I've been several times over the past two years here and in Atlanta, and we continue to be frustrated by the scoring technology not working right. It's so expensive to begin with but then we have to waste time trying to fix it ourselves or to get it fixed. To make it worse, I took my kids and their friends to Orlando location last week, and the bay service was horrible. Very unfriendly and inattentive. I do NOT plan on going back unless someone else pays for it! read more

Great father's day present. My kids and wife took me to Topgolf. I had never been so I didn't know what to expect. My daughter had been before and suggested going upstairs versus the ground floor level. We were on floor 2. Essentially you have a table for drinks and food, and it operates like a bowling alley with everyone getting a turn (we opted for 5 balls each for our rotation). You wave your club over the hole, like a wand, and out comes your golf ball. If you are a great golfer be prepared for something different. My wife never golfs and she won the first round. You can play various versions of games and try to hit the balls to the center of the large circles out in the field of play. Ours gave the same points for close holes and those far away. My macho son and I tried to launch to the far holes while my wife barely hit the ball and they rolled off the second floor and into the nearest hole :) Food and servers were great. Lots of options and the prices are decent for what you get. read more

We had so much fun! Our server Alex was awesome huge props to him Alex was perfect with his timing, our food and drink was on point. We had the Buffalo chicken dip, chicken wings, classic chips and salsa/guacamole and flat bread. Everything was great! I made the reservation 1 week in advance for 1/2 price Tuesday so our wait was only about 25 minutes. Definitely recommend for a family outing if your in Orlando! read more

I did not have the best experience the last time I went to Topgolf but this time which just happens to be Labor Day, Kirsten and Eric the manager made our experience enjoyable and a great memory for the end of the summer. Today is Labor Day and we had the best Mai Tai and steak nachos. Let me be clear, we went at 10:30 in the morning when it was not so hot. We played until we were tired but it was well worth it. read more

I have been to the one in Tampa a few times. This place is great for everyone from kids to adults! I prefer the second floor and night time. It lights up at night! We were here last Sunday with the family. It was a rainy day so there was longer wait than usual. We had late lunch at the bar lounge downstairs while we were waiting for our booth. Wait time was 1.5 hours. The food and drinks are good there. You will have a server serving drinks and food to your booth while you are playing golf. It's a fun place to party with your friends or spend rainy weekend with your family! Very clean place. One of great indoor play spot in Orlando! It's close to Orlando amusement parks so there's a lot of people from everywhere. read more

First experience at Top Golf and it is already not living up to the hype. I had heard great things about Top Golf, so I took the opportunity to check out a brand new location on a work trip to Orlando. I called in advance to check on availability and apparently they don't take reservations, but I was told there should be enough availability. I brought over a group of approximately 20 colleagues, and when we got to the location, we were told it was going to a 2 to 3 hour wait due to a private event. When I asked why we were told there would be enough availability (even though I mentioned we had over 20 people coming), I was informed that the number on their website redirects to the corporate office in Dallas and NOT the actual location. The corporate office had no insight into the actual availability or private events happening. I was left frankly embarrassed as I helped organize the impromptu outing. If you're going to grow and not address basic concerns about meeting demand, you will turn a lot of people off pretty quickly. read more

I was excited that Top Golf was opening up a Orlando location. I have travelled to the Tampa location a few times before. I am a terrible golfer but I still enjoy coming to top golf and making a fool out of myself. Decided to come check out the new Orlando location on a Friday night. It wasn't as packed as I expected. Had a 30 minute wait to get seated at a bay. We were hanging by the bar until then. My friend ordered fries and we all ordered drinks. The fries came out cold. The bartender took them back and brought out hot fries. The staff there was all helpful and attentive from the bar to the golfing bay. The only thing I noticed that was different but don't really care for was the hourly price. Tampa is $45 an hour from 5-close. Orlando charges $50 an hour from 5-close. I would recommend this place for any event or just a night to hang out with friends. You can eat, drink and play golf! read more

I had my first Topgolf experience at the Tampa location and was excited upon hearing about the new Orlando location. My wife and I took the opportunity to go on a weekend morning to get the best rate. Thankfully, since it was pretty early securing a bay was easy and fast. We asked for the top floor so gravity would help in the game and we were accommodated. Our waitress was attentive and willing to answer any questions. The Orlando location is pretty cool in that it has personal bay heaters and a screen to show where exactly your ball went, "like a video game." We both ordered a brunch entree and were satisfied. I ordered the chicken and waffle sliders and they were delicious. The deduction in stars has to do with how they facilitate your bay time. As our first hour was winding down, we decided we wanted to eat our brunch when the clock wasn't running and continue playing. We were told if we didn't add time before the time ran out, they would relocate us, our food, and our drinks to a "neutral" area. I can understand this idea IF the facility is busy with people waiting, but after scarfing down the rest of my brunch and going downstairs there was no one waiting (we even walked by unoccupied bays). I feel the rush we experienced at the end and the pressure to add time when you want to take a quick intermission unnecessary and very "money hungry" of Topgolf. read more

