I just got an eye exam and although it went well, purchasing glasses didn't, the staff doesn't know what they are doing, I wanted sunglasses, brown frames and brown lenses, and the person that wrote it up didn't bother talking to me about the details of my glasses, so I wound up with black frames and gray lenses, they were willing to redo the lenses but if I wanted a brown frame I would have to buy another frame, they claimed it would be a custom job. Now I have been in the business for over 30 years and not only is that totally untrue, but it doesn't cost them a dime to exchange it, I did it all the time when my patients were unhappy, I guess that is why we had a thriving office. My advice to you is, you can get an eye exam there but take your RX and money elsewhere, customer satisfaction is not something they care about. read more

Having switched insurance plans with my new company, I was looking for an in-network provider and luckily stumbled upon 2015 Eyecare. I read multiple reviews on the quality of service and was thrilled to find this place, a product of two doctors with decades of experience receiving rave reviews. Upon further research, I discovered one of the partner doctors is Dr. Simone Lewis, who had previously given me one of the best eye exams of my life at The Eye Gallery in The Forum in Norcross. Boy, was I so lucky and thankful to find her again! I was able to easily schedule an exam on an upcoming Saturday, which conveniently fit my schedule. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by their eager staff and quickly ushered into my exam. This time, Dr. Lopp conducted my eye exam, slowly and patiently evaluating my eyes and carefully taking time to answer all my questions. I received the same care and attention to detail I enjoyed with Dr. Lewis years ago. When it came time to purchase glasses, the staff was very friendly and enthusiastically showed me any pair of glasses I wanted to try, using their expertise to measure the best frames to fit my face. This is a new office for 2 long time optometrist in the Atlanta area. This was also my first time using these doctors. I have been wearing glasses and contacts for over 10years and never have I had an experience as great as the one I had here. The staff is so friendly and have the best customer service manners! I had an emergency eye care situation and I called and was able to get an appointment same day. The wait wasn't long and they did whatever they could to make sure I was comfortable. They even went the extra mile and looked up all my insurance info because I didn't know who it was with. I have seen both doctors due to my situation and both are very thorough and efficient. They were completely on top of my issue and making sure my eye is completely recovered. I would highly recommend 20/15 Eye Care to anyone who wears glasses or contacts. If your current optometrist office doesn't make you feel this Great and like you can call them any time, then you need to switch to 20/15 Eye Care!!! read more

I recently turned 50 and as upsetting as it is, I have realized I needed reading glasses. I stopped into 20(15 EyeCare to look for a pair as I haven't liked what the big box stores sell. Since it had been over 20 years since I had an eye exam, they suggested I get one. While my exam turned out great (still 20/15), I know know my eye health is good. The staff was amazing (I witnessed some 5 star customer service while I will filling out my paperwork) and they got me in and out quickly. My family of 5 and I have been a patient of 2015 Eye Care for a few years. My daughter's eyes have been red for a few days. I called the office and they got us in the next day, at the last appointment. Turns out she had a Bacterial infection in her eye. Dr. Lewis sent over a Rx to our pharmacy. The prescription was on back order and would not be in for a few days. Not a problem, but my daughter was going on an overnight school trip at 5am the next morning. 2015 Eye Care treats their patients like their friends, so I PMed Dr. Lewis and Dr. Lopp explaining the situation. Dr. Lewis contacted me back and got a new Rx for my daughter right before the pharmacy closed. read more

