Was greeted respectfully upon entering and decided to go see this nice bar. (It didn't fail) The bar tender was quick, friendly and was an excellent server! Everyone that came in was going straight to the bar too. She was on top of her game by juggling all her customers and tending to the other servers needing drinks. Great work! Honestly we haven't been back here since they changed up the menu pre-pandemic... for some reason i wanted to give them another shot. We opted to sit on the patio, which is always a gamble that your server will forget about you, but our server was on top of things. Unfortunately the patio itself was pretty dirty, with leaves and cups all over the ground. The food was not as good as we remembered, but maybe that's just nostalgia talking. We got the chili con queso as a starter, which had PLENTY of chips. The queso itself was quite tasty. My beer arrived after the appetizer and was about an inch - maybe more - short on the glass. Ah well, early shift foam I guess? We had the 15 boneless wings- salt and vinegar, lemon pepper and spicy garlic. None were over the top and they seemed like they mught have been overbattered or overfried. They did supply a generous amount of ranch, however. This BWW is like a former boyfriend that I kept giving chances to get his act together and he continued to fail no matter how many chances I gave him. Eventually I had to tell him goodbye just as I am this BWW. After a year of not eating here I returned, hoping for the best, and I found the same untrained, incompetent host, wait and kitchen staff, but with different bodies and names than a year ago. The manager literally told me tonight that I had to pay for 12 xtra wings because the waitress entered more wings on my order than I requested. She did, however, not charge me $4.00 for potato wedges "for my trouble."Really? $4.00 off of $16 worth of wings I didn't want nor order is not compensation for "my trouble", it's an insult to my intelligence. The only reason i gave this location a 2 was for the immediate greeting i received and the social interaction between 2 front house employees. The customer service was good but great. The food on the other hand was horrible. I ordered the 10 Boneless wings with fries and should have ordered nothing. I hate being critical but if this is the "norm" at this company, i am very surprised they are still in business. The wings were rock hard and overcooked and the fries were exactly the same. I don't know why I always do this to myself. I've never had a single good experience from BWW in any state and yet I continue to go back in hopes that something has changed. This is the closest wings place since my recent move and had to get some so I ordered the traditional bone in style wings the Nashville hot sauce wings and the lemon pepper seasoning wings. The Nashville hot were not nearly hot enough and barely had any flavor. The lemon pepper seasoning was pathetic honestly with how little seasoning were on the wings and the size of the wings themselves were laughable but mostly insulting. Only reason they don't get a 1 star is because the stuff is edible and I've heard their burgers are okay. Just do yourself a favor and stop supporting them. The food and service has been better in the other occasions we've ordered takeout. We haven't dined in quite awhile. The correct items were given to us and mostly everything tasted good and warm. One of our favorite items these days is their garlic parm cauliflower wings. They're tasty and taste fresh. They don't taste like wings but they still have a good flavor. I think the cauliflower's texture gives them away...meaning they aren't actual wings. They remind me of potatoes a lot. Try them if you get a chance. They're also pretty filling. Today I ordered a cheeseburger with potato wedges. The burger was a tiny bit bland but alright. It had two patties. I gave one to my dog and he ate it in about 5 seconds, maybe less! The wedges were pretty good. The fries that came with the wings didn't taste fresh. They were chewy and a bit stale. I enjoyed my boneless garlic parm wings. We also got some regular mild wings. Took the family to eat here during a Sunday afternoon. The place was keeping good distance measure during COVID, but it was kinda dirty looking. I just have a thing for restaurants that have carpet. Hard to keep, clean, smells, and full of bacteria. Our server was nice, and attentive. I have nothing but good things to say about her. We ordered a 30 piece wings (original buffalo sauce), mozzarella sticks, and basket of fries. The wings were crispy, which I like, but dry on the sauce. We had to order extra sauce to dip them in. We have been ordering take out from this location almost once a week for the past seven years. There has been a remarkable drop in both food and service. The pickup order is NEVER ready at the promised time. Usually requires an additional 15 minutes wait. Not to mention the wait just to have someone come out of the kitchen can be upwards of 10 minutes. More times than not I have walked out of there a with my order 30 minutes later than expected. With this restaurant being so close to our home, we ordered food from here often. We were big fans of their wing Tuesday, where you can get their wings for half the price. Me and my husband usually would get a full meal for both of us under 20 dollars. So this was our place to go on Tuesdays! Every time I ordered here, I never had a problem with my order. This location used to be good. Went there yesterday and first of all it smelled musty. No one to greet and seat us so we went into the dining room which was pretty full. So we went to the bar. No bartender, no server but three other tables had drinks so I figured someone would eventually come over. Nope. Another couple came in and sat down. A server finally came out and went to them. Now he obviously was the only server working the bar area so he really could not have thought someone else waited on us. If he can't handle drinks for two two tops then, I figured the experience was not going to be good so we left. This was a Saturday at lunch time. Why were there no staff? Not even a bartender?? I know understaffing is a problem for the industry but fast food and the drive thru are becoming my first option anymore. We used to really enjoy going to BWW to enjoy their food and drinks during happy hour, but their recent changes have gotten rid of pretty much every redeeming feature in the restaruant. 