The Parlour is a one stop shop. Ive had my lashes done by Karen, hair by Tali, and nails by Nikki and Laura. Its a relaxing atmosphere and I always leave feeling glamorous. You really develop connections with these ladies. I always look forward to my appointments at the parlour

Hair that I got! Way shorter than what I wanted! And look at this!! I wanted layers to frame my face, not uneven chops!

It took a lot for me too write this review and I feel awful doing so but paying $195 +20 tip for this is making me upset. I had an appt with Tali yesterday, and she was so kind and easy to get along with... but I feel like what she did to my hair was ridiculous. I didn't get a good look at my hair the entire session and towards the end, she didn't show me the back or anything. The front "appeared" fine.. not exactly what I asked for but I expected that since I have hair that's harder to lift. My complaints are to how short and uneven she cut my hair... I specifically stated I wanted a cut underneath my boobs and obviously in the pic, it's way shorter than that. I specifically stated I want a straight cut in the back and just a few layers to frame my face in the front!! But look at this!! It's so choppy and uneven! I have hair in the back area that was cut to this short length which looks ugly! On top of that, I noticed when I got home a "patch" of my hair on my right side that did not look blended. My left side was blended!! Pic for reference. I had long, nice hair coming into this appt and trusted that she knew what she was doing because I was going to get so much taken off.. but for her to cut off even more without me knowing truly upsets me... and the haircut itself. I'm so disappointed!! Now that I'm looking at these pics, I don't see any changes except for the top of my head. I expected my ends to be lighter because they were already light coming to this appt.. but nope! I wish I would've saw all this before leaving the salon but I knew it was super bowl Sunday and I knew she wanted to go home and be with her family since her husband was waiting for her too.. I felt bad already being there till ~4PM.. but after getting a good look at everything, I'm so disappointed!!

100% would recommend the Sugaring Service to anyone interested, especially if its from Amanda!…read more Absolutely my go to, amazing personality and honestly probably ruined other sugaring salons/spas for me (tried other places when I was temporarily out of state). During the winter I just do a Brazilian Sugar but oh boy I cannot wait till spring/summer so I can incorporate the Full Leg Sugar again, Amanda does such a good job that I literally WANT to spend my money here. As for availability, pertaining to sugar waxes, definitely try timing it. I don't know if Amanda is just that popular/well booked but I have yet to be able to schedule an on the spot appointment for last minute planning (not that I need to much since hair needs time to grow anyways). As for the Salon, brought my grandmother with me on a wax appointment and she really wanted and needed a haircut so they took her in on the spot, which was awesome! She loved it and her hair looked well revitalized. She still talks about the experience!

Beware if you go there, read the waiver they have you sign also, appears they have themsselves covered and have to do NOTHING for you to fix the problem.

I've come here for years, it wasn't my first time. I signed in on the new computers for a gel…read moreremoval and a classic pedicure, received my ticket. I was quickly seated for a pedi and given hot water and my drink. No one told me I wasn't even close to be next. I waited 30 min. They finally got to my pedi, and she DID understand what I wanted length/ cut/ file wise. Which was nice, but they left them chunky (fixed it) then left the gel sticky (fixed it) then left my pinky toe sticky/ chunky and not shiney. But at that point o didn't have time. I could have gotten my polish removed first in those 30 min I waited. So, after my gel removal, I kindly told the cashier I was unhappy. But also didn't have the time to fix it anymore. By this point it was 1.5 hours later. I ultimately didn't have that much time to spend there. But had to finish. Was given 10% off my next service. How about a free polish change if I wanted to come back later or another day in the near future. That's really all I needed to be satisfied.

I was lied to by the #Adoranails. I got my nails done last week in a metallic color. It was beautiful, but the edges did not seal correctly. I asked if it could be repaired. They said it could. I was surprised they got me in so fast. Then they seemed to be deliberately misunderstanding me. I said "Repair them! Just fix the tips." They did a complete redo, an unnecessary fill (#scam) and painted my nails black. I said it was the wrong color. The tech cut the sponge and said she fixed it. Well, not only is this color wrong, it is very ugly in most lights. It does not match the color on my toes. Then, she pulls out a ticket and charges FIFTY DOLLARS. I was shocked, but thought, well, at least it's the same color. Then, I saw it in sunlight. Very ugly! I will not pay this. I will not be back to Adora--Ever. If a customer does not ask for a service DO NOT JUST START DOING IT. Listen to what your customer wants. Do not lie or scam.