Fantastic staff experience. Very knowledgable and responsive. During covid there was a delay with one of their vendors in producing some specialized glasses, but they went above and beyond to make it right. The Zeiss lenses are the best lenses I've ever had. Ok let me tell you how amazing my experience was today! From scheduling an appointment to me saying farewell...I wish I could give 10 stars! Janet answered the phone with personality and a smile! She was very friendly and patient! She was very knowledgeable of everything I had questions about. When I got there the same bubbly person greeted me along with others like Gazelle. She was just as friendly and welcoming as Janet. She was patient and helpful with getting me ready to get new contacts. Dr Lopp is the finale! He is funny , knowledgeable but he listens to everything you say so he doesn't miss anything and makes sure you have the best care possible! He (the whole staff) made sure to explain everything in detail but simple enough to where anyone can understand. I used Air optix for stigmatism and I told him they were good but not comfortable all the time and sometime hard to see. He knew right away what I needed and my new brand is perfect! They got me in and out. I love the fact that they work together very well and that they bring so much life to the office. The customer service and team work is what got me! It was excellent! What an absolutely great experience! Dr. Simone Lewis and her team were phenomenal in every way. I arrived and was immediately seen by Dr. Lewis. She was very thorough and explained every step of the exam to me. She made sure I understood every step of the exam. Once my exam was completed, picking out a new pair of glasses was a breeze. They have some of the latest styles in frames and the staff was there at every step to make sure I picked out the perfect pair. The best part was - my new glasses were ready in just 2 days! Dr. Lopp is a fine eye doctor and he served me well in clearing up an infection in my eyes and doing the first exam I'd had done in a long time. And the customer service provided by his office is fine...so long as nothing goes wrong. When it does, expect to get no help at all. The young lady at the front desk told me a number of things. All of which proved to be incorrect. The office manager is nice enough until you don't agree with her. Then she's obstinate and rude. Her idea of customer service is to tell you were lucky not have paid more and that there is no other way but hers. I was charged twice for the same pair of glasses. Someone there made the decision that, not only was I not going to get what I paid for, but that I was not going to be told about it. Next time, I'll go to Lense Crafters or some other such place. I like to support local businesses but I won't be giving any more money to these people. . read more

Everything started off seemingly well. Arrived for my appt, confirmed with the girl at the desk that my insurance covered everything that I was there for(contacts/exam), was informed of my copay($10) and my contacts benefit, proceeded through the exam... This was all a repeat of the conversation I had with them on the phone when I made the appt. I was given a pair of contacts to try on after the eye exam. I've had contacts for almost 30 years. Brand, specs, prescription, etc has all been the same for the last 10 years or more. Go to discuss ordering the contacts and they inform me of an additional $50 "contacts fitting fee". Fitting of what? Me putting my own contacts in after providing you the box that I wanted and you agreed with? Fitting something I've done for almost 30 years? First time they had mentioned such a fee despite my previous inquiries on the phone and at appt check in. This was not covered by my insurance and would be my responsibility. I explained how this was not agreed to nor would I be paying it since they had failed to mention it. This discussion went around and around. The guy I was working with and the original girl at the front desk started discussing it and ignoring my comments to correct the misinformation they were exchanging. Very rude. I exclaimed to them how rude and unprofessional they were acting which received just more rudeness. A business is its employees... Their ultimate solution was to take the fee away from my contacts benefit which I was not going to allow. The Dr. then called me into a room to discuss which was basically to explain this is how it is so deal with it. Funny but my exam a year ago at Sears didn't have this special fee? So I left without getting a prescription or any additional services. They still charged my insurance!!! So beware of the fees here as they apparently don't mind telling you one thing then charging you another regardless of how much you have asked about the fees ahead of time. I went the next day to America's Best where they had zero hidden fees and for an additional $20 I get free exams for 3 years! America's Best was out of network for my insurance but I'd rather spend money with them than have 20/15 EyeCare get any of my money after their deceitful and rude business practices. My son has a very complicated prescription due to an injury to one of his eyes at birth. Dr. Lopp has treated him for 17 years and I wouldn't trust my son's vision to anyone else! 20/15 Eye Care is very professional and provides great customer service. When my son recently ordered prescription sunglasses they went above and beyond what we expected to make sure the glasses were right and were a "good look" for a teenager very concerned with appearances. read more

You get what you pay for - while others may choose to go to cheap chains, 2015 EyeCare has the latest equipment available for eye evaluation and the doctors are up-to-date with the latest procedures. As a middle-aged man, my eyesight is changing and 2015 has repeatably given me an exam and then provides an overview about any changes and/or what to expect in the near future. Twice, I had emergencies and they responded to voicemail quickly and one time allowed me to come in early. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. read more
