We have all been going to Briggs Vision Group for more than 20 years. While we are biased towards Dr. Briggs, as he was the first that treated us, we have over the years seen each of the optometrists, and all all just good. Each of the optometrists takes time with each of us to do a thorough exam and work with us on any difficulties. When they themselves thought I needed to see a specialty they were able to handle the recommendation. Recently I had an emergency, and after a coupe of questions over the phone, they were able to get me in for a same day appointment to see the doctor. Briggs have got two stars because they have excellent front desk and spec collection. But if you leave the sugar coated customer care, their doctors leave much to be desired. I and my family are their customer for last three years, and once the doctor have falsely detected an issue, they have referred me to not-so-good specialist doctors twice. I went by their recommendation first and then second time decided to research my own and thus saved myself from a surgery that was never needed in first place. Overall, I understood that they do not have good doctors and they would only recommend the doctors whom they have tie up with rather than the best ones. I am not going to visit them again. read more

He kept working on getting the prescription just right and gave me a trial pair to put on and try out at home. Love them!! I have being seeing Dr. Smith for several years, and he is the most genuine, sincere and thorough optician I have ever been to. Most recently, I have had some vision issues to include halos and double-vision, and even though we're smack dab in the middle pollen season, he was not dismissive of my concerns at all.
