Please clean up the place especially why the kids are asleep, dirty lunch room, bathroom and dust polish . love you but a pig sty!!

When I lived in Bellingham this was where I came every two weeks for my solar full set. I moved to Seattle in 2009 and for the past three years I have been on a journey to find a place I love as much as T&T. It was a fruitless journey, so I finally decided the two hour drive north was worth a perfect full set. To my surprise, after three years the owner still remembered me and exactly how I liked my nails. And let me tell you, for the first time since 2009 I am extremely happy with how my nails turned out. He takes so much time to make sure that each nail turns out perfect. Plus I love that he offers solar nails which means instead of waiting for paint or gel to dry, he does a a buff, and the nails stay shiny longer. It's more expensive, but it's worth it. Nails Care is a fantastic nail salon. The owner and her daughter were working when I walked in for a mani-pedi. Ven did my nails and they look beautiful. Not only did she take her time with my nails she also included a relaxing leg massage. Her daughter Bella was also extremely nice and the nails she was working on looked lovely. Located across from Bellis Fair Mall by Costcutters Groceries with lots of parking. The prices were very reasonable and the basic pedi was more like a deluxe at other salons. My partner and I really enjoyed coming here. It's a very small establishment with only three manicure tables and more pedicure stations, about 6-8. They were going back to back with walk-ins and appointments but they handled it professionally and were very polite. They were all very nice and I was very satisfied with my gel pedicure. They were very polite and professional. $25 each and no paraffin wax or hot stones, but they do a nice long leg massage and have really great massage chairs. The gals working were so friendly and kind! They did a fabulous job on our pedicures, which ended up lasting a month and a half before I decided to take it off. It didn't even chip!!! I came here as a treat from my hubby to pamper my toes-which have been greatly neglected as I am very pregnant and about to pop. It was amazing. They weren't very busy so they got me seated right away, and even got my hubby in a massage chair right next to me to relax while they did my pedicure. She was kind and spent so much time with me, I think I was pampered for at least an hour before she even painted my nails! I feel bad writing a negative review cause the girl was nice. But don't ever let the guy touch your nails he just kills time until someone else can get to you. Only one girl can do acrylics so she rushes through them and not only did she BURN THE SKIN OFF MY FINGER but my nails are wavy and paint is all over my fingers and I understand not being able to do exactly what I wanted but it just adds to the bad experience. And it took over an hour for a fill. My friends nails took an hour and 45 min and all her French tips are different size and widths. read more

I've been trying to hone in on a really good nail place and after visiting this place unfortunately im still on the lookout. My lady was very nice and actually cracked a few jokes. Seemed like they had regulars. But as for me, I received a full set with gel paying $35 plus tip. My nails came out very cartoonish and lumpy. I think it's because they dip your finger in the powder instead of applying the acrylic with a brush. Anyways, proceed with caution, I will not be returning read more

Good selection of nail colors, and I was seated quickly. Those are pretty much the only pros of my visit. I was getting an acrylic fill. They replaced one tip, but did a terrible job causing a big gap between my natural nail and the acrylic. I pointed it out, and they tried to fix it by dremelling my natural nail, which didn't work. My nails are all uneven lengths, and not shaped the same way. The one tip they replaced is a quarter of an inch shorter than any of the others. My nails were not capped with polish on the ends, and little bits of plastic are still hanging off of the acrylic. read more

Walked in at 5:00 pm on a Tuesday night and the place was empty - first clue. Asked about getting a fill and trimmed. The lady asked, "No color?" - second clue. I replied, "Yes, color. How much for gel?" "$30. Regular polish $20." Just for the polish?! They were definitely not looking for business or customers! I went and checked out Burlington Coat Factory across the parking lot and 30 minutes later there still was no activity at the nail salon, go figure. Name should be Nails Don't Care! read more

Terrible. No customer service at all. They don't even engage with their customers. The salon smells. Chairs are in terrible condition. They use a terrible dip shellac fill product which doesn't last. The worst part is my nail broke due to their poor quality items and they had the audacity to charge me for a nail that broke due to their poor products. Do not recommend. My fiancé and I go to get pedicures together every Valentine's Day. We usually go to perfect 10 but we're both sober and they give out wine and beer and their service is more expensive but good. We decided to try this place since it's less expensive and they had good reviews. I usually don't write reviews but this place was very good. They take their time and it felt like a spa. I was visiting my old college stomping grounds and decided to get manicures with a friend. After reading all the positive reviews, we decided to try Nails Care. Without an appointment, she and I walked in and were in seats pretty quickly. But the staff completely didn't listen to what we wanted. All I wanted were flowers on my nail tips like I had seen in their yelp business photos and even after showing the woman the picture and her saying 'Okay!' I turned away and looked back and she was painting my entire nail! When I told her that I was hoping for a clear nail with the flowers painted, she laughed it off and just kept painting them anyway. And if we consider the fact that all I got was a one-color, polish manicure, my results are disappointing. My cuticles weren't done well, she didn't even paint and the way to my cuticules, and the color is isn't even all over my nail. I wish we would have gone to Jimmy's. read more

I strolled in on a Sunday afternoon and was shocked to see the place empty. Lucky me because the gal there was more focused on giving me the best pedicure ever, rather than trying to get me in and out of the chair. Great selection of nail polish and the pedicure chairs were amazing - pretty new, great technology and clean. The employee doing my pedicure gave me a long, good massage and nothing felt rushed.
