Top golf is so much fun! The parking situation sucks though. You will probably have to use valet parking... They definitely need a bigger parking lot. read more

Been to this Top Golf location several times, I prefer it to the Alexandria location. Lots of bays, good food and drinks, and very kid friendly. Staff is responsive and playing the golf games is lots of fun. read more

I sat in the bar at 10amish and ordered the Chicken and Waffle sliders w/ Jalepono Gravy and a side of maple syrup. I also ordered tater tots, i know tater tots at a restaurant what are you doing, but I was in the mood. The tater tots came with a side of achipotle aioli sauce which I thought was thousand island but, it wasn't. My server was very attentive and friendly. My food came out when expected, not steaming hot, but not cold either. Tater tots were very light and crispy. Great tasting in the sauce. I was very surprised and felt that the sauce and how they were cooked was worth the $3. The chicken and waffle sliders were also light and low on salt however coupled with the jalapeno gravy, not spicy at all, and the maple syrup made a combination of flavors very enjoyable. I will order this combo again!!!! While I ate the second bartender asked how i was doing as well as a manager which was very nice! My server refilled my drink and followed up with me after my meal to ensure i had a good experience. 5 stars here for food, will come back! read more

Super fun place for all ages! Even my five year old loves it and reasonable prices if you go early in the day

First time here last night (3/6/2016). Fun place, food looked great (we only ordered drinks). Was disappointed, however, that someone felt it necessary to bring their Dalmatian into the joint without someone challenging the presence of a dog in a place that served food. I thought this was not allowed. And oh, by the way, just in case anyone was wondering, the dog was way old (so said the owner to people who gathered round), did not have a service dog marking on it anywhere, and was on a regular leash. I have two dogs of my own, so I have nothing against dogs. But, in a food serving establishment? Really? read more

Having to wait 30 min more than the 9o min we were told dont understand why you cannot book a tee time.As a first time experience the directions were very poor as how to start and there is no call button to summon help. The food was good while waiting will not go back and have to wait for such a long time read more

We are fans of this business! From the time we walked in, to the service of CHRIS HOLMES in facilitating our orders with a great smile, to finding the food was GOOD!! The place was jammed the servers were doing a dance and there were happy people out for a good time! Pack it up and go spend and evening at Top Golf!!! You will be so very pleasantly surprised! read more

This,is definitely a fun place lots to do and love the fact you get your own Bay and can order food and drinks. Games are fun and good for kids only problem is,its, super busy and lines are long to check in even when you already have a card so plan the best time to go if your in a hurry read more

I thought this place was very creative and the staff was very entertaining as well. The crowd was pleasant and I look forward to going back again in the future. read more

A complete joke that this place won't transfer balance from other location. Different pricing structures is not an excuse... cash I paid at top golf should be able to spend at top golf. If they had a "grace period" where they were allowing transfers, there is no reason they shouldn't transfer a balance because I didn't make it to their facility in that time. I won't return. read more

The staff looks like this place is too good for us to spend money here. Waited a long time for food to come. Mismatch information from each employees, one says one thing the other says other.... read more

We have been to Top Golf about a half dozen times since they opened up, and it has always been a fun time. We generally go early when the bay prices are best. There are a lot of great food options, and playing the games is a great way to practice golf. Very laid back atmosphere, and the folks working there are very helpful. read more

This was my first time going to Topgolf and I won't be in a hurry to return. We made a reservation online but when we got there they said they had almost given our bay away, even though we were on time, because we hadn't responded to a text they sent my husband asking if we still wanted the bay. We were literally driving to the venue and didn't get the text. We paid $25 dollars for it. Why wouldn't we still want it? Not the best start. We were taken to our bay and sort of left to our own devices. Never having been there we really weren't sure what to do first. We finally asked one of the servers to help us. She had such little enthusiasm for showing us how things worked. It's not necessarily intuitive to create your profile and choose your game. It left a bad taste in my mouth, especially when we were paying for this. We ordered food and began playing. The food took awhile to get to us. Some of it was really tasty and good- the Mooshi (I think that's what it's called) was great and so were the nachos. However, my son and I both ordered the pork sliders. His came with cole slaw and mine did not. ??? I hadn't asked for it not to be on there. And we didn't get our complete order. When I told the server this there was no sense of responsibility or customer service. Just the bare minimum. A word of understanding would have gone a long way. She made it right but with no sense of saying sorry or i wish that hadn't happened which would have been the courteous thing to do. It was a pricey outing for it to only be ok. Could see it being better if they work on training servers to be more engaging and more service oriented. read more

Fun place to practice. A tad pricey but the games are fun. Good for and drinks. Service is good as well.

