The owner sold his business however the service was not the same mind you I lived 5 blocks from Save Cleaners on Quintana Rd so I decided to give them a try which worked out great for a while however the quality started to deteriorate & decided to take my business to Five Star Cleaners on Culebra Rd. with Jeannie as suggested by one of my sons on Culebra with Jeannie my sons. I've been going there for about 4 years now. I retired & moved to Devine. TX August of 2002 & tried the local cleaners to no avail. Needless to say I decided the only solution was taking my clothes back to Five Star Cleaners about 41 miles away, appearance is paramount in my previous employment & even now that I'm retired I still strongly believe appearance is something that cannot be compromised so I gladly continue to drive to their location because of the service. My sincere thanks to Jeannie & her entire team for their quality & very pleasant demeanor. I do not feel bad traveling that far to get the quality of service they continuously provide. Dropped off on a Thursday. Was ready on Friday. Went to pick up and when they scanned my ticket, the computer froze. After a while, I decided to come back for them the next day. I showed up the next day and when they scannned the ticket, it looked like it was still frozen on the same computer. They asked me if I had cash and I did not after about 20 minutes, I asked if there's anything else that could be done because I didn't want to have to leave and come back again. They eventually scanned my ticket a different way. I don't understand why they didn't do so in the first place so I didn't have to go out of my way the next day The staff members were very apologetic and very friendly. My pants came out just as I expected. Parking is available on site and some are designated for the business, but the majority is shared with the other businesses.
