What a parfect spot for a beautiful Saturday. They do have shared areas, thankfully, for when the sun is too much to handle. The drinks are priced on average with the local bars. They also have a food truck, with street tacos. I honestly wasn't a big fan of the tacos, they are very bland. I won't hold that against the bar though because it looks like it's a separate company. I moved into this neighborhood and always passed by this bar without going in because I couldn't figure out exactly what it was because if it's not really busy the outdoor part which is in front looks empty but there's a bar in the back. This place has the best staff that you will find in this neighborhood. They work harder than any I've seen. The drinks are outstanding the music is great! Being a regular I have sat at that bar on several occasions and watch people just not tip. You can't tip you shouldn't be drinking. This would be a nice hang out when the weather is not scorching, not freezing and not raining like there is no tomorrow. First, this bar is brand spanking new. The thrones don't have any throw up stains on them yet so check it out before that happens. Second, I love this open bar concept. They have heaters all around and a fireplace to belly up near and tons of seating, although in the summer, that might all change. Another reason to check it out before that happens. Thirdly, if they had more crafty stuff instead of basic stuff, I would actually come back to drink just to drink instead of silently judging people then all of sudden, becoming as faded as them. Cool new place with an interesting aesthetic. I think they stole their furniture from Buckingham Palace. Bartenders are quick, friendly and know what they're doing. Large outdoor area with a lot of space heaters for the winter months. Great selection of beers, but Smaller crowds because its new. I'd say one of the top 3 worst bars I've ever been to. Been here three times before. First time was good, a little crowded so it took a while to find some space and get some drinks but I totally understand that some nights are busier than others. The next two times are some of the worst experiences I've ever had in any bar setting. The bouncer the second time didn't know where in my state the city was and called my ID fake (I was 23 at the time) so he wouldn't let me in even though I pulled it up on Google maps for him, still was denied and said it was a fake. The time that really made this a 1 star parking lot would be more useful review was when I was out with my friends and my sister. Sister orders round of drinks at the bar, bartender says ok but then starts to take other orders and make other drinks. Another bar tender comes up and asks what we want, sister says first girl got our order but the second guy said he'd do it so we ordered from him. Girl comes back and starts yelling at my sister and tries to take the credit card out of her hand and starts yelling at my sister and makes her cry. We left immediately. Ok...not as much a rating here as a reason to make disparaging comments. (see byline on profile) Dropped in after someone else mentioned the place to me. It's...different. Little weird the way the place is laid out. The lot is mostly open space. Yea, there's some nice landscaping, but once you walk through the "gate/entrance" there is a huge "patio" space, a service bar on the left, and a small building with the main bar in the back. Main bar opens into patio and building. The obligatory slide down windows to close in the bar during, what I assume, will have to be ungawdly weather. The main bar building looks like it would be pretty crowded if you get twenty or so people in there. Got the fancy, QE2 royal family furniture inside. Not a good use of space, and space is what they need. So, my question is, did the people who started up this place think that having a huge patio area, subject to up to, say...a minimum of six months extreme weather was a reasonable, or even good, idea? Or, did they figure that keeping finish out costs to a minimum would be better financially should they look for the sellout, or (gawd forbid) the curse of the over saturated W7th bar market should befall them and have to shutter the place completely? Lots of space heaters can help "somewhat", but rarely in cases under 40 degrees, and I can't see any options for those wonderful 90's and up days coming around May. Don't tell me, "hey Moto, they can get those big warehouse fans, with misters, it'll be fine". Ever try to stand around those for more than 30 minutes? Hot air or hot mist being blown on you isn't interesting for longer than that pardner. Anyway, I'll leave it at that. I'm pro business so I hope they do well, as long as they don't turn into another "you don't meet our dress code" place on the weekends. I went on a weeknight, it was pretty empty, but so are most places in the area during this time. They had pop video's running on the TV's and the bartender did his best to ignore me long enough to be cool, but not long enough for me to leave, so I can give him credit for that. I can tell ya, I'm way to old and ugly for this place, and it looks like a place geared to the younger crowd. So, while I think the place is okay enough, I doubt it will be a regular haunt for me. read more

