Today was the last visit...they ruined a 1200$ Loro Piana cashmere winter coat of mine I need for a business trip to Boston this week. It reeks like a urinal cake now! When she put it in my car, she didn't even hang it on the hanger hook and it fell onto the floorboards--she just shut the car door and asked for my payment. In our very next pickup, we received a men's shirt that didn't belong to us, so I took it right back to Mitchell's and she didn't even say thank you. About 3 months later, our missing items magically appeared in a pickup and she told us we wouldn't be charged for them since it was their error.
