I like this place, it's not overpriced and the work is generally pretty good. After going a few…read moretimes I've realized some of the nail technicians are better than others. You can show them a picture of what you want and they try to accomplish something similar or same which I do appreciate. I get gel nails that are typically $35, French Tip gel is more, like in the picture. The staff are all very friendly and polite. Walk in appointments are accommodated for. The one thing I could say needs improvement is that general cleanliness could be a bit better. Otherwise a good place to go in Silverdale!

Her nail always look so perfect so I trusted her advice. Which by the way was on point! We went in for our appointments and were greeted immediately, it was very busy, we were early so we took a seat. Only a few minutes later it was my turn and quickly after my daughter was called to sit. I asked for black, matte, and coffin shape. They did exactly what I asked for and my nails look amazing!! My daughter is also extremely happy with her nails as well. He was able to fix the mistakes the others made and her polish is beautiful. It was a nice little mother-daughter time spent which was nice. They were very careful and precise which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back!

I got my nails done last week in a metallic color. It was beautiful, but the edges did not seal correctly. I asked if it could be repaired. They said it could. I was surprised they got me in so fast. Then they seemed to be deliberately misunderstanding me. I said "Repair them! Just fix the tips." They did a complete redo, an unnecessary fill (#scam) and painted my nails black. I said it was the wrong color. The tech cut the sponge and said she fixed it. Well, not only is this color wrong, it is very ugly in most lights. It does not match the color on my toes. Then, she pulls out a ticket and charges FIFTY DOLLARS. I was shocked, but thought, well, at least it's the same color. Then, I saw it in sunlight. Very ugly! I will not pay this. I will not be back to Adora--Ever. If a customer does not ask for a service DO NOT JUST START DOING IT. Listen to what your customer wants. Do not lie or scam.

The vibe is relaxing. Their prices are reasonable. My nails are mature and went from meh to beautiful. I chose a bright color regular polish and glad I did! A young girl of about ten was getting a mani and pedi as well next to me and they were sweet with her. I tried to upload photos from my phone to my computer to attach- because I thought it would be good to have some "Mature" hands and feet photos- however, I was unable to figure out how to do it! Love yourself. You are worth it.

I call asking if they can fix it, then once I get to the store, the owner shames me in front of the other customers, saying "you must have ADD to have these problems. I have 2 children and don't need to deal with a third, so never come back". I received a $25 refund even though we gave a $25 tip... and was humiliated in front of the store after having already asked ahead of time if they would fix it. When I do my own nails, they're never as splotchy as this. 1. Do your job. 2. Don't lie to someone about fixing things just to get the chance to humiliate them. 3. Don't infantilize customers and say they have mental problems since you can't do your job correctly. Absolutely horrible experience all around. I hope more people believe the 1 star reviews because this place is an absolute nightmare.

As for availability, pertaining to sugar waxes, definitely try timing it. I don't know if Amanda is just that popular/well booked but I have yet to be able to schedule an on the spot appointment for last minute planning (not that I need to much since hair needs time to grow anyways). As for the Salon, brought my grandmother with me on a wax appointment and she really wanted and needed a haircut so they took her in on the spot, which was awesome! She loved it and her hair looked well revitalized. She still talks about the experience!