We usually stay in the Sundance area but decided to venture up to 7th Street even though we felt that it's for the younger crowd. As we walked down Morton this place caught a die with the colorful lawn furniture and the outdoor fireplace. We played a game of Jenga while drinking a cocktail and enjoying the atmosphere and music. I don't know what to compliment first. Their staff is superb; between Mackenzie, Megan, Brian, Hayes, Josh and all the others, I have never once had bad service... That being said, they all have their different strengths behind the bar and are very different personalities but are ultimately very skilled bartenders and that is what is so great about this place. It's not just pretty faces behind a bar. Management is friendly and fully involved, not a night there that you won't see the manager on duty mingling and making sure everything is going smoothly for both patrons and staff. Definitely a sweet spot on west 7th that turns up on the weekend and has a nice energy the other days of the week. Sundays, for their live music, and tuesdays, for the dynamic duo of Hayes and Josh, are my favorite nights out. It is open air so dress accordingly. They have heaters and a beautiful fireplace to help with the chill, not sure what they do in the summers. Parking can be a hassle at times, but that's just how it goes downtown. Trying to find drawbacks to give a thorough review but I haven't experienced many. All-in-all, they have made a regular out of me. read more

We had a great time here this past weekend! The staff was great to everyone in our group. We had been kicked out of Varsity because my husband was wearing Timberland boots (guess that was too urban for them) the doorman felt so bad when he heard, he had the bartender make everyone in our group a shot for free! Pretty good bar with inside outside options. Good beer and drink selections and are active in many of the bar crawl promotions. Very popular and busy, great for enjoying drinks with friends while still being able to meet new people. This place is cute. Reminds me of an adult play ground with a DJ, what makes it better is that they are so friendly. LOVE that! Really like the old regal chairs they have inside which are fun to take photos on. If the weather is nice it's nice to sit outside as inside there isn't much space and it's just as hott as it is outdoors cause the doors and bar is open. People watching it fun here also, one evening here, I couldn't tell if this guy was asleep or dead as he didn't move for a solid 45minutes, but to put myself at ease, he woke up and walked to the bathroom--haha. This bar is perfect! We have a large group who hangs out in W7th every weekend and we have been here Friday and Saturday the last 5 weekends. I love the concept, most people are complaining about the open concept, but we love it. It never feels packed and we went there on St Patrick's Day and it didn't feel anywhere as crowed as Varsity. The weather in Texas does change, but not as much as some of these reviewers have posted. Now the reason for the 3 stars... the brunette bartender at the bar to the left when you walk in. OH MY GOD. She is a real nightmare. She has a clear attitude about every single thing. I ordered 2 beers and 2 shots while standing directly across from her, I spoke loudly enough for her to hear me and they were not complicated shots nor beers and she looked at me and said "You realize you're in a bar and I can't hear you, Jesus." Then took my order rolled her eyes and mumbled "dumb bitch" under her breath. So I looked around... it wasn't packed. She could hear me. I got my drinks after repeating myself. We came back another weekend and I gave her another shot. She was rude to every single person... so bad that our friends at the table got up to get a drink and came back and said something. I could go into detail, but I'd rather not. Obviously this is NOT the profession for her. She needs to be fired. We refuse to go to her and obviously other have caught on because the last 4 times we went her bar was desolate while the bar inside was packed. read more

Love love love this place! This is a fun and unique outdoor patio bar with a stage and a variety of seating. It's perfect for relaxing on a sunny Saturday with friends. On Saturdays, they have mimosas on sale all day. Carafes are only $10! They also have vaporized alcohol shots for $5, which was a new concept to me. It's basically a bottle with vape in it that you suck out with a straw and hold in for 10 seconds. It was cool to try once, though I probably won't do these all the time. They do have food available, but I did not try it. The menu looks like standard bar food but slightly more expensive. The vibe is very chill and quirky and the clientele is very friendly. When I was there, they had a beard competition with judges and live music. Inside, they were providing haircuts and beard trims. I loved everything about this place and I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Fort Worth! read more

In general this place is good. Our group had one really bad experience with a bartender taking multiple shots behind the bar not serving our group of about 15 while his friends walked up on the sides and he continued to take shots. We decided to get drinks from the other bar by the front and informed the bartender there what we had experienced. Long of the short of it is a while later I went to the bathroom and as I walked in the bartender in question was leaning against the wall on his phone in front of the sink. After doing my business I went to wash my hands when I said excuse me to the bartender he said and I quote "suck my dick" completely shocked I didn't know what to say and said I said in a shocked and questioning tone exudes me ? And he said "fuck you suck my dick" not sure if this was because he was allowed to drink while working and was drunk or what his deal was. I left the bathroom with him saying "bro wash your hands" went straight to the main bar and asked for a manager and explained what had happened. The manager told me that he had fired this person but after going back a few days ago he is still working behind the bar taking shots and acting like an idiot. I will not go back to this place with the disrespect of this bartender still being allowed to work after what happened. I hope you have a better experience because this place is actually pretty good and dog friendly. read more
