I was asked ONCE over the phone for a credit card number. Lesley continued to be condescending and blaming me for never giving that information and basically refused to book my appointment if I didn't give her my card number. Personally after speaking to Lesley over the phone with her condescending and rude tone I was not comfortable providing this information. I was in the salon on Friday, 7/2/2021 and the front desk lady that checked me never asked for this information. If she did, I would gave it to her. As a salon owner please do not argue with your customers. Due to this experience over the phone I refuse to give her money or support her business. Customer service and professionalism is key. I hung up on Lesley, she called me back 20 minutes late and ended up canceling all my appointments due to this interaction with her. Overall, the ladies that do waxing and facials are wonderful!

There was also a person hunched over outside the door obviously high on drugs, not a good first impression. The salon was in need of a good cleaning, the rug mats inside were filthy. I was really questioning how this place was rated good. I got in a pedi chair (which later noticed water leaking from behind making the floor wet, potential hazard!) the older gal did an awesome job massaging and taking her time with my deluxe pedicure. The original younger gal came over saying she had a no show ( probably left seeing the place closed still) so she started on my nail fill at same time. It took an hour, appreciated getting out of there an hour sooner. She did great job shaping my nails exactly how I wanted and was good not to burn me. I left pleased about my fingernails and toes. Got off to bad start but I'd go back given the positive outcome and that's why the 4 star, not for their lack of professionalism or cleanliness. As long as the nail tools are sterilized I can get over the rest.

The woman who greeted us immediately looked at her watch before asking if it was just one service, which already made me feel a little uncomfortable, but she said they could have one person do my toes and another do my nails so they could finish before closing. That sounded perfectly reasonable to me. While a woman worked on my pedicure, I handed over a nail polish my husband had specifically bought me for this Mother's Day treat and asked for a French tip manicure using that color. The front desk employee even wrote my requested services -- basic pedicure and French tip manicure -- on a Post-it note and placed it in front of the nail technician, Peter. After Peter painted part of one hand, he asked about the color, and I clarified again that I wanted a French tip with it. He immediately threw his hands up in frustration and began speaking angrily in another language as though I had caused a major inconvenience. The frustrating part was that my request had already been written down clearly in front of him the entire time. I asked if it was a problem, and with a dramatic sigh he said, "No, I'll do it." At that point, I no longer felt comfortable letting him work on my nails. After he removed the polish, I told him we could forget the manicure because I "didn't come here to be an inconvenience." He tried to convince me to continue, but the damage was already done. The woman doing my pedicure could clearly see I was upset and even offered to do my nails herself after Peter stormed into the back room, but by then I just wanted to leave. I was literally fighting back tears sitting there beside my daughter during what was supposed to be a relaxing Mother's Day experience. When I went to pay, the woman at the counter didn't ask what happened or how my service was. Peter had already spoken to her beforehand, again in another language, so I have no idea what was said. The only thing she told me was that they wouldn't charge me for the manicure. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and like a burden for simply asking for the service I requested. I won't be returning, and I hope this review helps others know what kind of customer service they may encounter here.

When Sam was massaging my feet, he could tell specially where in my body I was experiencing pain. For months I've been doing physical therapy and just started back to a chiropractor.
