They also reused items (nail files, buffers, etc.) which I did not love. The nail technicians little plastic box had various tools and instruments all thrown in together. I got a deluxe manicure, and it included a desultory massage I could have just as easily done myself. Finally, the attitude of the staff did not put me at ease.