My non gel polish is still on and looking good after 2.5 weeks. Definitely would recommend a pedicure from the man! Wish I had asked for his name. Now for the manicure. I give this a minus one. The lady used a dermal on my cuticles, this not only caused severe hang nails, it also cut a ridge into all my nails that will take months to grow out. I never use gel polish so I do not understand why she also used the dermal on my nails. They are now so thin and brittle that I had to cut them all off. My polish looked horrible by the next day. If you get a manicure here, be very careful of how it is done.

The numbers dwindled as some cancelled, but the atmosphere was great, they had wine in flutes, cheeses, meats, crackers, grapes, and strawberries laid out for us, and filled our plates as we sat and had pedicures. We then had manicures. The work was relaxing, professional, and my legs and toes felt great. Massage chairs were wonderful. I like to people watch, and the other five people that walked in seemed very relaxed and pleased with the work they had done. The bride loves her nails and we all did too.

I got my hair trimmed recently. It was my first (and now last) time at Envy. I mostly chose this…read moreplace due to the convenience of scheduling an appointment online, but the reviews were also promising. The lady who trimmed my hair did a decent job and was nice. My review, however, is for an atrocious experience I had with the owner, Brandi Wilson. My sister's first time at Envy didn't go as well as mine. Someone there attempted a balayage that... Well, let's just say she's had to spend hundreds of dollars correcting at other salons. Unsure of how the refund process works, she took me with her to speak with the manager about it. Ms. Wilson was with a client when we walked in. Awkwardly, my sister had to explain her situation while Ms. Wilson washed another lady's hair. She barely looked at us and acted like we were an annoying distraction from her work. Nevertheless, my sister kindly explained that the stylist didn't use the freehand painting technique that one uses for a proper balayage. Instead, she used foils from root to tip, all over, which resulted in chunky highlights that didn't naturally blend in. It was not a balayage in any way, shape, or form. (Picture attached.) Ms. Wilson saw that picture and didn't see anything wrong with it. She responded, first, with a lecture on what balayage is in an effort to discredit us - with misinformation, no less. She said balayage "isn't necessarily a technique" - no, it is a technique. That's literally what it is, what makes it special in the first place - the unique application. The more she talked about it, the more ignorant and patronizing she came across. She told us we have to talk to the stylist and that she could give us the stylist's number. All well and good. But then she left us standing there and continued picking apart my sister's complaint. She kept saying unhelpful, inflammatory things like, "Well if you'd talked to [the stylist] first maybe she would've fixed your hair for free." I don't know if she was in a bad mood or what, but she wanted to argue. Understandably I was irritated by this, but I stayed calm. I said we didn't want the original stylist to fix my sister's hair. Ms. Wilson acted like she had been personally attacked. She raised her voice and became visibly angry, demanding, "What do you want me to do?" I tried to say we just wanted the stylist's number but she kept talking over me. It made us very uncomfortable, so I had to tell her to chill. She seriously needed to calm down; there was no need for her to get defensive and escalate the situation. Instead, she lost it. She started yelling. She told us to leave before she called the police. She shouted, and I quote, "Exit my fricken business!" I was beyond done and going to leave, but we still needed the stylist's number for a refund. So I asked her, calmly, "Could you please give us [the stylist's] contact information?" I thought it was a reasonable request. Still enraged, she snapped, "You know what? Find it online." (We have this exchange on video, by the way.) Admittedly I did call her a name right before I left, but it was my only act of aggression in the whole mess and, frankly, she deserved it after the way she treated us. I will be doing what Ms. Wilson said and staying out of her "fricken" business for good. I'm telling everyone I know to avoid Envy as well. There are better salons in the area that are professional, friendly, and highly skilled - Tease and Ross Michaels comes to mind. Ms. Wilson needs to work on basic customer service skills because this does not bode well for any business. As the owner you represent your entire salon, your staff - even if they are independent contractors. You need to treat customers with care and respect. Don't be condescending. Don't make excuses. A little empathy goes a long way. Doing a little research on balayage wouldn't hurt, either.
