My annual eye exam has finally been checked off for the year! I'm glad they called to notify me or I would have forgotten. Honestly, I have never had a problem here, all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was unable to make it to my 10:30 am appointment this morning but called right away and they were able to reschedule at 3pm later that day. They definitely work with you! I have seen Dr. Park twice (last year and the year before that), and then Dr. Patel for the first time today. They are both very knowledgeable and professional! I would recommend both any day. It was enough for my boyfriend to drive down from TN to get an eye exam and new glasses! He was impressed with both the service and the prices. Visionworks also usually has some type of promotion going on but since I don't wear glasses or contacts any more (I had Lasik in 2011), I don't pay much attention to the details. I just know I'm always passing by their place and their sale signs! read more

Only three stars for Dr Fatima I got my eye exam on 3/11/2025 paid the full $400 for contacts and guess what I still don't have then I have been calling weekly now today they told me April 18 they should not would but should be in SMH I have never in my 50 plus years waited this long to be able to see. I went here for an eye exam and the employees and the doctor were super nice! I also went on a Wednesday afternoon so I didn't have to wait that long for my appointment. I did have to wait a little while after I got my eyes dilated because the doctor had another customer. I recommend that you try to come here on a weekday or choose a time where there won't be many people because there seems to be only one doctor and I can see the place getting overbooked if you pick the wrong date. The prices of the glasses and exam were standard, not overly expensive but not cheap either. I paid around $200 for my eye exam and glasses before insurance. read more

Kept saying little smart things and i didn't appreciate it AT ALL and the other girl had a "look" on her face but its early so maybe i understand. Apparently if you schedule a 3:30 appointment on a Saturday for your child, you won't be done when the doctor leaves at 4 so they'll just reschedule you. No matter the accommodations you've made to be here ! No apology , no nothing ! I frequent this location yearly but safe to say I will not be back. This is the 2nd time I had been here and the experience wasn't great. They overbooked all the time, so spare yourself at least 1.5 hours sitting on the bench before you actually see the doctor. All you do is just filled up the form then waiting, waiting, patiently waiting till your turn :)) Staffs won't help much when I started questioning, how long do I have to wait? All she said is the doctor ran behind, no apology- not her problem. Well, I left in the middle of "waiting list" after 1.5 hours browsing instagram, youtube, even coronavirus update news and whatsoever even though I had an appointment on that day. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else if you have no time to play "patiently patient" games. Staff is friendly, doctors are not very private so people in the waiting room hear every single word of another patients diagnosis. Had a an appointment at 2:45pm, its an hour later and my phone battery is almost dead from waiting on someone to CHANGE MY CONTACTS BRAND, thats right. Very happy with my experience today. I was immediately greeted by the front desk and given my paperwork to fill out. I then did my pre-test and my regular exam all within 30 minutes. Lucky for me they had my contact lenses prescription in stock for my trial pair so I got to walk out with a pair & ordered the rest to be delivered. read more

Dr. Thomas is a superb eye doctor! If it hadn't been for his diligence and thoroughness, I may not have my eyesight today! All because he took the time to look deeper, his exam showed that I had diabetic retinopathy. And instead of over looking a serious issue and just selling me some glasses, he gave me a referral to see a retina specialist, who confirmed his findings. The specialist told me i could have gone blind. He also told me to take my medications and see my primary immediately. By following his advice, I found out 2 days later that I was in End Stage Renal Disease. I was in danger of dropping dead, and I had no clue! If it had not been for him, I would have never known! A HORRIBLY LONG, DRAWN OUT EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE UNORGANIZED. AN UNFORTUNATE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I've had bad experiences, but never have I felt the need to write a bad review. I would raste zero or half of a star if it were possible. I came here because my old prescription had expired and I was conveniently walking by. Everyone was polite enough and there was no wait. However, I was disappointed when I was prescribed same lens strength for both my eyes, for which I have been using different strengths for some time now. During my follow up, the optometrist -who was different from the one who did my initial exam- was reluctant to increase the power for my left eye, even though I said my vision was completely blurry out of my left eye! I could make out the letters he's asked me to read but they were blurred and unfocused. On the day of my initial exam they did not have enough contacts for me to use as trials. I was suppose to receive five pairs of daily disposables, however they only had one pair, which I wore out of the store. The optician repeatedly tried to get me to order contacts in advance, but I told her I would wait until my follow up exam to order. They told me to come back in three days because they needed to order the remaining trial pairs. When I returned they had not ordered them and said they would call in three days. More than three days past so I called them.They still didn't have my trials ready. They did eventually call me but only to ask if I had received my trial contacts, which of course I had not because they were suppose to inform me when they were ready. The lady that I spoke to overr the phone was confused and saying she was following up on a note she found in my profile and that she'd call me back...in three days. Never got that call. After that the phone line was always busy when ever I called. At that point I was frustrated because I was going out of town soon and I was getting no where with them. So, I happened upon another branch that was closer to my house while I was out shopping. I went in to see if they could be of help. After telling them my situation, the optician there said, "oh, well I thought they had closed down by now, they are moving locations that's probably why they aren't answering your call...." -.- But just to be sure she gave them a couple calls and she too got the busy signal... The general manager had to call on her personal cell phone to the manager at the other store. At that point I asked if I could move my info to their location and complete my follow up with them. They obliged and told me to come in the next day as it was time to close up the store. I came in and waited for most of the day while they obtained my info from the other store. There were two individuals working on my profile, however they seemed to be very handicapped in doing anything themselves without constantly needing to ask the manager for help. Apparently they were only faxed part of my file. After a phone call it was revealed that the previous store branch was refusing to release my complete profile because I had not yet done a follow up exam with them, and, oh yeah, that my trials were now ready and it would be easier for everyone if I just came back to the store :-[. I didn't see why they couldn't switch me to a closer branch, but I was ready to get the whole experience over with. So back to other store I went the next day to retrieve my trial pairs. AND WOULD YOU BELIEVE, THEY COULDN'T FIND MY FILE OR THE SO CALLED TRIAL PAIRS?! And when they eventual located them, the associate wanted to insist I wear a pair so that they would know I knew how to put my contacts in! Hello, I wore a pair out the first time I was here, I know how to wear contacts. So, what did they offer in consolation to all the fun run around they put me through? An extra five pair box of daily contacts. Okay, well my extra box seemed light compared to my other one, so, I opened it. And the box was practically empty. There was only a singular contact lens inside, as in one, for one single eye. I didn't take the box, after all, I have two eyes, so I would need at least a pair. AND OF COURSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANOTHER BOX AVAILABLE. I assume they probably would need to order them and it would take another three days....and I had a trip to go on the next day. I wore my box of contacts on my trip and as I said before, they blurred in one eye a lot. When I got back in town I went to the follow-up I mentioned earlier. The general manager was there and even she was going all over looking for my file. The optometrist was explaining away my blurred vision due to faulty contacts since the blurring was pronounced more on some days than others. At that point I grew very tired of the whole situation. On my way out, they of course tried to get me to place an order for contacts, which I didn't. But I did insist they honor the fact that they would said they would give me a free box of contacts. Terrible experience! Wait time was over 2 hours. Made an appointment and arrived over a hourly early for paperwork and then looked at the frame selection. I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes past my appointment time while 5 other people got their exam. I asked the 5 other people if they had an appointment and they told me, "No, they were walk-ins". When I ask the manager why the wait she said, "the other 5 people had appointments". I then told her I had already ask the other 5 people and they told me they were "walk-ins" I ask the manager why make appointments and not honor them?
