Needed a wedding guest gown altered and my coworker recommended this, they were responsive to schedule an appt, and I booked a 10 am appt, my dress took about 1 hour to get done, but also I had to try it on a couple times because it had to be adjusted on different areas which I understood. As I waited for mine, they had a pretty good number of people showing up every 30 mins, but everyone seemed patient and understanding. The owner is incredibly efficient, professional, and clearly experienced. I actually started using her services years ago...before she was at this location and every experience has been consistently excellent. What I love most is the convenience. You make an appointment, show her what needs to be done, and walk out with your item already tailored! No need to drop it off and come back days later. Of course, for more complex jobs it might be a different scenario but she's always upfront and gets it done faster than most. It's rare to find someone this skilled, reliable and reasonably priced. Had an appointment at 2:30.. I showed up and waited 1 hour and still had yet to be seen. Someone walked in and they fixed whatever issue they had just foregoing the people sitting waiting... I asked another person in the waiting area and she said she had been there the day prior and waited four hours and did not get seen so had to come back the next day and she was right after me. After waiting an hour I asked how long it would take it was now 3:40 and they said there was one person in front of me..? Good stuff first: This was my 4th or 5th visit and I was a repeat customer for a reason. The service was excellent and the results of my alterations were perfect. I understand the waiting period because I feel the results are worth the wait. However, I do believe I was way overcharged on my last visit. In the past, I've paid from $50-$60 for about 4 pieces of clothing each time, which I thought was reasonable. This last visit, I was charged $70 for only 2 pieces of clothing: one pair of work slacks that needed 3 inches hemmed and 1 casual summer dress that needed the same. On top of that, they didn't take Zelle, cash only. (I was able to pay through Zelle on my prior visits.) When I questioned why cash only, the person assisting me pointed to a sign that said "Pay here" with a picture of money. Also, the Zelle scan code was still posted on the door. The person told me to leave my clothes & get cash out next door at the convenience store which had an ATM. I complied and got cash out which the ATM charged me $3.85 fee. When I returned, I asked why the price was so high for only 2 items. The person explained that because the dress had 2 layers, which didn't make any sense to me. read more

I finally asked when we were next since they started helping someone else & they forgot about us for almost an hour. They then proceeded to offer to reschedule for 2 days from then. They forgot what we made the appointment for. They are not organized; I do not recommend. You are better off going somewhere else. Horrible service. read more

My daughter's dress pants needed the waist altered. With her petite frame, it's hard finding her dress pants. I bought her xsmall and they were still big on the waist and looked baggy in the crotch area. Tere's alterations did a fantastic job and only took about 15 mins on the spot.