Options are limited during this time and we also try to make safe decisions on where to go! I was a little skeptical on going not knowing if the place would be crowded since not many things are open! And let me tell you that it was an amazing and surprisingly safe decision! We were a group of six with no reservation and had to wait exactly the time we were given (30 minutes) not bad! And they separate the playing areas (bays) extremely well; our servers were all adhering to the guidelines and giving excellent service as well! We ordered many entrees and appetizers and we were all so satisfied! Hard to find a place to have fun and get quality food, and this place got it all right! Very fun and relaxed experience that I recommend to everyone, whether it's a date, a family or a group night! Sorry no pictures because I was too distracted and didn't catch the food before everyone started eating! read more

First timer over here and would totally come back again. Came for a birthday celebration, reserved 3 bays for 3 hours in advanced with the food and beer and wine package. It came to 70 a person, a little pricey but worth it if you eat, drink and play for 3 hours in 3 bays. The food was delicious! We had chicken, biscuits, Mac n cheese and brisket. Dessert was included as well. Also to note the music playlist was amazing! Wide range genre of songs and remixes. read more

We visited this location several times while our family was in Orlando. We were able to reserve our bay online and then received a text message when our bay was available. During our first visit, we waited over 45 minutes after our reserved time, our subsequent visits were nearly on time. We enjoyed the service and the food quality is on par for the establishment. The service was mostly attentive and friendly. Our kids really enjoyed their time there and we ended up staying until closing time. Overall, great time - our kids have asked several times to return. They even have a health care worker discount, nice touch. Highly recommend this Top Golf location. read more

Love love love Top Golf. I prefer to go on weekdays (less crowded and faster service) The food is amazing especially the flat bread with steak. It is pretty spicy but worth it. First time patron but it definitely will not be my last visit. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and we were assigned to a bay with no wait time. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. An attendant came by and gave us a breakdown of how the game worked since we were first time visitors. Facility was very clean and included heaters in the bays which was nice since the weather was cool this weekend. We were assigned to a bay at the very end of the facility which made playing a little difficult. Overall we enjoyed the game nonetheless. We ordered cheese fries, buffalo chicken sliders, and pulled pork sliders. The cheese fries hands down would be my second favorite to Outback. The buffalo chicken sliders were just spicy enough and not overly breaded. My boyfriend enjoyed his pulled pork sliders. We ordered a cylinder of their Pineapple Mimosa which I nearly finished by myself. I must admit this had a negative effect on my game for the rest of the afternoon lol. I am throughly looking forward to returning to this facility or trying out the one in Miami, FL. read more

Love going to Top Golf for a relaxing & fun time with family. The wait was 30 minutes, but they took our phone number and would text 15 minutes before the Bay was ready. When our Bay was available Erik who was the Platnium Service Manager assisted me and was super friendly! We went before 5 pm so it was $40/hr. Great service from our hostess and she even got a set of left handed clubs at our Bay already set up. She introduced how the system works and got our drink orders within 10 minutes. I checked out the menu and the pricing was very affordable. Our Bay had a hightop table for 6. read more

Always wanted to try a place like this. We went with the kids - 5 & 8... definitely too hard for little ones. They take up a lot of the time bc the system doesn't read the balls unless it goes a certain distant. Wish they had a "kids mode" .. it does get expensive fast. We headed over to Topgolf for a friend's birthday. The service was phenomenal. There was a 2 hour wait for two bays next to each other; however, they said a two hour wait at the least, and it was only a little over two hours. During our wait, we sat at the bar area and ordered food in the very busy restaurant/bar. The server was always attentive, filling our waters when needed and getting food orders in when needed. We ordered the pretzel bites, cheese fries and the buffalo chicken sliders. All yummy! No complaints. They also have an offer of make your own mimosas, with unlimited fruit juices along with a bottle of bubbly for $25. Great deal if you come with a group! read more

