I decided on Acrylic nails as they are more sturdy than just gel. I was pleasantly surprised as Cindy did beautiful French nails for me. They weren't too long so I could get used to them. I felt so special and they looked beautiful on my son's wedding day. When the shop moved to it's current location, I followed (of course) and have been seeing Cindy and some of the other girls too. Went for acrylic removal and gel. They did not soak the acrylics off, but instead shipped the edges…read morethen "popped" them off, removing layers of my actual nail and breaking the tips. My thumbnail partially separated from the nail bed and stings like a B. It was very painful. By the time I realized what was happening I was just too stunned to speak up. The person who did my gel afterwards was very nice, but never once sanitized or asked me to wash my hands. Overall the workers were kind, but my nails were so damaged and in pain from the removal it was terrible.
