It didn't feel like they were just there to knock out a job and head to the next one. They actually took the time to connect while still getting everything done. You can tell these guys take pride in what they do, and it shows. They didn't cut corners, didn't complain, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really hope their leadership sees this because Lauanie and Duane deserve some serious recognition. They're exactly the kind of people you want representing your company.
