besides napkins. Oh, and I wish they had come back to grab the empty platters and wipe our table down. I just kept sticking the empty plates on the table behind us. We did NOT order burgers, but all of the ones we saw go by looked huge and photo worthy (but the side of fries looked tiny in small wire baskets). GOLF?!? Men - bring your own drivers!!! They supposedly didn't get any men's drivers when this location opened up. Other than that, our family had a blast hitting!! Reservations to golf - we made reservations the night before and almost all time slots were open. We paid $89 for a two hour bay. It did state they charge $5 per person if you haven't played here before. They do have a weekday special - where you can play from 10am-12pm for $20 unlimited play per person. We had a couple mistakes on our final check, but they were quick to fix them! And crazy taxes on everything!! Overall, a FUN EXPERIENCE for the whole family!! And pretty yummy food! And although they're working out a few quirks, I think they had awesome service! read more

I normally love Topgolf but the Renton location in my opinion is very overpriced. To start off, parking was a hassle to find then there was confusion as to where we were supposed to go once we entered the facility. The front desk girls looked at us like we should know where to go. Once we finally figure out how things work, we found our bay and sat down and waited to order drinks. Our waitress was polite and got us our drinks right away, but honestly for the price, I'd rather drink beforehand and then come play. Honestly, unless you come with a group, save yourself (unless you can afford it) the $150. read more

Went to Topgolf and had a pretty good time! I planned a private event for a birthday and our waitress was amazing. The weather was also pretty good so we had a fun time golfing. Topgolf is for sure more expensive for other driving ranges in the area but you pay for the name and experience. The reason why it isn't 5 stars is because the day we weee there they were out of soooo many items! There were food items and drinks we wanted to order that they just didn't have. When for a birthday got 1 trays of ice cream and a sign for happy birthday Suggestions for people who like golfing just don't hit it out

I recently celebrated my 40th birthday at the new Top Golf in Renton, and I must say it was an absolute blast! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality making us fell like VIPs. The venue itself is stunning. The high-tech driving range is a marvel of engineering, with every bay equipped with state-of-the-art ball tracking technology. The golf balls light up when hit, making it easy to see how far they travel and where they land. It's the perfect place to work on your swing, whether you're a seasoned pro or beginner. The atmosphere is very upbeat, everyone is happy and having a good time. Food and drinks were excellent. We ordered some boneless wings and nachos. Since it was my birthday, there were plenty of birthday shots flowing. During our 2 hours of play, we ran up our tab to $300. So food and drinks can add up if you are not careful. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better birthday party. Top Golf exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back! read more

Have been to the new Renton location twice now. Same experience both times. I don't even go there to golf, just enjoy what may be the most massive sports bar I've ever seen. However, the golf does look phenomenal and appears to accommodate hundreds of people at any given time. The wings are very good, great beers on tap, and giant TV's all over the place including 2 in the top middle of the facility that may be 25 Feet wide. The service would be my only minor complaint but that's because they are just getting started. I'm sure I'll be back many, many times. read more

It's a nice atmosphere. It's a little intimidating if you've never golfed before but it's fun. Our waiter was cordial and tended to my bf and I and brought our food and drinks in a timely manner. But let's talk about the amazing awesome totally lit donut holes! They come with the cream and chocolate filling and OMG SO GOOD!!!!!!! I have one friends that's a little bit on the bigger side and he ate most of them but I guess that's alright. I've played top golf in other U.S locations so I was anticipating the Renton location. The game is always fun with a group of friends or family (and cheaper too split costs since each bay per hour is pricey.) I've played at the Renton location twice now and customer service is great! Food is good portions are small and cocktails are meh. I'll recommend getting beer instead. read more

