Upon arriving the waiting area in front was a little busy; we checked in and kinda just waited around. The spa itself is really cute inside and I dug the vibe. The rooms were very spacious and a good temperature; music relaxing and the right volume. My masseuse did a really good job asking me my preferences and tailored my massage to what I personally needed. I will say that the only reason I rated 4 stars is because my partner said his masseuse was okay but missed the major area that he specifically had wanted work done on.

This caused me to leave for a while because I clearly say no men for my massage and that made me so uncomfortable. However, I wanted to give it a try again because Tina, the masseuse is that good and their prices are great. Clearly, I keep coming back, but there are a few things I don't like. For this session, they were kind enough to accommodate for me when I was late to my appointment. They accept walk-ins as well. Their entrance is relaxing and they have a few rooms for solos/couples. Prior to your massage, they ask for your preferences in detail. But then they come in the middle of your massage and ask if you'd like to add additional services. I don't like that as I just want to relax during my massage and I know what I want. I booked a 90 minute and was surprised that they ended up doing 120 minutes for me which I didn't agree to. My total ended up being $155. Tina, the masseuse always does amazing and covers every base. She is simply why I come back every time.

The spa itself was easy to find and if you need directions the hotel staff are extremely friendly, upon entering Vitahydr8 you feel welcomed and ready to relax. They have a beautiful waiting area where you can sit while you fill out any needed paperwork, or wait if you arrived too early. The waiting area overs a comfortable sofa, chairs and tables to keep you comfortable, they also let you know you are free to help yourself to a snack or drink and you are able to change the TV channel if you wish. My facial was an hour long, and was scheduled before our massage so my husband was happy they had this waiting area where he could listen to a bit of TV and read the book he brought with him. The office is extremely well kept, clean and it smells nice. The room they do the facials in is cozy and it helps create a relaxing environment. The staff member doing my facial was super sweet and she explained what each product was before she started using it,Part of the facial includes a mini massage where your face will be massaged with the skincare products, and during the point where you are waiting for the enzyme mask to remove any dead skin, your forearms/hands and neck will also be massaged a bit, adding to the relaxation levels. The couples massage was quite nice as well. I was pretty happy with all of the staff members we dealt with while at the facility, and we enjoyed our stay. I would be more than happy to visit again.