The blonde manager was VERY disrespectful when a member of our party made a simple mistake. If expect that the customer service aspect of this business would be better. One star due to poor service and a very disrespectful manager. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Showed up with 3 lines and no direction as to which you need to be in. Waited in 1 and was told my other Top Golf card wasn't good here. Not a big deal, waited in another line switched out cards was told I was added to the list. An hour later I checked in as it was a busy night but people who came to the bar later were called up. Was told we weren't on the list, they apologized and said we would only be a few minutes. 30 minutes later we checked and told we were on the bottom of the list. 15 min later we had a bay. It took an hour and 45 minutes, no apology, no compensation nothing. Year it was busy but if your going to screw up twice at least apologize after a group of 4 spends $150 on drinks (easy to do without a buzz) $90 on a bay plus a bunch of food. I'll stick with Alexandria any day of the week. Hoping he money doesn't end up in the same pocket. Also, our bartender was awesome; blonde, plugs, tats, fun read more

Overpriced and underwhelming food, and even worse customer service. This past Saturday, I met with friends and family at Topgolf as a last outing together before we head out to college this Fall. Upon arrival, we were told that the wait would be 80 minutes. Despite the long wait, we all agreed that a fun evening at Topgolf would be worth it. Sadly, our expectations were crushed by rude and biased treatment from Topgolf staff. The over-priced food and unkempt environment only added to our collective disappointment. As we waited for the first 90 minutes, we approached the bar area for refreshments but were ignored by servers and bartenders. We then roamed around the venue, still unnoticed, and found at least three bays on each level completely unoccupied and available. When we pointed out all of the open tables to the staff, and inquired as to their availability for our party, we were told that we had to wait at least another hour. They claimed that there were 25 other parties ahead of us but we watched them for another 15 minutes before anyone sat there. I think this is a good time to point out that my party and I are all minorities in case you did not make the inference by now. After a total wait time of 140 minutes, we were finally seated and this is when the nightmare really took a turn for the worse. We were registering players and trying to split the checks when our waitress, who had been tapping her foot impatiently as she waited behind us, pushed her way across our group and entered the entire tab under one person and then begun our game without consulting any of us or even introducing herself. She offered no apologies for her rude behavior and rushed us to order as she rolled her eyes for making her wait. Our order took nearly 30 minutes to arrive; the waitress brought no silverware or napkins and I had to get up from our table to go find utensils because the waitress had disappeared. In fact, she did not return to check on us, refill our drinks, or even clean up our plates. She made her final appearance when she dropped off the check, and even then she did not offer any further service to us. We will not return nor will we recommend Topgolf to friends and family; people should spend their money where they are treated with respect and dignity regardless of their color or nationality. read more

The concept of top golf is great!! Even the standard bar food munchy fare is really quite good. There is an array of beers and drinks for your choosing. What's really impressive is they have the appropriate number of staff to wait on you and keep you happy. So many places are so short staffed that waiting 45 minutes for a drink is ridiculous. My child is only 7 1/2 yet she's very serious about golf -- practices it and studies quite diligently. I love the fact that the atmosphere is so up beat! BUT and here's the big BUT ....unfortunately we will not be able to return because this is the second time now we have visited and the music is so incredibly loud that it's worse than being in a club!! You simply cannot hear one more than a foot away from you! Our poor waitress had to get so close into our face that I could smell her breath.... which is not to be mean it's just that we had to be that close. The music is beyond ridiculously loud! My child could not hear my husband instructing her!! I just happen to have earplugs in my purse for my seven-year-old and had to put them in her ears wishing I had a pair for me!! It's reminiscent of the 70s and 80s of cheap marketing tricks that if we turn the music up really loud they'll buy something!! Well all it does is drain you -- tire you out and drive you away. So Top Golf hear me- i guarantee your business will increase if you turn the music down!!!!!! read more

Bottom line- this particular Topgolf went downhill. Filled with middle/high schoolers. The music is way too loud in every area, literally couldn't hear my fiancé next to me talking without having to lean in. The staff is mostly young people who just seem to be there for the music and their co workers rather than making the paying customers happy. We began by sitting inside at a table near the bar ordered two rounds of drinks during our two hour wait and a couple of appetizers. Then I get the text that our bay is ready so the waitress who was mostly absent popped up and gave me our check (not divided like we had told her at the very beginning). As soon as we get to our bay we are kinda on our own with no real direction to get started. so we flag our server down and she annoyingly helps, we ask for another round of beers she then puts it in the computer as her manage glares at us as if we had done something wrong. They then come to tell us that we can not order drinks if we have drinks in front of us (1/4 full glasses) so we finish and order again. Not surprisingly a different manager comes over to tell my fiancé that he is being cut off. Which blew my mind due to the fact that we all three had the same amount of drinks but only he was getting cut off?? Right as we actually get to start playing!! Oh wait I guess I forgot to mention his sister had previously worked there and sent her an email of termination the same day we went. I asked our server why he had been cut off and she apparently had no idea. We finished our game, we over paid and left furious. Never again will we visit this establishment, EVER! The managers treated us terribly. read more

this place overall is awesome. the people there are so friendly and helpful if you have problems. the only concern I have is when you order food the service is very slow, right when I got to my golfing spot I ordered my food and it didn't come for a good 45 minutes to an hour. but I totally recommend this place as long as your not going for a meal. read more

Received a gift card from my class and had wanted to try it out anyway. Rainy day so we decided to give it a try. We went early, arriving about 10am, so we paid the cheaper $25/hour rate. Check in wasn't too bad but there was no one in front of us. Don't like having to pay $5 per card but the $25/hour for a bay was a decent price. I don't golf at all, my husband is somewhat of a golfer and my 17yo son is a good golfer. We all enjoyed the time we spent there (son's school golf team is heading there soon for an end of season party). My husband and I used the clubs provided while my son used his own. He is a lefty and the provided clubs were righty, not sure what a lefty is to do if they don't bring their own. We ended up adding a 1/2 hour to our play. Had some drinks and an appetizer. Waitress (Tee) was very attentive. By the time we left, about 12:00pm the check in area was packed. Glad we went early. We will find a time to go back. read more
