I've had good experiences here. In most cases the staff is…read morevery friendly helpful. To date I have had shirts cleaned here hundreds of times. On occasion a shirt gets misplaced or separated. When something is wrong with the order, the staff does not offer much consolation. After finding the garment I finally hear an explanation of responsibility. I would like a little more credibility when there is a discrepancy in the order. They have a very good system that minimizes loss and error. Simply letting me know they'll look into it would be adequate. Every garment has eventually made it home. I never question taking my business here, I've had better experiences here than anywhere else.

I did not know that you can NOT clean your leather boots with a lightly wet towel! I was so upset…read morewhen I saw some discoloration and thought they were ruined. I immediately went back to Freebird, where I purchased them, and they attempted to fix them , but failed. The employee suggested Texas Shoe Repair, so off I went. When I arrived, they had a steady flow of customers.... a good sign. The employee said he would look at it and see what he could do, gave me an estimate, and noted when it would be ready for pick up. I was happy and relieved when I picked them up, they look like brand new! He said there was no need to add color, he simply used a cream pictured below in neutral. It did wonders. He also stated not to use a brush, but that this cream would be able to clean up the shoe when dirty. Great friendly service and very reasonable prices! Highly recommend.

The leather is completely torn up on the top and the foot bed of the shoe. The man told me it was residual from stretching and would wipe off but no the leather is literally bubbling and peeling. He knew they were ruined and just tried to gaslight me with no apology or remedy. Would be careful what you take here as I'm out $1200
