When I checked on our status, we're #4 on the list.....then 30 more minutes later we we found out we were taken off the list. SMH! I'm so happy to have TopGolf closer to me, although we enjoyed The Colony location, too. This is a fun place for adults and kids. What means the very most to me, though, is that we can take family members with serous auto- immune dietary restrictions, and the chef comes personally to us to be sure their food is both safe and delicious. do i even need to write this review? who doesnt love top golf? i went during their soft opening, so sad i didnt get to write the 1st review lol. i got a bay right away even though it seemed like i was going to have an hour wait. luckily i went to the bathroom after getting on the list and mid pee my bay was ready hahhaa. tmi? i love that they finally are in fort worth, not that driving too dallas isnt fun haha, but its right outside downtown so its really close to me for after class it was perfect. i hope new things come and pop up around it. my only complains are this one doesnt have like a dedicated area for like lounging or video games like some of the others, that was a really cool area, perfect for renting out for parties or just to leave open for a free for all. i did love the rooftop bar of this place, its overlooking downtown fort worth which isnt ny but hey its what we have and its a great view, with a good amount of lounging and that one bean bag game lol. build another one please! read more

Top golf is a great place to go relax while having fun! My fiancé and I love going to top golf and just playing golf for about an hour or two. We like to order a few drinks and just have fun. This is obviously more fun with a bigger crowd but we still have a blast when we go. We tried the cheese fries once they were alright nothing out of the ordinary. We also order the beverage with the Souvenir cup for two it didn't taste anything like alcohol it was all juice. But our main reason we love going is for the fun of golf. read more

It was my first time here with my hubby and his coworkers. We got there at 6:15 pm on Saturday and it was already packed. It took 2 1/2 hrs to play golf. We had my son's birthday party here and had a great experience!! We were met inside the door with our waitress holding a sign for our party and were lead to our bayes immediately. The boys all had a great time playing. We went on Saturday at noon and although the parking lot was full, inside did not feel crowded at all. The food and waitstaff were great. People will soon realize what it actually is and if they do not improve on their customer service, they will be gone. Such a great idea but hiring horrible representatives for their brand. Well this was my first top golf experience and can't say it's something I'd do again. The lady at the front desk was sweet. But after that it was all down hill. We're not very needy, give us a beer, keep it full, and we're totally content. Our server Mirriam S. whose name I had to get from the receipt because she did not introduce herself wasn't the best service I've had... by far. We ordered Bloody Mary's and golfed. When it came to the second round I asked what beer comes in the michelada normally there (because it changes from place to place) and she literally said "I'm not the person to ask." I've been a server/bar tender for years so I kept back my whitty comment but deep down was thinking then who the heck do I ask? I'd think my server but apparently not. So I said just bring however they serve it. Then 3/4 of the drinks were delivered. Of course it was my michelada that didn't make the delivery tray. So 20 minutes after those drinks were delivered by someone else she finally came to the table. I just told her to go ahead and take the michelada off the bill since everyone is almost done now and she said "what michelada?" I said "the one I ordered" and her response was "oh, I put it in so it's probably sitting at the bar." So instead of saying something like "I'd rather not have the beer that has now been sitting for about 25 minutes" I said just go ahead and take it off. So apparently the time is up and I didn't know what that meant. She came and said "can I start cleaning everything up." As I look at our half full chips and salsa and the people who got beers full glasses of course responded no, were not done. And she said "well you can take it inside to the bar or tables or something." Ohhhhh, so we have to clear the table to allow others to play. Makes sense, I just didn't think of it because this was my first time there. And I said "oh so you want us to leave" and she said "ya." So I told the people who actually got their beers to chug, and we left. There were much better ways to go about this exiting process. I just felt like we were treated poorly throughout the whole time there and really felt not welcome in an environment that should be a fun time with my friends. read more

Our server Ashley messed up our order 4 times and tried to blame the kitchen and the food runner. Fyi if you're coming here to have a good time you can't with servers like her! Super late on our drink orders and took 15 minutes for her to get me A STRAW A FREAKING STRAW. I couldn't even finish my michelada cause by the time she got me a straw it tasted like water. And apparently you can't take shots with someone if they're at another bay. Managers from the night shift blamed us for our "server" getting our orders wrong 4 TIMES. Those managers must be just in training cause they don't have proper customer service. I've worked in restaurants and you do not do that period and when I repeated my order to her more than twice. Won't ever be returning here again. This location had excellent service and the serving sizes for food were perfect. The price to pay for time in the bays is treasonable and there are plenty of understandable games to play. The one time $5 membership was my only dislike, but it makes sense if they're going to keep you in the system for every time you go. Highly recommend this location. Pretty cool take on a driving range. I like how the microchipped balls show you distance. Plus it's fun to add a little competition to driving . A few cons though. Don't go there to eat or drink. Very very expensive for mediocre food. Better to go there to play a game then hop over to downtown where there are lots of great restaurants. We actually had difficulties with our bay. Every swing we made, it would not calculate correctly. We'd make it in a yellow, let's say, and it would say we made a "0". We complained to our waitress and the hospitality manager, Bobby Stewart, was so helpful. He gave us a refund and complete bent backwards to help make our visit better. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE. Moved out of state because I'm military; came back to be with friends and have a good time. We are all WELL over 21. We were refused service purely because our IDs were from out of state. Luckily, I was able to produce another form of ID thru my mil ID. Oh my god. This is hands down the worst experience I've had in an establishment in a long time. First, we have to wait for an hour and a half for a table--- that's fine, I'm okay with the wait-- so we decide to order dinner, however maybe it's because I was with a group of Mexicans but we didn't get service until I physically had to get out of my chair and find someone to take our order. Than, the waitress was TERRIBLE. I guess ordering two buckets of dos xx and two bloody Mary's is way too overwhelming. It took us nearly thirty minutes to get our drinks, and then the food situation? Dear god get your shit together. It took almost a year to get the food and when we did only two people on our table got their food-- maybe because she was white (only white girl in our group). oh boy, I'm not done yet. So we finally get our table to play some golf, but wow, trying to get some snacks and alcohol for our table must be asking the world from your establishment.