1) Their wings have become really terrible. We used to get nice meaty wings with a nice amount of breading and great sauces. Now we often get crunchy dry wings that are a challenge to eat. Wings should not be more than 50% hard breading. Also they have cut down the number of wings you get per portion by 1. So even though you get 3 portions in the medium wing order now it comes with 3 less wings. 2) They have cut down the number of beers available in their happy hour menu including the one that my wife likes most. Their selection used to be pretty decent (as chain restaurants go) but now it's pathetic and unless you like the most generic of beers it's not worth it to go for their happy hour. 3) Service is poor and inattentive. Not much to say about that other than we used to get pretty good service and now it's useless. 4) The queso for their chips and queso has lost it's uniqueness. The BWW queso used to be different than the watery crap you get in a lot of restaruants and we thought it was really enjoyable. They just redid it and it has become total generic crap. It's super watery, has a spicy but boring flavor and the meat that used to be included on the queso is now an extra $1 charge (on $4 happy hour queso that's just offensive). It went from being something we actually looked up how to make to something we wouldn't bother ordering again. Bottom line is that we used to love going to BWW and enjoying a low key relaxed inexpensive date night during their happy hours and after our last visit we have decided that we will not be returning to BWW any time in the near future. Their recent changes feel like something that a faltering restaurant does to just grab more cash. I really like the sports-watching atmosphere here, they have a ton of TVs and I counted at least 5 projectors, pretty sweet during gameday! I also didn't see any dumbass boomer sooners there during gameday, and that, at the end of the day, is what its all about. (Did see stupid aggies there though) Hook 'Em Horns! \m/ The food is decent, they have a wide variety of beverages, and the staff is friendly. I had never been to a BWW before so I came here with an open mind and excited to try a new place. The server we got was obviously new and wasn't aware of the Happy Hour specials when asked. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and they were good. We should have stopped there. Again, our server was inexperienced, so we had to badger him for basics like utensils, etc. I had high expectations for the boneless wings I ordered since that is what they specialize in. I chose the garlic parmesan flavor and even though they were on the mild end of the spectrum, they were the absolute limit of my spicy threshold. Beyond that, they were mediocre and I've honestly had better from Pizza Hut. The hubby and I almost always switch plates midway through our meals. He ordered the pulled pork sandwich. He had already eaten his half when we switched. I took one bite and instantly knew something was wrong. It was obvious to me that either the cheese or mayo was spoiled. I refused to eat another bite in fear of getting sick. Turns out I was right, poor hubby ended up sick that evening. The manager apologized and took the plate away and offered us something else off the menu. At that point, the meal was already ruined for me, so I declined. She did offer a dessert, so I accepted her offer and chose the loaded ice cream. It was also underwhelming. Basically a scoop of mediocre vanilla ice cream with some basic chocolate syrup and a couple of cinnamon sugared chips. This BWW is the same concept as any other BWW. Sports bar with wings and beer of course. Great for hang out with friends or family to watch a game. They have a bunch TVs and projectors around the room, so it's easy access to watch your team. Okay, so the only reason I gave it three stars was due to service and my wings. Our waitresses was prompt and quick, but I feel that it could get better. I ordered the boneless and traditional combo with fries and coleslaw. My traditional wings were Caribbean Jerk and boneless were Honey Mustard Bourbon. I asked for potato wedges instead of regular fries. When our food came out I got regular fries, so I asked them again if I could get it in wedges. I also noticed my boneless was plain. I kept tasting it make sure if I was missing the honey mustard flavor. Lol! So yup, it was just plain boneless. No glazed honey mustard. I didn't want to ask again for something cause my friend asked for sauce too and it took a while for her. That and one of the boneless wings was actually fat and batter, no meat. I LOVE BWW. I am in the military- and aircrew- and been to many across the nation....in fact I look for them wherever we fly into a major city. When I heard a BWW had moved to my home town of EP, I was ecstatic. however, I was less than pleased at this one. The overcooked boneless wings we got were awful. I usually dont send food back, but thought it wouldnt be too hard to replace them with a few that had not been neglected in the oven. When we coyly voiced our concern, a few minutes later the chef came out to scout us out. While he put his gloved cooking hands in his lint-full cholo pants, he took a peak at who had sent HIS wings back.
