The first woman did a great job prepping my nails and getting them shaped the way I wanted (since it was different from my reference photo). The lady who did the design though. Incredible job! Every time I go in the nail techs go above and beyond - I always walk out with beautiful acrylics that are thin/natural looking and well shaped. Tonight they even took me as a late walk in and stayed half an hour past closing to finish my nails. Even though doing my nails was keeping her late she took the time to make sure I got the high quality service I had grown accustomed to since I started going to them. If you're tired of subpar nail service or you feel like your usual tech is phoning in your service switch to Top Nails!

Penny made me feel so relaxed with the pedicure and Hannah worked her magic on my manicure which included saving broken nail too! She also respected my not wanting to have the electric buffer/file used on my sensitive nail plate. Which I really appreciated. They were. Friendly , efficient, patient ( Hannah nearly lost it when I was being overly fussy ) but I when I just let go and let them do their stuff , I felt totally pampered and relaxed. Everything looked clean and the variety of colors and style to me was enormous! They even advised on colors best suited to your skin tone and we came to a happy agreement . The results were excellent . Just what I was looking for . I will totally come back and hope my experience there was as great as it was today. Thankyou ladies !

There are much better places here in Bellingham that offer a much better product for the money. As I sit here I keep wondering, did they think they game me a good service? Did they just think I was a dumb dude who doesn't know better? Why did she not do what I asked her when I asked if she was going to flatten the ridges on my nails with a dremel like she did with the woman next to me, or why did she not reduce any of my calluses? Sooooo disappointed
