The drop off and pick was great. I made sure to not over fill it and even had room in the back end of it but some how still got a $60 dollar over charge. Not sure why? But I thought I was in weight nothing to out of the ordinary in it. Oh well live and learn. read more

Be careful when you order your service. I requested a 15' and the salesperson offered a 30' at the same price. I thought- what a bargain. The joke was on me as their delivery trucks aren't able to make sharp turns to pull into a driveway in my neighborhood. I got charged $150 for attempted delivery. Although the customer service rep was friendly, they were not willing to take into account the sales reps misguiding. Sometimes- a too good to be true price isn't really good. read more

Worst experance ever with a disposal company . They got lost going to a dumpster for a final pull at a site they had all ready dropped and pulled one 30 yard dumpster. Sent driver out in a rain storm the next day and could not pull the dumpster then charged me 150 bucks trip charge ? A said I went back to check the invoices they over billed me , I go to call the sales rep I can't speak with him anymore ? Wtf ? How about the bait and switch move ? Do NOT use these people. They are brokers for real dumpster companies. They will quote you a reasonable price but in the fine print is a low weight limit so that they can charge your credit card an additional amount after the fact. Very unprofessional in their business ethics. If you need a dumpster, call directly to a company that actually has dumpsters. read more

At this point I have ordered and had a 40 ft dumpster delivered. The ordering process was easy and the representative Alex did a great job answering my questions, educating and making sure my needs were properly covered. I am so pleased with the customer service and delivery that I am writing this review now. ( I do plan on leaving more after pick-up) The delivery was wonderful! The driver (I unfortunately didn't catch his name, but he kindly addressed me by mine!) called before arriving as had been previously discussed. The driver was very professional, precise and kind. His skills maneuvering the truck were spot on! He had quite a task cut out for him and he handled it like a champ. I am more than happy with the services I have received so far from budget dumpster! HORRIBLE SERVICE. Don't waste your time and money on this company. The dumpster was delivered way past time expected my workers had to work double in this heat because of the dumpster being delivered late. After calling to remove it they tell you 1 to 4 days no specific time. That means you can't tell the homeowners when their picking it up and budget does not call ahead of time. Budget tells you if there is anything in the way and they can't remove it you get charged but they don't call and let you know their on the way. Budget leaves the dumpster so long after calling to pick it up sometimes it happens where neighbors throw products that don't belong in dumpster and you get charged for it but there want to leave it there so long after you call it in. After all this that I explained to management they said I was over on weight, there is no way I was over I got a 30 yard it was about halfway full not close to 6,000 pounds. Management said since you had a very bad experience we will not charge you the overage cost. Well I was charged the overage. Don't use or trust this company.​ read more

Terrible customer service experience. The CS rep is certainly in the wrong field. I expected morning delivery. I rented a 10 yard dumpster. It arrived at 9:00pm and I received a 30 yard dumpster. My neighbors were not thrilled with either situation. I called and the CS Rep was extremely short-tempered. She wouldn't call me back with an update from dispatch. I lost an entire day of using the dumpster with a 9:00pm delivery. While they offered to extend my rental, I couldn't do that. Very disappointed! horrible service, i was charged for two dumpsterd over $1,400 and never got service from them, our first dumpster was delivered 2 days late, we scheduled a pickup for the next day and a redeliver of the same dumpster for a second load. we were charged for a second dumpster and noone ever showed to pick up original dumpster. we now have a full dumpster going on a week and when you call you get bad customer service from someone who says there the owner. dont use this company ther a bunch of con artist, stay away. read more

This dumpster was more than I could ever have hoped for! It was rectangle just like the pictures showed! It didn't fall apart! It was a pleasant shade of green. I know the pictures show different colors, so perhaps you could request a specific color (I am sure they will love that request). It was made of some sort of metal so it was super strong and I didn't have to work about nails or sticks poking holes through it. I really can't thing of an complaints. The only thing they could change is to perhaps put a fold out slide on it so when your done hauling all kinds of refuse out to it, you can take a break and slide down a few times. Seriously, these guys delivered on time! Provided exactly what was requested. Billed exactly what was agreed upon. Gave me a few extra days because I was doing work at night after my "real" job was done. In fact, when I bring the subcontractors in, I am ordering another (a bit smaller this time) from them and no one else! read more

Great customer device , easy to communicate with and the cheapest price for dumpsters I could find locally. I've ordered both the 30 yd and 40yd dumpsters.... Googled roll-off dumpsters and Budget was 33% cheaper than the next competitors. Called and Dan immediately answered, and fast-sales-talked (that's a good thing) through the disclaimers. He said the roll-off would be delivered two business days hence, and it was. It was put exactly where I'd asked. I filled it and called for a pickup and they picked it up on the day they said they would. These guys did everything they were supposed to and professionally and on time. Five stars. Do not get service from these folks. They brought the dumpster to the wrong house. They came out the next day and brought a smaller can than we ordered. My guys began to load it and the driver showed up with a different dumpster. The driver made my guys unload the dumpster they brought. I have had the dumpster for 2 days and it will take them 5 days to get someone else to come pick it up. Meanwhile the neighborhood is taking the opportunity to dump whatever they can while we wait. They delivered very fast and at a very low initial price. I understand there may be more charges based on weight and depending on what type of items I have put in the dumpster but so far everything has been great. Update: I did receive more charges for being overweight but not unreasonable at all in comparison to other prices. read more

It is an easy ordering process as all you need to do is call them over the phone, let them know day and where you want your dumpster placed in the driveway. Pick up is just as easy with a phone call. I had been looking for an alternative to our normal waste collection service and budgetdumpster is the cheapest I could find. At this price, why waste your time with those bags in Home Depot.