I had brought my dad here to see it and are planning on coming back with a date in mind to play but today we were in the area for a medical appointment and decided to check it out. The facility is awesome and the staff greet you right away and are friendly and at $30/hr it's one of the more reasonably priced activities in Orlando that is worth checking out . We decided to have lunch in their restaurant and could see everyone from the 2nd floor deck and it was a nice form of entertainment. Dad had a burger and I had guac and chips/salsa . I was actually hungrier but the server was so fast with great customer service I didn't have time to get past the apps and my dad was hungry so I just ordered an app . I let her know I would be ordering later possibly. Possibly because sometimes the apps are pretty big and filling. As this was our first time I didn't know. Dads burger was awesome. He pretty much ate the whole thing. My guac is made fresh and I know this because there was a fairly large piece of avacado peel lodged in my guac. That's pretty bad but since it was not ingested so I was not that upset. But I did bring it to the attention of our server. She said she would tell the manager and would let the kitchen know. At this point I'm not sure if that even happened because nobody came to our table, nobody offered to replace the item in question (not the whole thing but maybe just the guac part) and nothing taken off the bill. Not that these things are expected but in the food service industry, at the very least one of those things should have happened. So either the server didn't really tell the manager , or she did and he/she was not concerned with a table touch to acknowledge the issue. And I pretty much stopped eating my food after that. The server did not comment or ask why the guac was pretty much enjoyed for only two bites. And nope I never ordered anything else even though I wanted to. A five for the facility and a three star for this experience in the restaurant. I guess the food service standard is different here because it's a golf place? read more

What a great experience. Loads of fun. Great pub food type of menu. When you add some drinks and food, it is not an inexpensive day/night out. My Bloody Mary was excellent. I'd heard good things but did not enjoy my first visit. Its sort of like bowling and sort of like a video game. And sort of like a driving range. It had all these "games" which were not intuitive. Im a weekend golfer so I hit the ball and not sure where it goes. That means you get no points. Maybe its fun for good golfers or people really into video games. I checked the app to.see if maybe they explained the various games. Nothing. I guess you just have to figure it out. Its going to be a long time before I come back. The food was okay but not great. And the service so so. read more

I don't even like golf but this was a really fun and interesting experience. The food was awesome and unique, I saw somewhere that their meatballs are award-winning. Although I didn't get to try them, they looked delicious. It rained for about 10 minutes and didn't feel not a single speck of rain hit us, it felt like we were inside kind of, the atmosphere was so different to me, it was really interesting. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that you can't vape even if you're outside. You have to go to the 2nd floor if you want to smoke, even the rooftop seating (which is not connected to the inside AT ALL) you can't vape!!! I can understand cigarettes but I mean really???? That was annoying since I don't drink & everyone I was with was drinking. Otherwise it was nice. read more

Let's talk about Top Golf! Top Golf is a huge venue and perfect for food, drinks and fun. I would count on spending at least a few hours here if you decide to check it out. When you arrive at Top Golf you walk in and there are three different levels. Each level has their own bar and own bays. You can have six people per bay. The prices range depending on the time you arrive. From 9-12 the bays are $30 an hour, from 12-5 the bays are $40 an hour and from 5-close they are $50 an hour. Top Golf is open until Midnight Sunday through Thursday and 2 AM Friday and Saturday. Night golfing is a blast as they set the music to the lights as you're golfing! A lifetime membership will cost you a one time fee of $5 and can be used at any Top Golf. This helps you to keep track of your scores. Top Golfs Bays are all comfortable and a fun place to hang out. That being said even if you're joining a group of your friends and you don't want to golf, you don't have to, you'll still have a great time. Each bay also comes equipped with heaters which is great for the chilly days or at night when the sun goes down. Let's talk food! Oh my goodness, their food rocks! I honestly didn't know what to expect when it came to food but it was so delicious. I originally went for an event and had their event food which differs from their normal food. The event food was delicious and the Mac and cheese was definitely my favorite! When I ordered off the menu at Top Golf I ordered the pulled pork sliders. I wasn't disappointed one bit. The sandwhiches came out piping hot! The buns were perfectly toasted, the meat was delicious, and I even liked the slaw. I'm not a mayo fan, and in my opinion you couldn't even taste the mayo in the slaw with all the seasonings. They also have plenty of fun drinks to pair with your food for the hot summer days, or nights! Personally I paired my late night food with Arnold Palmer Spiked! @arnoldpalmerspiked All in all Top Golf is somewhere I feel anyone can have a great time no matter what your age! Myself, my husband and a couple of friends checked out Top Golf Orlando on a Friday night. It was my first time but my husband went to the Dallas location so we were excited it was in Orlando. The place was packed and had a 75 minute wait. We didn't mind the wait since the location was new and the ambiance was nice. The staff was friendly and the DJ was great. We spent our waiting time checking out the different floors and lounge area. We were called to our bay after about 50 minutes. We were greeted by a hostess. She was very nice but it was obvious that she needed more training as she didn't know how to work the computer. My husband had to step in when she accidentally started a game we didn't want to play and didn't know how to come out of it. Once we did start playing, the computer glitched where it did not track the balls properly. Making it impossible to play a proper game. We did have to get technical support several times throughout our visit but a manager eventually put us in another bay and extended our game time so that made up for the glitch. We understood the facility just opened and appreciated the level of service we received. read more

