I went here for a mani-pedi outing with my mother and had a very spotty gel job which became evident the moment I stepped into the sunlight. I call asking if they can fix it, then once I get to the store, the owner shames me in front of the other customers, saying "you must have ADD to have these problems. I have 2 children and don't need to deal with a third, so never come back". I received a $25 refund even though we gave a $25 tip... and was humiliated in front of the store after having already asked ahead of time if they would fix it. When I do my own nails, they're never as splotchy as this. 1. Do your job. 2. Don't lie to someone about fixing things just to get the chance to humiliate them. 3. Don't infantilize customers and say they have mental problems since you can't do your job correctly. Absolutely horrible experience all around. The women got frustrated with what I had asked for and although I asked politely they began talking amongst each other in a different language. I set up an appointment to get my acrylics removed and a shellac manicure. They were super gentle and extremely careful with the removal. The shaping and overall manicure has probably been the best manicure I have had and I've been getting my nails done for 10+ years. I've been coming here for years. The quality of the services has gone downhill. The biggest problem here is Billy. He's rude and rough with your service. I had a service done a couple of days ago. Billy was not only rough, but he also was demeaning. He tries to tell you something negative about you that he's working on. I've had a Pedi done before, and he very loudly said I had athletes' feet and needed to take care of it. I did not have athletes' feet. He embarrassed me in front of other customers. I recently had another Pedi, and he said something else negative about my feet and embarrassed me in front of customers. This last service I had he was talking to himself for over 10 mins. He had no earbuds in, and no other worker there was talking to him. Or listening to what he was saying. It was very disturbing. It seemed like he was having some sort of psychotic episode. The way he treated my feet was very rough. When you get a Pedi, you want a relaxing experience, not a rough one. At this point, I'm done. I'm not going to ever go there again. It's sad, really. Billy's wife is very nice and very good at what she does. If only they could get rid of him, it would be fantastic. read more

I do not recommend this salon. The guy at the salon was very rude. A female was doing my gel nails. Only after did I notice an inconsistency in the color. I asked if there was anything that could be done. They explained due to my natural nail bed not being flat that can occur. I understood and said that is was ok. I wasn't upset. The lady who was doing my nails offered doing another coat. The man then said no if she's like that she'll never be happy. I ended up in tears because I felt berated for asking a simple question in front of other customers. Ive had my nails done for many years and have never been treated like that. I would suggest to try a different place. I came in for two services. They almost rushed through the services didn't even let me relax which is the main reason one comes, to relax. I was specifically requesting to to get the tip on my French tip nails thinner and they refused to because they just didn't think it was ok even though I am paying for the service. And the end they left my cuticles super dry and flaky because of the polish remover and alcohol and I had to request to cuticle oil even though it should be a given. My mother and I went to Top nails today for the first time. I called prior and I made an appointment for 2 fills, and 2 pedicures. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WE WAS RECEIVED WAS LESS THAN DEPLORABLE AT BEST! The owner treated us like we could not afford to pay. Understand that we were the ONLY Ethnic Women in the shop, and he treated the Caucasian women like Gold! The owners mother literally did a 1/2 A%$ job on my feet. She only applied the foot scrub to 1 foot. When I questioned her she got mad and started speaking loudly in Vietnamese. I assumed that she didn't understand what I was saying, so when I asked someone who spoke better English to covey my concerns to her she told her son who is the owner that she did both feet. The owner then relays that she did both feet and he believes his mother. I then say, I have no reason to lie. The owner then says she has been doing pedicures for 15 years. My response "DOES THAT MEAN THAT IN 15 YEARS SHE HAS NEVER MADE A MISTAKE?" He then says she can fix it. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT I DID NOT YELL, SCREAM CURSE OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT THROUGH OUT THIS WHOLE ORDEAL. Moving on, the wax is included in the price of the pedicure, however she was not going to do it until I asked her about it. In the end, when it came time to pay the bill, I paid $200.00;with my debit card. I had a $10.00 bill in my hand for a tip and the mother LITTERALLY SNATCHED THE MONEY OUT OF MY HAND, NEVER SAID THANK YOU AND WAS ACTING LIKE I DID SOMETHING TO HER! THEY ARE RACISTS, AND THEIR SERVICE IS SHAMEFUL! MY MONEY SPENDS WELL EVERYWHERE, BUT I WILL NEVER SPEND IT THERE AGAIN! read more

Worst service I have ever received from a nail salon. I arrived with my bridal party after making appts two weeks in advance. The first time I called to confirm the appt I was told I wasn't even in the books. The manager complained about how hard my existing nail polish was to take off. Then he complained about the colors we chose and kept trying to change them completely. He actually left for a smoke break because we were "stressing him out". I typically do not write reviews but today a review is necessary!! I went in to this place for the first time to get a pedicure... Like any other Nail salon, I was instructed to pick a color... Once seated I put the color on the tray of the seat... Prior to my pedicure, I noticed that the gentleman (who I assume is he owner) seemed to be very irritated with the women working there... I ignored it because It was none of my business... Minutes into my pedicure the gentleman (assumed owner) that was doing my pedicure asked me for the remote control to push my seat back... In the process of me reaching for the remote I accidentally knock the polish off of the tray... And the polish broke and splashed on the small refrigerator... The guy then jumped up (very angry and frustrated) and yelled "Oh My Goodness"... I apologized and he took responsibility for not asking for my color before starting... Because of his initial response I felt a need to pay for what he had done to my feet to that point and leave... He got angry again and said that it was my fault. I know that no place is perfect but this guy was very unprofessional, aggressive and rude... I would not even feel comfortable with saying that he was having a bad day...
