The service that I received from Comet was excellent, the customer service and quality was excellent. Being retired Air Force retired I was using Young's cleaners on Valley Hi right outside the gate. I needed my suit cleaned and press for church. I decided to go to a cleaner close to home and I am glad that I did. I had three suit cleaned and pressed and it was ready the next day. I get two-three days off a month so that I can come to civilization and get my uniforms cleaned. Before seeing my family I dropped my uniforms off to get cleaned. I handed them to the lady working behind the desk, and she told me they'd be done the following day after 6pm. I've been coming to this cleaner for a long time so I know the drill, and planned to pick them up on my way out of town before starting my six hour drive to my 12 hour shift. I showed up two days later on my way out of town to be told my bay had been found under the overnight box that morning and would be done the following day. I explained to the lady that must be incorrect, and that I had dropped it off two days prior. After a lengthy conversation and back and forth, she was ultimately able to rush my clothes to the warehouse and get it done by 6pm that day. That's why there's more than one star. When I showed up to pick them up, now missing my first shift of the week, and being forced to drive six hours through the night to get to my next shift starting at 6am, I was mind blown to see they charged me full price. I lost sleep and pay over their mistake and they added insult to injury by charging full price. I'm a long time customer, but will unfortunately not be back. I don't do business like this. Mistakes happen, everyone knows that. And based off the ratings this company has, I'd wager this type of thing happens very rarely and is not the common experience. I would be willing to continue being a customer had they properly handled the follow up. I'd come back despite the lost pay, the lost sleep, and the total dismantling of my schedule but instead I paid full price for a service and will try to find another service provider. Like I said, I doubt this has happened to any other customers, but if I'm not the only one then this should be brought to light. read more

I've been using them for sometime now for pressing of my jeans and button ups. Here the past three months I have had to resend jeans back 2-3 times due to the center creases being done in a offset manner every-time causing multiple creases in my pant legs and shifting on the crease when I wear them. Karen was the only one working on a Saturday and seemed overwhelmed. She couldn't figure out how to use the Yelp coupon so she said she would just give me their standard military discount. I asked how much it was and she said she didn't know. I asked how much my four panels of drapes would cost and she said she would have to call me back. After a phone call in which she still didn't know about the price or my discount, it was too late to pick up my goods. She said she'd have the manager call me on Monday. I finally received a callback from Linda, the manager who explained that the yelp coupon doesn't apply to drapes but she would honor it because of the confusion.
