I spent weeks growing my nails. Went there for the first time to get them painted for a wedding and asked her to shape them evenly, but she cut all my nails off and left the nails on the left hand slightly longer, but still so short. Do not go to this nail salon. I needed to have an acrylic set removed so I showed up at the salon at 6pm - they close at 7pm. When I walked in, the two women working had their coats on and were turning the lights off to leave early. I assumed that I had read their hours incorrectly so I apologized and started to leave when one of the women told me to sit down, and that they were leaving early because business had been slow that evening. The woman sat down with her coat still on and immediately - without soaking - began to attempt to pry the acrylics off of my nails with a cuticle pusher. I told her that it was hurting, so she grabbed an electric file and started buffing the acrylic off instead. I was still having discomfort so asked her if she could let me soak my nails before removing the tips and she agreed. After less than one minute of soaking my nails she took her cuticle pusher and finished peeling the acrylic off of my nails. She couldn't get it off completely so she finished with her electric file and ended up filing one of my natural nails down to the skin beneath the nail. I should have spoken up about the severity of my discomfort but I was so completely shocked at the level of this woman's haste and carelessness that I let her continue to do an absolute hack job on my nails. I didn't want to leave a bad review after this incident as I chalked it up to the woman being tired and eager to go home to her family. However, it has been 10 weeks since this appointment and my nails are still in the worst shape I've ever seen them in. They are still so thin and brittle that they bend backwards, away from the nail bed if I'm working with my hands for too long. I've resorted to wearing bandaids on my fingers to protect the nails. There's no excuse for this level of carelessness. If this review can save one person from having their nails absolutely wrecked by this salon, then it has done its job. read more

I love this place! The ladies here put extra effort into making your nails beautiful and making sure you're comfortable and pampered the whole time. Tammy, the owner is so sweet, and she makes everyone feel like family. I won't go anywhere else for my nails or brows. I went in for a fill because my regular salon is in Seattle and I just moved and needed a new spot to get my nails done at! I came here because I was recommended by a girlfriend who comes here too! The actually nail job, she did a good job. The downside for me is that she didn't use a base coat before painting the nail lacquer on which is why I docked one star. Nail color selection isn't a lot so if you have a preferred color you like, bring your own unless you don't really mind! Prices are great compared to other salons. I called on a Sunday morning to make an appointment for 1:00pm for a full set. I arrived at 12:50pm and waited there until 2:05pm. There were only two ladies working and there were two clients being worked and one client waiting as well. That being said, do not expect to be in an out of here quickly. I ended up staying because I already had waited so long. I really think that they either should stop taking appointments or they should do a better job of honoring their appointments. When it was finally my turn, my nail tech did a great job. She took her time, was detailed, and my acrylic french tips w/ a gel finish came out looking pristine. I've had them for more than a week now and they're still in great condition. Overall, my nails came out looking great and they definitely did a better job than a lot of other nail salons that I've been to. If it wasn't for their below average service and long wait time, they would have definitely received a higher rating. read more

I used to love this place. But. I recently got a toe nail fungus and I'm struggling to cure it. The owner Tammy is fabulous, but she has family working with her that I don't like. First my original nail tech didn't understand what I wanted so Tammy took over. It's frustrating when you're requesting something and they don't understand you. Then her niece started doing my pedicures. I didn't like how she cut my toenails and then I got a fungus on my toenail. I guess I'll be going somewhere else. Tammy is fabulous if she does your nails but everyone else in there is not up to the same quality and standards as Tammy. I would not recommend this place be it seems like they care more about making that dollar instead of their clientele. the nail salon were accepting appts. over the phone and making people wait at the same time. Its small its dirty and thry rushed to do my nails but i will say i am very picky when it comes to my nails being done right. Like i dont want the drill used on my naik to long it causes acrylic burn and they did exactly that so to me u can do nail correctly ive had a hard time finding someone to do my nails and do them right!! read more

got my nails done not even a week and a half ago. at first they were fine. however i've already had both my thumbs break. one thumb broke while WASHING MY BABYS BOTTLES. i went and got it fixed. i was unimpressed by the fixing job. the nail wasn't even completely polished. cost me$4 to get a nail fixed. it's been one day and now my other thumb nail has broken. WHILE I WAS SLEEPING. so i'm sure the rest of my nails will all be breaking off soon i don't plan on going back and don't recommend anyone trying them out read more

Was a little hesitant going here as the reviews were not too great and it didn't look like much from the outside... However I got one of the best pedicures ever! My feet were gross - dry, cracked, yuck! Timi gave me an amazingly thorough pedicure and the price was unbelievably cheap. Will most definitely be back. read more

BUYER BEWARE! I went to get a simple manicure back in January this year. It was a busy evening and had to wait about 20 minutes, but that's not the reason for 1 star. The manicurist I had was in a rush and nicked a part of my cuticle with one of those steel sharp clippers. Didn't think nothing of it until about 2 days later when my cuticle area started to hurt. As days went along, area started to turn extremely red and swell. It became so infected that I eventually had to go to E.R. and was diagnosed with severe case of CELLULITIS, which is a painful infection brought on by a filthy cuticle clipper!!!! The infection spread from that injured cuticle to my elbow. I told doc that I got cut at the salon and problem started 2 days later. Had to be put on 10 day course of antibiotics and given pain meds--cellulitis is VERY VERY PAINFUL. NEVER NEVER NEVER will I go to this place again. It took about 4 months to completely heal, and nail is deformed from the swelling!! Staff don't sanitize their instruments. Bring your own supplies, or better yet don't let them trim your cuticles. read more

She asked about nail length, shape etc., verifying she was on the right track with what she was doing. She took the old off and put a new set on. Price was reasonable and took the right amount of time. Will go there again for a pedi. read more
