They welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare and more. Many of their locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans. Dr. Vonda Ray is the best optometrist. She does great eye exam and suggests the right one. Dr. Ray is kind, welcoming, and takes her time to make sure your prescription is just right. They have the most technological & advanced equipment for eye exam. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I also worked with the woman, I believe to be named Nina. She helped us pick the best frames to suit my facial structure. I am a satisfied customer, but it would be nice to have more frames in display. Ample free parking in front of the business. I highly recommend this location.

The place is well maintained and clean. They have plenty of free parking in front of the store as it sits in a shopping plaza. They have most of the branded glass frames. The prices are little high, maybe because of the branded ones. If you need any kind of eye care services you can count on them. I would sure recommend this place.

Wherever she has worked in the eye care industry, I have followed--because I trust her completely. She about way more than helping you find glasses; she helps you find your look. This visit was my first time meeting Dr. Kim, and I was deeply impressed. When I shared my health profile, she listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and immediately shifted into solution-oriented mode. Her guidance was clear, reassuring, and rooted in what was genuinely best for my eyes--that kind of care matters. This app only allows for five stars, but if ten were available, Atlanta Eye Associates would get every single one. Professional, attentive, stylish, and deeply human--this is eye care done right.

KEEP IN MIND I saw last week that wouldn't be able to make it so I called up there and asked to reschedule. Which happened. THEY LITERALLY WAIT UNTIL THE HOUR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT to tell me I cannot come because of insurance. Which is NOT how you do business AT ALL !! I have taken off work and was already on the at just to get turned around !!!!!!! When THEY ALSO HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO TELL ME AT THE BARE MINIMUM A WEEK BEFORE when I called up there to reschedule!!! It was so unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They weren't even remorseful in the mistake.

We call no answer! We leave messages with no return call, I also email my concerns of it being 3 months delayed and a entire new year has come and still no glasses! I know most of us use this company to support this foundation or because of the affordable prices however you pay for what you get and unfortunately they got $200 out of us and we never received our glasses! I'm posting this to save you the agony of what I've experienced not to mention the pain of wearing expired prescription glasses thinking any day now the new glasses will be here? Its not right and the treatment is the most unprofessional I've experienced dealing with ordering glasses. Be mindful

Two years ago, I got only my right eye treated because that was all I needed. They said, "Sure, just do one eye and come back when you want to get the other eye treated." Recently, I scheduled a consultation through their website for my other eye. Without even speaking with me (they left a voicemail), they canceled the consultation appointment and sent me a link to their "retreatment" web page, assuming I wanted to have my right eye retreated. I was told by the national call center that I would have to schedule an extensive (and expensive) appointment with my own eye doctor, who would have to fill out some form, I would have to pay LVI $99, and then I'd wait *8 weeks* for them to review my documentation to decide if I was "eligible" for a retreatment. Never mind that that's not even what I wanted. The guy I spoke with at the call center said I couldn't have a consultation for surgery on my untreated eye unless I went through the whole retreatment review first. What a crock! The moral of the story is, if they tell you that you can do one eye and then come back later if/when you want to do the second eye, don't believe them. Get both eyes treated at the same time, or go somewhere else.
