We had already tried to troubleshoot and find replacement faucet parts ourselves with no luck, but Matthew immediately pinpointed the problem and knew exactly what was needed. He even checked the availability of the parts before starting to make sure the job could be completed that same day. He was efficient, polite, and great at communicating throughout the process. He arrived when he said he would, did excellent quality work, and even guaranteed both the labor and parts for a year, all at a very reasonable price. We couldn't be happier with how smooth and easy the whole experience was. Highly recommend this company!

I said, no, I can send you a screenshot- you very clearly said labor and materials. He then said it was actually going to cost more because he just realized how far I lived. Mind you, he has had my address since agreeing to the work a week ago. Save yourself the frustration and find someone else.

Not only that,…read morebut he was honest with me about what he felt was possible based on the project I was trying to complete, and was interested in delivering quality service -- I needed to repair and potentially replace an attic ladder. The ladder had broken along with some of the trim and drywall. Francisco repaired everything in the timeframe he told me, and roughly stayed within the budget he estimated. He did all of this while also being super friendly and straightforward. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Work was done and completed really well. The only thing I did not like was the mess they left behind, bottles, paint chips, nails on the grass, and wood. I would still call him again for another service and talk to him about this. That is another thing, great communication and easy to talk to!

I don't know many with that kind of thoughtfulness in their heart! He was literally our Thanksgiving miracle and we are ever so grateful for his IMMEDIATE response and fast actions! due to his willingness to come out late at night when he was home with his family the night before thanksgiving we did not lose ANY of our food!! Dean of D&D Window Cleaning came by and gave us an estimate to clean our windows inside and out…read more We just had our stucco reapplied a few weeks ago and the hard water stains from the power washer made our windows unbearable. We are getting too old to do them and we have many very large windows. He gave us a quote of $225 cash which seemed like a great price. He arrived at 9:30 and finished about 1. He washed all the windows and screens inside and out (with the exception of the inside of our bedroom). They haven't been this clean in years, maybe as long as we've lived here. We've always done them ourselves and we're obviously not as skilled at Dean. I'm so happy with them I'll need to schedule him more frequently. I highly recomend them and hope you will check him out. Thanks for a great job!!

He helped me to pick up several pieces of the furniture from the store & deliver to my home. His price is reasonable. He is puncture and always keep me informed of details of the project. He also helped me with some electrical work, re-organized my garages, other miscellaneous work and pet sitting my 3 very active dogs (Vizslas) and cats when we are out of town. Kolby is still in college but he also loves to work; to help him to pay for his college; I find him very impressive that way of being self-reliant, independent & enthusiastic to work. We just moved here from Seattle area and my next door good neighbor highly recommended Kolby to me. I have asked his help few times now and each experience is consistently more impressed with his work ethics & professionalism. I was blown away by how polite, well-mannered and hard working he is; last but not least, he is articulate; very flexible and accommodating. i thought it is the right thing to share my my very good work experiences I had with Kolby & I highly recommend him to anyone living in San Antonio. Thanks all!!!

I had been inquiring with several different companies on a fence repair…read more The difference between those companies and JJJ was their responsiveness. I appreciated that JJJ answered my call, came to my house to give an estimate, and kept me updated along the way. Once I got the estimate, I was able to get the work started. I will say, I also appreciated that the pricing was reasonable as well. I know lumber has gone up in price and I did account for that, but I wasn't comfortable moving forward with something outside of my price range. The work was done on time and completed quickly! Once they were done, I was sent pictures like I asked! Great workmanship throughout. My fence still needs some work, but JJJ got my house together so it could be beautiful to sell. 10/10 would recommend.
