My boyfriend, his friends and I went last night and had a great time! Since it is a new spot we did wait about 2.5 hours for a bay but we figured this would happen. They sent me a text when our bay was ready and our server was very nice and fun! We didn't try any of the food this time but we shared a few pitchers of beer while we played. You can either be on a wait list for 2 hours plus or pay a $50 fee to reserve a bay, so a bit over priced before you even swing a club. I suppose it is supply and demand and I fear it will only get worse. Very frustrating. read more

Had our first visit to Top Golf and were NOT impressed. Our waitress seemed very distracted. We all ordered some waters to start and she brought my 15 year old daughter a little plastic cup with a lid and straw just like her 2 & 5 year old sisters. Needless to say she wasn't pleased. Then the waitress took our orders and totally forgot about mine. My wife had to call her back to get my order. Food was ok tasting but the fillable doughnut holes were over cooked and they didn't have the raspberry filling we wanted. We never got to play any golf but were still there for 2 1/2hours because our waitress kept disappearing. No refills on drinks or much service of any kind. We almost left without paying because she took my card, handed it back to me then brought me what looked like a receipt, but it was just the tab. Never telling me it was a tab. Service was horrible! We will not return or recommend people go here. I felt really bad because I wanted to take my daughter for her birthday and it was just a mess. Never even got to play any golf. read more

Not a bad place for people who enjoy golfing. Pricey but the food is cooked with a twist of fusion making it taste deliciously.

I liked the place. Good food, drinks, environment, and a fun game. My only complaint was that the scoring in the game was a little weird. If you made it in sometimes it would give you 3 points sometimes it would give you 10. Great place would recommend to friends. read more

Poor experience- went there first time tonight because my friend wanted to check it out. They had a fundraiser going on and lots of happy folks all-around. After we took a walk around we sat at a table near the bar. First we sat there almost 10 minutes and then decided to ask someone to help us. He couldn't but found the unattentive waitress to help us. Picture in your mind that we're observing about 3 other waiters and 2 bar managers about 6 feet away from us discussing something more important. I tell the waitress I want a Heineken and she said "can you repeat that" so I did and she said "let me see if we have it". Now it's clearly listed in the menu and I'm surprising she asked. So she comes back with my friend's beer but brings a manager with her and he asks me, "what beer did you ask for?" And I said "Heineken " again. So he explained to her and she brought back a 16 oz can with a highball glass, not a pub glass ad I expected and which I had seen plenty of at the bar. I poured it and the beer has absolutely no foam. It even tasted flat. I called her back and told her to take it back and the reason for it and asked her to get me a Stella draft ( I figured I could get a draft beer with foam, but I was wrong again). I didn't bother to ask her to return it again.... it gets worse on so many levels of detail that I don't know how to end this review. If this is how Top Golf runs their business I'd have to say I'd rather stay with the old country club. My friend was expecting 8 chicken wings and they brought him 6, and then they told him it's based on weight, not quantity. This is not what the waitress told him. Then at some point about 30 minutes later another person brings a Heineken to the table. I told her I didn't ask for it. Then 10 minutes later the waitress brings me another Stella, which I didn't ask for. We ordered chips and guacamole with salsa and they brought a Hugh long basket with 2 tiny containers of salsa and guacamole. Needless to say they took back about 2/3 of the basket of tortilla chips since we ran out of the dips. It's pitiful that we spent money at this place. Even the men's restroom is undersized and the air hand dryer wasn't working and no paper towels. read more

I really like going here a bunch. They have great lounge areas with some fun games to play and there's nothing quite like hitting golf balls from the 3rd floor. Really great place to relax with your friends and have a good time. Really clean and just a overall great place. read more

