Topgolf was WONERFUL! It was my first time visiting. The device was great Md the staff made things very clear to understand. The price was reasonable for the services provided. Though we did not get food we did order the beer bucket and a couple shots. My ONLY complaint is that the canned beers toppled over in our beer bucket. And we lost a significant amount. This was my first time at Topgolf and I had a great time. It was 50 dollars an hour, up to 6 people on one bay. New members have to pay an extra 5 dollars to get a membership card (which I hate carrying and probably already lost). In my opinion an hour here goes by quick. Mixing in some food, drinks, and more drinks the bill starts to grow a lot faster than my golf skills. Prices are high but so was the demand, so yeah. The waitress was attentive and came to check on us frequently and the food was pretty decent. I would recommend and probably check out their other locations. Really neat spot, perfect for birthday parties or any group event. Our host was super cool and funny, a guy named Dory! The food looked amazing although my group didn't order any. For 1 hour, our group of 3 played plenty. My only complaint is about the front desk people who reserved your Bay for you. I felt sooooooo confused by what the girl was saying. I have literally never golfed in my life and I managed to have fun at top golf! Our server and bar host were great at orienting us to the system and walking us through the games and our options. I take off a star for the food. Everything was about the same quality and price as movie theatre food if that gives you an idea. I think they have a full kitchen, but everything tasted like it had come out of a microwave. I only take one star off for this because food is obviously not their main business and I think many people enjoy themselves plenty without ordering anything at all. Overall, the system is fun and it's easy enough to pick up the basics. I'd recommend an hour MINIMUM for your first time. It's cheaper to go earlier in the day and you can avoid some crowds. read more

I went for the first time today with my friend for half off Tuesdays. It's pretty fun u pay per hour and u get your own bay as they call it and it tracks how far your ball goes and keeps score on a screen for you like bowling but with golf lol the only reason I only gave 4 stars is because their isnt really that great a food selection and the servings were a little on the small side. read more

I have mixed emotions about my experience at Topgolf. It was my first time and we were celebrating my best friends birthday. She checked us in and was told 30-40 minutes. After the 40 minutes was up, she went back up to the counter and the lady advised "I cant give a time". We decided to sit in the bar area and wait. No one came to help us. We had to chase down a "waiter" to come serve us. Our bay was ready before our 1 appetizer was ready, so they transferred the order to our bay. We walked over to our bay which still had people there and one of the helpers said "were gonna have to transfer you to somewhere else" At this point I was ready to go home. About 3 minutes later the group of people standing around left and we got our bay and didn't have to transfer. The service was better once we were playing and our pretzel platter was amazing. I just wish the service inside was better. It really did not set a good tone for my first time. read more

My family and I love visiting the Top Golf in Orlando when we are on vacation. The staff is so friendly and the service is quick. There was a 45 minutes wait for a bay, but I didn't think that was bad considering it was a Saturday night. We ordered the pretzel bites while we were there. They are delicious! They are some of the best pretzel bites I have ever had. They are perfectly soft and the cheese sauce is good, too. This is the second time we've ordered them because we just love them so much. When I got the text message that our bay was ready for us to play, we got there and an employee was already waiting there for us to get started to play. Someone was by very quickly after that to take our drink and food order. We have never had a problem with the service or food here. I already can't wait until our next vacation to come back here and play Top Golf and order their yummy pretzel bites. read more

I've only been here twice but both times the bar service and regular food service was slow and bartenders were rude. Both times were a Thursday and the regular seating area was less than half full yet the service was extremely slow. I had to leave my table to order a drink at the bar which was equally as slow. Instead of the bartender addressing that he would be right with me, he stood with his back turned for 10 minutes in order to avoid eye contact. Seems like the main bartender too. How sad. We had the best night ever on Sunday!! We had 8 people so we scheduled it as a "party". It was worth every penny. The golfing was so much fun and the food was great. I would suggest the Mac and cheese bites and the boneless wings!! Our waiter Brandon V. made everything 10x better. Not only was he attentive he was also so personable. My only complaints are that: - the club membership is confusing -it can be stressed out as your time is running out because you are trying to hurry and play your final rounds and the server is pressuring you to pay your bill at the same time so if you are splitting the bill, it's difficult. -when the time is over, the screen is wiped so you can't see the final scores. -there were several scores that were added to the wrong person for some reason. read more

My golfing experience was amazing. Our service at the bay was great. Our bay server was Stephanie, she was very polite and attentive. Our only issue was our server at the restaurant while we were waiting for our bay. It took our server about 20 min to even greet us. Our server was McKenna and she was less than qualified. She had the worst attitude, refused to come to our table and check on us. We called for her a few times and even had to ask other servers to get her for us. A few tables she was handling had the same experience. She was too busy socializing with another waitress. We were simply asking for napkins and straws and we received them basically at the same time we got our check, which was also a struggle within its own. She was overall very rude, and it's safe to say we will be dining at our bay from now on. read more

If you want to play golf, this is not the place. Customer service stinks! I used to love this place but it's gone downhill. I guess they just don't need my business when there are millions of tourists in town. Locals mean nothing to them. I used to bring so many people here but never again! Not a great way to start my birthday. Was told the wait to golf was 30 minutes. After 35 minutes finally got a text my bay was almost ready but then still had to wait another 20 minutes for a Bay assignment and when I went down to the bay there were still people eating and drinking. I went up to request a new bay and they said it would be another 30 minutes as I'm sitting here RIGHT NOW looking at EMPTY bays. read more

I went here with about 5 friends (Max players per game is 6) and I had a lot of fun. It was cold out, but the place has heaters installed outside so you don't get too chilly. The games are expensive per hour if you're only going with 1 other person. However, if you find a group of 6 the price is divided 6 ways so it's a lot cheaper. They also have military/police/firefighter discounts. The only bad thing is the wait time. The front desk person told us it would take 3 hours before we could play. However, 20-30 minutes later we were led to a lane. So don't think that the wait time is set in stone. The games are fun and you don't have to be skilled at golf to have a good time. The only golf I've ever played was putt putt and I was still able to hit the balls into the circles to score points. Also, if you want the cheapest prices, the prices change based on the time of day. For example, mornings before noon are cheaper than evenings, and so forth. read more

I had low expectations for top golf because I am not a fan of golfing or mini golf. However, I really enjoyed our time at top golf! We went on a Saturday morning and it was pretty busy, but we got a spot fairly quickly. It was a lot more affordable than I was expecting as wekkYou have your own server that will bring drinks and food to you. We tried the punch in the golf bag and really enjoyed it. Playing top golf was a lot more fun than mini golf, and is not like golfing at all. Therefore, even the worse golfer could be great at top golf! And it was also a ton of fun and healthy competition. We only played for an hour and we only got to play one round because we had plans, so next time I would definitely select 2 hours and have that be our main activity.
