Quality: who cares when the technician stops in the middle of the appointment and discontinues service until you pay for a $10 drink. How petty can you be? This isn't a 5 star establishment if they nickle and dime you in the middle of the appointment. Then complete your appointment 45min early! Now you made the client feel like a burden and rushed. And the client still tipped $5! What piss poor service! That appointment cost my kids $80 out of their own money! The average working adult makes $20 an hour approx. ( Not arguing semantics) So 4 hours of work to make $80. I value my time cause I work hard for my money. My kids took it upon themselves to book and pay for this appointment/gift for their mom And in return their mother experienced poor service. Poor attitudes. And an experience that no human should go through. They were rude! The owners are responsible for their employees behavior towards the customer. This isn't the only time a customer at this same establishment has experienced the same treatment! This shows that the pattern of disrespect and poor customer service is allowed to continue without consequence. And no steps were taken to ensure it never happened again. I also decided I was also going to get my nails done again so on a friend's recommendation I called and made us both appointments at Hot Nails in Silverdale. We went in for our appointments and were greeted immediately, it was very busy, we were early so we took a seat. Only a few minutes later it was my turn and quickly after my daughter was called to sit. I asked for black, matte, and coffin shape. They did exactly what I asked for and my nails look amazing!! My daughter is also extremely happy with her nails as well. He was able to fix the mistakes the others made and her polish is beautiful. It was a nice little mother-daughter time spent which was nice. They were very careful and precise which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back!

I got my nails done last week in a metallic color. It was beautiful, but the edges did not seal correctly. I asked if it could be repaired. They said it could. I was surprised they got me in so fast. Then they seemed to be deliberately misunderstanding me. I said "Repair them! Just fix the tips." They did a complete redo, an unnecessary fill (#scam) and painted my nails black. I said it was the wrong color. The tech cut the sponge and said she fixed it. Well, not only is this color wrong, it is very ugly in most lights. It does not match the color on my toes. Then, she pulls out a ticket and charges FIFTY DOLLARS. I was shocked, but thought, well, at least it's the same color. Then, I saw it in sunlight. Very ugly! I will not pay this. I will not be back to Adora--Ever. If a customer does not ask for a service DO NOT JUST START DOING IT. Listen to what your customer wants. Do not lie or scam.

The numbers dwindled as some cancelled, but the atmosphere was great, they had wine in flutes, cheeses, meats, crackers, grapes, and strawberries laid out for us, and filled our plates as we sat and had pedicures. We then had manicures. The work was relaxing, professional, and my legs and toes felt great. Massage chairs were wonderful. I like to people watch, and the other five people that walked in seemed very relaxed and pleased with the work they had done. The bride loves her nails and we all did too.