My family and I had a lot of fun! My 8 yr old and 6 yr old love it (they're girls!). We also brought my 9 month old, and guess what? They have a nursing room! There are heaters to keep you warm as well. We are not golfers at all and this was the first time introducing our daughters to the sport, we had no equipment either, but they do supply a set for when renting a spot. We got 1 hr and did the practice shoot. They even have clubs for children. My girls quickly got the hang of it and loved retrieving the balls from the automatic dispenser, you wave your club over it. They thought it was pretty cool. You also have a server/waiter. We unfortunately didn't try the food because we had just had dinner and dessert somewhere else but my husband has been to other Topgolfs and he said the food is pretty awesome too. Overall, it's a great experience for families too. It's loud in there too so no pressure for keeping kids quiet! They also offer lessons for groups, individuals and children too. read more

I love Topgolf, this is by far the worst one in the nation. There's hundreds of employees running around and none seem to know what's going on. Order a drink and it took 30 min to come out "new bartender" I was told. We're trying to close out our bill and finish our food and we're rudely kicked out of the bay "people are waiting for this bay" when there are several open bays around us. These people need to go to an established Top golf or be better trained on how to talk to people read more

Great place to go and have some fun. Food is very good. Our server Dallas was awesome, never had to wait for our drinks or food.

1st Time here, was recommended by a friend. Absolutely fun with the family. Staff are very welcoming and courteous, wait staff was awesome and prompt and the facility was absolutely amazing. 3 floors and some bays have couches for you and your guest to relax. It was out 1st time there and the staff was very patient with us guiding us on how everything works as we were unfamiliar how the rental and game play works. We played for 2 hours which was well worth it for my family and I. We had tons of fun. Do worry about not knowing how to golf...just whack them balls and attempt to get them in the holes out in the open. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed, give it a shot it's a lot of fun! Thank you Topgolf staff for making our 1st experience with Topgolf a memorable one. We will definitely be back! read more

Eat before you go. Don't eat there. Food is pricey for what you get. We ordered beers and were good to go. Our ladies ordered mixed drinks...big mistake. Their "chelada" beer was slightly pink. When we asked for some more of the red mix, we were denied. Server said the bartenders make drinks to a standard (a low one) and can't deviate. We sent another drink back because it tasted like sprite syrup and alcohol. Great place and great atmosphere. Had a lot of fun playing. I have been to this location numerous times. I love the business and enjoy it every time I come in. On this last visit I will say I was very disappointed. I came in with the same friend that I always do and was greeted as normal. We took our bay and started as we always do. We had a male as our waiter or bay attendant and it quickly went down hill. Got there at 9 and by 10 we had a new attendant. I think her name is Villa. My friend had to get up and get his own drink from the bar that was requested a refill 15 minutes prior. We also ordered our food and usually get it rather quickly. This time was different. We waited 45 minutes and she had someone else bring us our food. She did not check on us from time to time. It was as if she didn't care to make another great experience. I will return but do not ever want to be taken care of by this lady again. read more

Everything was perfect until the end. The server was pulling the check from the tablet they carry around and told my husband and I that our check was around $70 and when she came back and handed us our check it was $90 something! I don't have a problem with the amount except that they fail to print out an itemized check with all the items charged. Instead they verbally tell you how much it will be and they come back with a slip for you to sign with only the total, and ours differed from what she told us. I then asked for an itemized check and she took at least 10 at the station for then to come and tell me that she will have to get a manager to print it. By that point we were super annoyed and just left. Please provide itemized checks! It makes the place seem unethical. read more

Unfortunately, you can't give zero stars because if you could, that is the rating Top Golf El Paso deserves. It's no surprise the service was subpar considering El Paso service usually is, but I thought Top Golf would be just as good here as it is in other places. I was wrong. My server, Paulina K, was one of the worst I've ever had. She accused me of using a fake identification card and then proceeded to get her co-workers involved, who came up to me and told me Paulina was a "bitch." I'm a military wife, and that's why my ID card is from a different state. I love seeing that Top Golf supports our troops! So unprofessional! Usually, El Paso service disappoints me, but it never surprises me. The service was so BAD that I was actually surprised that Top Golf would hire such an unprofessional waitress at such an expensive amenity. Paulina was incredibly rude then threw my pen and check at me so I'd leave early. I wish I had a good time, but unfortunately Paulina's actions have forced me to boycott. I will not be back and I encourage other El Pasoans to take their money elsewhere. read more
