My kids couldn't really score any points, but they had fun hitting the balls. I had to knock off one star because the food was not good. I wasn't expecting real restaurant quality food, I know this is more for entertainment and drinking, but I actually felt sorry for my husband when his "loaded" fries came out. They were soggy and cold and barely any toppings. My brisket skillet was more along what I was thinking in terms of quality, but very small. Child sized. Have never been to Topgolf and was pleasantly surprised. We had reserved a bay and were quickly brought up to it by the cheerful staff. The game was explained to us and we were ready to go! The atmosphere is light and fun. We had the most delightful server, Ailev, who always had a genuine smile on her face and was so pleasant. Everything was just perfect the night we were there. We had eaten before we went so didn't get a chance to try the food but did see some pass by. Smelled delicious and looked like it would be tasty though. Price was reasonable for the 2 hours we were there. When split by 6 was roughly $15 each. Price is tiered based on time of day - the earlier you go is less expensive. I've been to Top Golf's throughout the country so I knew what to expect. My experience's here haven't been any different. The staff has always been polite, helpful and accommodating. The quality and price of the food is similar to other national chain restaurants (Apple-bees, Chili's, etc...). I usually don't drink alcohol here as I try to avoid their peek rates by going in the morning or mid-day, so I can't comment on the bar. Overall it's a great place to spend time with family and friends, and a great way for golfers to share their love for the game with their non-golfer friends and family. The price's aren't bad if you're splitting the cost of the bay with a group, but if you're footing the bill for the family, it can get a little expensive, so be prepared. Expect to pay what you'd spend for dinner & a movie or a night at the Chihuahua's ball game, for a family of 4. I'll also mention that we had a birthday party for my 12yr old son here, and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. We didn't buy an "official birthday party package". We just showed up with a cake and a group of kids, rented a couple of bays for a couple of hours, ordered off the menu and enjoyed. This place opened up a few months ago. I remember when I was in El Paso last year it was just being built! Can't believe it's finally done! Where I'm from there are no Top Golfs, so this is my first experience. I have to say, it's pretty fun! I like that everything is automated. The computer systems are savage though, I hit into the yellow target and it literally told me it could kick that far... but I like that haha! It's hilarious. There was also a hilarious dude there who taught me how to hit a few golf balls. The service was decent and the servers were friendly enough. They come and check on you every now and then. I didn't get a chance to try the food but I definitely enjoyed golfing and the drinks! I would totally come back! It was a fun way to spend the afternoon. read more

GOD!!! Im so glad they have one of these here. When we can't find anything to do in town this is our go to spot. And to top it off there is such an amazing of the mountains which makes everything so much more spectacular. NOW, Top golf to some people is a bit pricey. I know when we invite our friends to come they always complain but my husband and I defiantly find it so worth it. Idk what was worse trying to get some customer service out of all the employees that walked by us, the manager walking around like he got something in his a** or my waiter finally coming and dropping sauce on my shoes and making and LEAVING a mess there waiting to clean it self. Ordered a mojito, no mint and made with Sprite. Ordered a Malibu and cranberry, no Malibu. Ordered an old fashion and it was full of ice and no taste is bourbon and the orange was bitter. Came in 10 minutes before our reservation staff said they would let us know when our bay was ready. We went to the bar to order drinks while we waited. Bar staff ignored us completely. They clearly saw us looking at the menu, a simple give me a second would have suffice. After waiting for more than 10 minutes without service I stopped on of the busboys. Then they came and grabbed our order. We had to close out our tab since we were going to a bay. Tab closed out, bill brought back with out a pen to sign, and bartender had disappeared again. It's not 15 past our reservation. Mind you we paid $25 for reservation that doesn't go to final bill. Front desk staff said they were working on getting us our bay. Waited another 10 minutes before they had our bay ready. Only reason I gave 3 stars is service at the bay was phenomenal. Bartending staff should take some examples from our server. read more

A group of 7 of us went on Friday night and was a good experience until the end. We had received our tickets and a friend of mine was charged for a drink he had not received. He was trying to explain to the waitress what was wrong with the ticket and she took it as him being rude. She had the police that were there that night come up and we were kicked out. He was not at all rude but since he is German I think the accent was what made her think he was being rude as well as her being overwhelmed with other customers. I've worked in customer service as a both a salesman as well in fast food and I can say that I have been treated far worse on a daily basis. He was having a conversation with her and not once did he curse, raise his voice, or sound even the slightest bit rude. I will not be coming back. read more

My first experience at Topgolf might be my last. The service was unorganized, the beer selection was limited (numerous beers were out), their specialty drinks looked a LOT different than their advertised photos. My party of 5 arrived on a Sunday night around 8pm to a moderately busy bar area. We were quickly approached by a server asking us if we ordered nachos, which we did not (this happened to us 3 more times during our visit). We wrangled down another server to take our order, instead of taking it himself he pawned the table off to a female server. The female server took our order halfheartedly and told us that 4 of the beers we ordered were out. Another server then came to take our order again, then a different server asked us if we had ordered a burger (we didn't). Some of the drinks arrived before others, one of the beers we received was canned, the can itself was smashed in as if it had been dropped. The server didn't offer a glass to pour the beer out of the deformed can and we had to use one of the other glasses on our table. In addition to beer and an appetizer our party ordered two specialty drinks called Rumchata Russians from the Topgolf drink menu. The drink itself looked amazing in the photo, but when we received the drinks about 15 minutes later the Rumchata Russians looked half full and nothing like the photo. The coffee cube was half melted and the color was off. When we told the server we felt the drink was made wrong, she took the drinks back to the bar where other servers and bartenders discussed whether or not it was wrong. A female bar lead came over with a binder stating the drink was not made wrong and attempted to show us the drink spec menu, we explained to her we ordered based on the photo on the Topgolf menu. She acknowledged it was different and that other customers complained about it too. She remade one drink and this time it was fuller. When our appetizer arrived the dishes on our table were dirty. The rest of the visit was subpar and our checks were all incorrect at the end of the night, which lead to us having to help the server remember our orders. The location, ambiance and parking at this Topgolf are great. The price and service are lacking in a major way, you're better off spending your money somewhere else in El Paso, (or at least drink and eat at another bar before you play golf). read more

I couldn't have been more pleased than when I went for my first time to play Topgolf. I went on a Tuesday (HALF-PRICE ALL DAY) and it was just so much fun. We were a bit skeptical at first because we had no idea what to expect, but let me tell you this... we can not wait to go back and play for a lot longer period of time. I went with a group of four and it was just a blast. The food was good (a bit pricey), the drinks were good, but the ambiance of the whole place was exactly what you'd expect when you want to cut loose and have fun. It was three stories of bays (where your group up to 6 people can sit) and they also had pool tables, corn hole, shuffle board, and a huge bar area on the second floor. 5/5 can't wait to come back! read more
