These guys over charged me from beginning 750+ for a 20 yard! Last minute whatever.. brought dumpster out backed into a corner on my property so I only could get to the front of the dumpster, ok whatever. Then they call after trying to pick up and saying they can't pick it up because it's "front heavy. It's literally bags of trash and the only way I could load the dumpster. Now they're going to charge me additional as well on top of the $750+ insane price!! So now I just got a phone call they dumped all the trash back out of the dumpster on to the property. I have used bin there, dump that twice in the last two months, and their service is excellent. They are easy to schedule and very helpful. So things started out okay at best. The dumpster was delivered the next day after they said they had one available same day, but whatever I understand it is what it is. Then it filled so I asked for another one. Was told it would try to be delivered same day but if not it would be the next day. I called 10am next day to see what was going on. Lady named Adella runs the same card through and it goes through fine. She claims to have called me about it after I requested the swap stating my card was declined. I never had a missed call or voicemail from them, and after I got off the phone, I even called my credit card company and they stated no attempted transactions were placed nor were any declined. Looks to me like someone didn't do their job and was making excuses or perhaps they charged someone else's card and called someone else's phone number. Either way both things aren't good. So here we are, debris piling up and having to put the home improvement job on hold for now until they come with a swap. Next time I'll go with a more reputable company, and I'd advise you to do the same. Should anything change I'll update this review but I would not recommend. Update: I got a call from the owner, Nina?, she claims she made a call too! That's two phone calls that I don't have in my call log and no voicemails either. Instead of apologizing or trying to make it right she wants to argue with me on it. Poor customer service, go elsewhere! read more

Very disappointed. Have gotten dumpsters from here before and needed one today and scheduled it for 6:30am. Got the confirmation on Thursday but not the DocuSign document, so I emailed because we needed the dumpster early Friday because we had to go to the airport at 8:50 am and I wanted to make sure everything was in order before today. Was told to check my spam mail but still no document. I kept checking through the night and nothing. I never received the first DocuSign that was supposedly sent. Was also told that she had emailed me from home as a "courtesy." Hmm, if I knew a customer didn't get the contract and had a 6:30am delivery, I wouldn't go to sleep till I helped the customer because that's just good customer service and good work ethic. Finally, they resent the DocuSign after 7am but by then we were already up and had been waiting an hour for the dumpster. The only DocuSign documents I received were the ones resent this morning after I spoke with them on the phone. I never got the first one, so I question if that was even sent. And they couldn't send a dumpster without the signed document and had no idea when the dumpster would arrive. Very disappointing because if you know you have a customer scheduled early in the morning then make sure all the documents have been signed and payment is received before leaving work. That's just good work habits. Make sure documents are signed, payment received and customer happy. Or call them up and say "Hey, I sent the document and even though you got confirmation, we can't send the dumpster until you sign that document." If I couldn't get it through email, I would have gladly gone down and paid and signed anything I needed to sign but was told multiple times " they don't operate that way." Will not be using this business again. I understand they can't send a dumpster without a signed document but also it's the COMPANY'S responsibility to make sure the customer ACTUALLY gets the required document. As I wrote before, I NEVER received the first document she said she sent yesterday. I don't believe the first document was ever sent because it wasn't until we spoke on the phone and she said she was sending it that I FINALLY got it. We have been in the construction business for 40 years and we were just charged $20.00 from these people for a bag of trash in the $600 dumpster we placed on our job site. I worked as a high-end remodeling contractor in San Antonio and surrounding areas from 2014-2021. Of a number of dumpster services we used over the years, none delivered consistent service like Bin There Dump That. Neena and her team became our first call for job debris removal. Her office knew us and handled our calls and requests smoothly, and I could almost see their smiles over the phone. Her delivery and pick-up team was always prompt, communicative, and conscientious on our job sites. They put boards down to not mess up homeowners driveways, and they picked up around the dumpster once it was up. Another bonus is, their delivery system allowed for a single car space sized dumpster ranging from 10, 14, to 20yd - same footprint, different heights. The delivery trucks are relatively small and very maneuverable. They keep their equipment in excellent shape, and they deliver the goods with an excellent attitude. Quit looking for a better deal; you are talking to real people who drive 281 to get to the office/job like the rest of us. You are supporting happy employees with local families. (&as far as dumpster pricing goes, they ARE competitive). Call them now! Oh, yeah! The negative; they won't deliver 4 hours away, to where I am moving. Go figure! read more

I have used their service a few times. They have always had good customer service and the dumpsters are clean looking and not all beat-up. Price wise they are competitive. They use dumpsters that are often shorter than other providers so they are very useful in small spaces. The drivers have been good as well and seemed to be skilled in tight areas, which was very helpful to me. The only issue I have had is this last time of use (July 2020) they gave me a pick-up time of 8 to Noon so I scheduled some work at 1 pm that required the dumpster to be moved and of course they did not meet their pickup window. They came at 2 pm, causing me to have to reschedule the work which led to a financial penalty for having to reschedule. read more

Found myself in a pickle and needed a dumpster ASAP. After calling 3 companies who could not deliver a dumpster for 3 or 4 days, I came across Bin There Dump That. I originally spoke to Annette who was beyond knowledgeable and very helpful. A contract was emailed over shortly and I called back with a few more questions. Annette was busy so I spoke to Tara this time. Equally as helpful and knowledgeable was she and I got set up. They were able to deliver the next day. NEXT DAY! I forgot the names of the drivers who delivered and removed the dumpster but they were spot on with placing it and removing it. Like they were never there, clean as a button.
