They did such a horrible job and overcharge my credit card after telling me one price

This place did such a horrible horrible job then Told my daughter her nails would cost 55.00 then charged her 61 I had to call the cops.. I will never ever go here again

My daughter went there for her 16th birthday; the nails look sub-par. Then she accidentally hit them while taking them out from the dryer and asked to please get them touched up. The lady wouldn't budge and didn't do anything to make her birthday feel special. My daughter used $50 of her Bday money, thinking she was going to get pampered and quality work....what a let down.

Went to Studio Nails for my bestie's birthday, since her first choice was booked for a few hours. A co-worker had recommended Studio Nails for gel, since I'm a newbie and didn't know what it was. We got mani-pedis, mine gel, hers not. And I upgraded my pedi to deluxe. They are so affordable! My toes I didn't fuss over the color since I'm the only one who sees them, but my fingers are another story. I showed Luis a picture off Pinterest and he delivered a pretty darn good approximation. There are a few flaws, but that can be chalked up to my inexperience and reluctance to speak up.

Guys i had a horrible experience the grow out you see is not from nail. They didnt go down all the way with the acrylic....the person who also did my nails didnt know what they were doing and they had to redo tue polish....i took my daughter and she asked like 10 times for a raindeer design and they only did it after she started crying...at check out they forgot to give me my card so i had to load up my kids and got back to get it and they are very oved priced. And the top of my nails to the light are see through. Only went there cause my normal place was closed. I would not recommand going there. And the acrylic is way to thick.

Halloween nails I got at Studio Nails

This is the nail salon I always go to, and I really like the outcome of my nails. The only thing is that they don't seem too careful with the drill and they aren't super talkative or friendly. Also they tend to raise the price a lot and it's quite a bit.

Brown "French manicure" a day later
    Erin G.

I came here to treat myself and got a simple French manicure. While in the salon, it went fairly normal. I was happy with my nails when I left. However, the next day my white nails turned a gross yellow brown. My nails look dirty. Google tells me it's from low quality gel polish. I spent a decent amount of money to get a manicure and now a day later I have to remove the polish or look like I'm dirty. I am extremely disappointed and won't be returning.

And the missing chunk of skin

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. I think they got new management. It's super unsanitary. I went to get a full set done coffin shaped and walked out with a chunk of my finger missing and some wonky 2002 nails. I'll attach pictures of what I wanted versus what I got. 96 dollars to be blamed for them taking a chunk out of my finger and some ratchet ass nails.

The thumb is the nail they fixed compared to my set I already had. Shape is different and filed horribly

Place is friendly and looks clean but the work is not great. In town from Sacramento broke a nail. It was very convenient they were open Christmas eve I walked in and it took about 10 min to go back and 40 min to fix 1 nail it was super slow. They kept talking about how good my nails were and amongst each other about everything. I knew color powder wouldn't be spot on because my lady makes her own off white. They only charged 5$ but I see why. Definitely wouldn't go back when in town again.

I've come here for years, it wasn't my first time. I signed in on the new computers for a gel…read moreremoval and a classic pedicure, received my ticket. I was quickly seated for a pedi and given hot water and my drink. No one told me I wasn't even close to be next. I waited 30 min. They finally got to my pedi, and she DID understand what I wanted length/ cut/ file wise. Which was nice, but they left them chunky (fixed it) then left the gel sticky (fixed it) then left my pinky toe sticky/ chunky and not shiney. But at that point o didn't have time. I could have gotten my polish removed first in those 30 min I waited. So, after my gel removal, I kindly told the cashier I was unhappy. But also didn't have the time to fix it anymore. By this point it was 1.5 hours later. I ultimately didn't have that much time to spend there. But had to finish. Was given 10% off my next service. How about a free polish change if I wanted to come back later or another day in the near future. That's really all I needed to be satisfied.

DO NOT GO TO #ADORANAILS in SILVERDALE…read more I am in tears right now and feel so stupid. I will be fighting these charges with my bank. My nails look HIDEOUS. I was lied to by the #Adoranails. I got my nails done last week in a metallic color. It was beautiful, but the edges did not seal correctly. I asked if it could be repaired. They said it could. I was surprised they got me in so fast. Then they seemed to be deliberately misunderstanding me. I said "Repair them! Just fix the tips." They did a complete redo, an unnecessary fill (#scam) and painted my nails black. I said it was the wrong color. The tech cut the sponge and said she fixed it. Well, not only is this color wrong, it is very ugly in most lights. It does not match the color on my toes. Then, she pulls out a ticket and charges FIFTY DOLLARS. I was shocked, but thought, well, at least it's the same color. Then, I saw it in sunlight. Very ugly! I will not pay this. I will not be back to Adora--Ever. If a customer does not ask for a service DO NOT JUST START DOING IT. Listen to what your customer wants. Do not lie or scam.

100% would recommend the Sugaring Service to anyone interested, especially if its from Amanda!…read more Absolutely my go to, amazing personality and honestly probably ruined other sugaring salons/spas for me (tried other places when I was temporarily out of state). During the winter I just do a Brazilian Sugar but oh boy I cannot wait till spring/summer so I can incorporate the Full Leg Sugar again, Amanda does such a good job that I literally WANT to spend my money here. As for availability, pertaining to sugar waxes, definitely try timing it. I don't know if Amanda is just that popular/well booked but I have yet to be able to schedule an on the spot appointment for last minute planning (not that I need to much since hair needs time to grow anyways). As for the Salon, brought my grandmother with me on a wax appointment and she really wanted and needed a haircut so they took her in on the spot, which was awesome! She loved it and her hair looked well revitalized. She still talks about the experience!

In preparation for my vacation I booked a perm at Seaport Salon, The stylist did a great job…read morewrapping the perm, was timely etc, she suggested the rods to use to give me a curl perm~unfortunately I rated them before I realized the perm was going to disappear a little bit after every washing, I did not realize I needed to call them within 48 hours if I had a problem with the perm, kind of hard to do that when i was told not to wash my hair for a couple days, oops the 48 hours would be up, I lost my $185 + tip and I have nothing to show for it. Beware if you go there, read the waiver they have you sign also, appears they have themsselves covered and have to do NOTHING for you to fix the problem.
