When concerns were reported, there was little effort made to resolve the issues in a timely or satisfactory manner. To make matters worse, I was required to pay additional quarterly fees because my residence is located on a dirt road, despite the fact that service was being provided and the trucks were already traveling down the road. On many occasions, drivers would reach the end of the road, back up, and leave without any apparent difficulty, making the additional charges difficult to justify. As a paying customer, I expect dependable service, accountability, and basic customer support. Instead, I have experienced missed collections, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism. The overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend Texas Disposal Systems based on my experience and would encourage potential customers to carefully consider other options before choosing this company.

When I called to confirm my refund was being processed I was notified of a $55 cancellation fee. I told the representative I was never made aware of this fee at any point from signing up to cancellation. I asked if it was written in their contract, website, anywhere or verbally made aware to the customer at any point in which I was told no it's just their policy. Worst company I've ever worked with and if you use them you should make the switch to one of the many more affordable companies who doesn't cheat people out of money.
