It is so very unreasonably priced, they automatically post a charge higher than the service you received and they put your first name on it so that anyone who walks in can see it. That is a HIPPA violation! If you must use it, look for "other" and put in what you think the therapist deserves. They claim they are "healthcare professionals" but where else in the healthcare fields do "healthcare professionals" ask for a monetary tip? Reasons why I am forced to go to Massage Envy in Silverdale: The extremely deceptive membership contract and the inability to get out of the contract without losing a significant amount of money. There are no refunds for unused credits! I am stuck until I can use up all my credits. Massage therapists are great though.

Frustrated, disappointed and in desperate need of a massage, the lady at the front desk gave me the number to Kitsap Therapeutic Massage. I walked out of the office humiliated and overwhelmed with stress and in tears. I went back to my car and called the new number knowing I there was no way to schedule a massage before my morning flight. The owner was willing to take me right then and there! She stated to come right over and she would make sure I was taken care of. She was very calming, and reassured me that I had come to the right place. After driving to the office, I walked in and was greeted by a very tranquil environment. The scent was lavender infused, the colors were serene, and the music was soothing; my stress began to immediately melt away. After filling out some medical paperwork, the owner whisked me off to a deep purple room that was purely magical with a heated table, a small changing area, and truly blissful smells and sounds. This was a room I wish I could have in my home back in Monterey. The owner was amazing and gave the most amazing one hour massage which was far more divine than my previous massage I received at the Ritz Carlton Spa. I would highly recommend this place to any one who is in desperate need of relaxation or would just love a fantastic massage. I plan on returning every time I am in the area. After enduring years of…read moreaches and pains, with little relief, I decided to see Jenny Wickersham of Kitsap Therapeutic Massage. She is a Licensed Massage Practitioner and came highly recommended by two of her other patients. My wife came along and asked questions about what could be done at home, what exercises would help, hot vs cold, etc. Jenny used layman language to inform her about the care and feeding of the elderly. Though my chief complaint was about feet issues, she started at my low back and found issues there that effected my lower extremities. Gradually, and with minimal discomfort, muscles were massages back to a much more efficient working order. More mobility, less discomfort, and for a very fair price. When Jenny was about to leave the room, I asked if she could work my wife into a quick session. So glad that she was able to fit her in, and my wife was very grateful after decades of enduring my less than stellar attempts at massaging her back.

My friend and I were walk-ins on September 25 th for pedicures while in the area to attend a wedding - the shop was busy . They welcomed us and told it would be about 20 minutes and guaranteed we would be out by our requested time. We found the staff polite and friendly .The salon is very clean and we both commented that our pedicures were the best we ever had . at the start of each pedicure a small tray is brought out to the chair - all required instruments are removed from a sterile package. more shops should have these standards. I have been to many nail salons and with a lot of them they try to get you in and out as fast as possible And by doing so the Nails don't come out all that nice looking. Then I came to studio nails and spa here I met the nail technician Kyle. I came in for a fill and he noticed that my nails from the previous salon were well let's say he redid them. He took his time even though there was a wait. Three weeks later I showed up for A fill and there was Kyle he waited on me, and again he took his time. Where to begin...my toes got polished...not just the nails, but the toes as well...no concern for that. Don't know why I am surprised, she didn't even shape them. Isn't that a natural part of the pedicure? Then I went to get my manicure and they wanted to pain prior to shaping or cleaning the cuticles. THATS WHEN I DREW THE LINE. I LOVE my nails! Kevin did such an amazing job!! ..I asked for a super artistic/detailed set of acrylics and he was so fast, and they are very well done! Great attention to detail! He makes them nice and flat/thin but strong and takes the time to shape them very meticulously. I just recently moved back to Silverdale and after looking at reviews for a lot of the nail salons around... I decided to go here. The salon is very clean and nice inside. Jimmy was the one who did my nails, he took his time. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did it just as I asked. I got in a pedi chair (which later noticed water leaking from behind making the floor wet, potential hazard!) the older gal did an awesome job massaging and taking her time with my deluxe pedicure. The original younger gal came over saying she had a no show ( probably left seeing the place closed still) so she started on my nail fill at same time. It took an hour, appreciated getting out of there an hour sooner. She did great job shaping my nails exactly how I wanted and was good not to burn me. I left pleased about my fingernails and toes. Got off to bad start but I'd go back given the positive outcome and that's why the 4 star, not for their lack of professionalism or cleanliness. As long as the nail tools are sterilized I can get over the rest.
