How very unprofessional when I called yesterday and he gave me the time. This is no way to run a business, no sign or note on the door for an explanation as to why no one is here. Update David called around 1:20p and apologized. I explained to him I came from Maplefalls for this appointment, that's why I made one. It's a 45 minute drive 1 way and 1/4 tank of gas round trip, with gas so high I really don't have the money to drive around aimlessly. He didn't seem to be bothered by that at all. We picked basic gel pedis, but they offer more full-service options including leg massages, heated towel wraps, etc. The technicians were friendly and professional, and they have literally a zillion colors to choose from. Unlike the other local nail salons I've visited, clients are treated as valued guests and extra care is taken to ensure that the client is comfortable and happy. There is a wide variety of polishes, so whether you want a basic regular polish color or a bright gel, they've got you covered. Specialty polishes include glittery gels and lovely pearlescent colors. With so many choices available, it's hard to make a decision. Appointments are suggested but walk-ins are also welcomed.
