He spent less than 2 minutes examining my eyes and didn't seem to care of my concerns of managing my severe myopia. He also kept looking at his computer to monitor football games scoring which is unnerving for me as his patient. My glasses took forever to come as they blamed my insurance for delaying the manufacturing of the lenses but I was not able to get into contact with my insurance nor were they so that was frustrating. The glasses then came with more than a month delay and the lenses were coke bottle lenses though I paid extra for high index. The staff there tried to blame it on the frames which is odd to me as I've had frames of similar design and the lenses were never as thick as the one they made. A second order of glasses was made with a delay AGAIN and the lenses still came out the same. I then decided do order contact lenses instead and they were nice to offer extra lenses to apologize for the past delays and mistakes so three stars for them. If I could rate the optometrist himself, I would give him a 0. Your eyes are important. Find an optometrist who thinks the same

My husband broke his glasses so we requested to get a new one at the same day. She did make it. In addition. I like their doctor. He is very nice and careful to new patients. He explained a lot to us when my husband wore a new pair. He even checked if it is too tight for my husband 's head. This is the most wonderful experience we ever had with eye wear stores. We will definitely go to it next year.

The gentlemen up front were busy with other clients but acknowledge me. Once one was free answered some questions about my plan and guided me to receptionist to schedule my appointment. The receptionist got us in within a week. Dr. Yu and his staff were amazing! No one treated us like a number or rushed us. All our questions/concerns were addressed without complaint. It wasn't a this is how is situation like I have experienced at other locations. Dr. Yu staff assisted in getting ordering my contacts with ease. There we 3 so I'm so sorry I don't remember y'all's names, all of you were helpful and professional, especially with how busy it was that morning. Cameron ( I hope so spelled his name right) helped us with our fame and lens selection. Granted we looked around and asked a lot of questions. Even though he was helping others in the store he still checked on us. Granted this location can get busy, but I think some people's expectations are a little over kill. This is a solid location. Great Dr! Great staff! Willing to work with you if they can. Price wise it is LensCrafters lol it's not Walmart or Sam's Club locations. I found they have options for most budgets but tailor to the mid- to higher up brands. The location is small but they have a good selection in store. Worst case if they don't have anything in store check the website.

They refused to help me. I had gone to the store the evening before, and the posted store hours on the door were until 8 PM. I was at the store at 7:30 PM and it was already closed. I asked the employees what time the store closes and they said that they had closed at 7:30. They closed the store when they wanted to. They were very unprofessional and rude. I went to Darby Parker and they were very helpful and assisted me with my glasses. I would recommend Darby Parker for all eyeglass needs in the Peachtree Corners location. LensCrafters Management please be aware that the hired staff at this store location would not help me with my eyeglass needs. Recommend additional training to inform the employees that an eyeglass store helps customers with eyeglasses.

Made an appointment online & got a call back saying they didn't take my insurance. So I used my husband's & the Rep was very helpful & called me back to confirm that PVI took it based on the info I provided. The exam was extremely thorough. I answered all questions they had & was presently surprised that Dr.Nim pointed out a few things she could tell I was dealing with. She noticed I had dry eye & allergies. She recommended some over-the-counter drops & so far so good. Mind you I went to another Optometrist less than 6 months ago & none of this was pointed out. I can tell she cares about what she does & is very knowledgeable. I even found out about something that could help my child with their eyesight & he wasn't there at the time. I didn't feel rushed & everyone who works there is pleasant & attentive. When looking at glasses I was advised of the amount my insurance covered & given prices for add-ons & recommendations. So no surprises at all. The only thing that may turn people off is they do not have a large selection of glasses but I found some that work for me! One of the best exams I've ever had & I've been wearing glasses since I was 12 y/o.

I have use these same frames (I have a couple) to make lenses with almost the same prescription with other offices and the results have been great. The sunglasses I received from this office had a noticeable "fishbowl" effect. My other pair with the same exact frames and almost the same prescription were cut and produced very nicely with no problems. What actually bothered me was the response when I raised this concern. They repeatedly said this is due to my prescription and the curve of my frames even as I showed them the much better crafted lenses in my other identical frame - demonstrating it was possible to produce lenses for this frame without the problems that it had. When I asked if they could ask the lab to produce quality similar to the pair I had they basically said no. In other offices, without my even having to make that request, the staff told me they noticed the curve of the lenses and that they would personally call the lab and direct them to ensure the lenses were produced without the fishbowl effect and fitting the curvature of the frames well. Briggs needs to hold its lab to higher standards and to offer that level of advocacy for its customers - it's pretty basic for opticians to do that as they work with their eyeglass labs. Unfortunately that type of response means I will have to switch back to the office I used to go to even though it is in Roswell, 30 minutes away. At least I will get better crafted eyeglasses.
