When it came time to see the doctor, she took her time, treated me very kindly, and above all I felt comfortable during the whole process. This is sooo important and made me feel great. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans. Dr. Vonda Ray is the best optometrist. She does great eye exam and suggests the right one. Dr. Ray is kind, welcoming, and takes her time to make sure your prescription is just right. They have the most technological & advanced equipment for eye exam. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I also worked with the woman, I believe to be named Nina. She helped us pick the best frames to suit my facial structure. I am a satisfied customer, but it would be nice to have more frames in display. Ample free parking in front of the business. I highly recommend this location.

The office is easy to get to, with plenty of parking, and the staff is just as welcoming as she is. Dr. Hsu has a fantastic attitude, listens carefully, and really helps you get to the end goal you have in sight--pun intended. When I brought it her attention, she denied responsibility, was dismissive and rude, and did not offer any solution or compensation for the damage. I also observed an employee placing a ruler directly against the lenses while measuring PD. I do not remember the name of the woman I spoke to regarding the scratch. I would not go there again . I didn't know what to expect so I didn't know what to ask ahead of time! At our age when this is done- the skin around the outer eye does not pop bag into the same shape! I debate about getting a recheck because of this- it makes me angry