I reserved a bay for 1:00 PM on a Friday afternoon I get there text the number I'm in the building and they send us to the bay. I arrive at the bay and the bay is still dirty with cups everywhere and the girl hasn't even begun to clean and she was confused why they assigned the bay when the cleaning was still in progress..so that took 5 minutes itself off of our bay time. Overall had a great time but having to get every new person setup in the system is frustrating as that's your bay time going down the drain and you haven't even started playing yet. By the time I got everyone set up another 10 minutes down the drain. We ordered a bunch of food and everything was pretty mediocre but we loved the flatbread pizzas, queso dip, Mac & cheese bites and the injectable doughnuts. We wanted to extend our bay time another 30 minutes but the server told us we were unable to because another reservation was behind us and that we would have to get back on the waitlist. I found this frustrating as there were plenty open bays around us not being used. Why not sent another party to those bays? Way to lose out on extra money Topgolf (mind you the wait time for an open bay at the time was 15 minutes so another one would pop open fairly quickly). I understand it's brand new and they're still trying to workout kinks but they need to get their system together and give the opportunity for people to extend their time especially when it's not even busy..we gladly would have stayed to play more but they wanted to kick us out our current bay to get on the wait list to assign a new bay to us which doesn't make sense. We'll be back but maybe once they get it together first. read more

Food was good, staff very fast and nice. The prices are ridiculous, this is a once in a year trip that's for sure.

This was my first time ever at Top Golf. I was very excited to finally go, and it was.. a bogey. It was not a bad experience, but it was nothing as good as I thought it would be. Upon arrival. We got our lane quickly, our server greeted us at our station to give us the safety rules. I asked if we could order drinks and she said "I can't take your order until everyone signs in and your time starts". This was the first red flag, what if we had 6 people and it took 10-15 minutes to get everyone signed in? In my experience at any restaurant, the #1 priority is getting a drink in your customers hands, because nobody cares how long they have to wait if they have a drink. This also would make sense from a business standpoint because you get a larger bill, and a larger tip. Luckily it was only my wife and I and we got signed in quickly and placed our order. The drinks were delicious so +1 there. The whole experience with the different games was awesome! It was very fun to hit balls, laugh, have food and drinks, and relax under the heaters at each station. +1 We waited awhile for our food, I can't tell you how long, because honestly, I had a drink so I didn't care! But the food was very yummy, nothing crazy, but it hit home perfectly. Where I finally got irritated was when we placed an order for drinks with 15 minutes left on the clock, she said "Ummmm I'm not supposed to place an order so close to the end of your time... but if it's just drinks I can do that." So she took our order, we asked if we could add 30 minutes to our time so we could finish eating and get our drinks. (We now had 45 minutes left on our clock). We waited 25 minutes to get our drinks, they finally arrived with 18 minutes left on the clock. During that 18 minutes, I was hitting balls, and twice my lane froze and no balls were dispensing for about 3 minutes each time, frustrating with how expensive it is just to be on the lane at $55/hour. So I didn't get to finish my scored game because it was frozen for the last 4 minutes of my round and it unfroze with 11 seconds left on my time... So we sat and finished our drinks, the server began bussing our table around us and said she was gonna have to have us leave the station because they had more people waiting (even though there was 6 stations next to us still open). This was EXTREMELY irritating because we waited so long for our drinks, and then were kicked out while trying to finish our drinks... Overall, I had a good time because I love playing golf. But I really don't plan on going back unless it's a group thing with friends, but otherwise it doesn't make sense to come back with the cost and the service. read more

What the percentage of families out of your total clientele come to Top Golf? Of course families enjoy the game room and very nice that you offer an alternative to golf. With that said, do you really think the rest of us (and imagine adults are the majority of your clientele), like the noise and kids running around while sitting at the bar? I think not. My suggestion is to move the game room to a separate room and the problem is solved. Top Golf, I imagine would like to maintain their reputation as high-end entertainment, not a play room I do hope you listen to my suggestion seriously and visit the Las Vegas venue to see what I'm talking about. I'm actually surprised (but didn't read all of the reviews) no one has commented on this. We were on the third floor and still noisy. One thing I can say like most of the other comments is the service is just terrible. Where is the manager???? We had fun, but the Renton Top Golf is certainly not like the Las Vegas high-end venue. Well managed, good service, wonderful food and beautiful. There were kids at the Vegas venue, but they weren't running around like maniacs. And, yes, expensive, but golf is expensive. read more