I've been waiting for what feels like 2 years for this place to open. Then it opened and I had no idea for a month! So when I found out it was open, me and my buddy made a bee-line for breakfast and a few hours checking the place out and whacking some golf balls. First impression: Plenty of parking, though lot was quite full at 11am on a Sunday. Building is HUGE. Easiest way to get to it from International Dr. is to just cut through the convention center. It's right on the other side of it. We walked in and it was indeed busy (we saw a few birthday parties, etc.) but we checked in in no time and were told it would be a 30 minute wait for a bay (we specifically asked for a couch vs. high top as we planned to eat while we waited in the restaurant - so that added to our wait). Well 10 minutes after we sat down and ordered or brunch drinks and food, they texted us a bay was ready. The cool thing is the person on the other end of the text is a PERSON. So we texted back "can we push it out 30 minutes while we eat?" and they responded back "sure thing" - and indeed about 30 minutes later they texted us the bay number that was held for us for 5 minutes as we were paying the check. Just a cool system when it's not super busy. The food was quite good (breakfast burrito and eggs benny) and other reviews seem to corroborate that they really do focus on the food quality. The bloody mary was really good as well as were the mimosas. We hightailed it downstairs (the main floor is the 2nd floor; one above, one below). Down there (ground level) is another full bar and more restaurant seating. Our bay was 130 which was the furthest right besides the adjoining VIP area which is the same (like 4 bays I think), but in a private-ish room. Our waitress explained how everything works, had a great personality, and kept us laughing and the frosty beverages coming! I won't go into how the games work other than to say it's super easy to figure out and is kind of like a hybrid of bowling and golfing and darts. It's awesome and lots of fun. We chipped and drove our way through quite a few games in 2 hours before calling it quits. What's great is you can just extend your time if you want - everything is billed at the end. Genius on their behalf but it does get pricey quickly (especially if it's just 2 in a bay - they seat up to six for the same price). The bays are very comfortable, have a TV you can change, several screens to track the balls and scores, etc. Pretty swank. Also this is the first location in the world to have realtime ball tracking. You hit the ball - it goes flying and can be hard to see where it lands. This fixes that - you get a literal video game style playback of your shot. Awesome! We can't wait to go back on a weekend night as I'm told the crowd is much more "nightlife" and our age group/DJ/etc. But the wait for a bay often averages 3 hours the staff was telling us. Add it's prime pricing at $50/hr per bay - so we'll have to figure that out because 3 hours at the TopGolf bar(s) plus 2 hours in a bay could get VERY expensive and quite tipsy. I will update after I do a weekend night trip and figure that out. Anyway you slice it (holla!) it's a really good time. read more

Absolutely in love with Topgolf after first visited!! Our company coworkers had a team building activity with Toogolf for the Christmas holiday. The building is new and located right by the Universal Blvd and behind Convention center. We divided two team and had a great time together as a team. On first floor they have dinning area and gift shop. On second floor is where you can play the golf , beautiful view that you can see the wheel of Orlando. They have a nice waiting area that you can sit down and wait for your turn. The service is amazing, you do have waiter or waitress stop by your booth very frequently to check if you need anything, either to fill our water, soda or beer. They also do catering service if you request. It definitely a great and fun place to spend time and relax, either with your family, friends or company team building events. I highly recommend you to try and visit Topgolf. It Is worth the price you pay for. I only pay 18 dollars for two hours. The great memories and fun experience had made me want to repeat and go back to visit it any free time I have. Absolutely love it read more

Wow. Just wow. Starting off the day good with the boys and decided to hit some dingers at topgolf. Everything seemed to start just fine, until we made it to the bay and actually started playing. The machine would not register our hits and we had to wait nearly an hour for a tech to fix our machine. We were NOT comped back for this time and after complaining the manager only added 15 comped minutes. Theoretically we should have been given the whole hour back, because you know, our machine was broken. Our food took nearly an hour to come and it was NOT worth the wait.
