I recently visited Lotus Salon for a pedicure. The pedicurist was very friendly and welcoming,…read morewhich I appreciated. However, the overall experience was just average for me. I was disappointed with the foot and heel scrub, as I didn't feel it was thorough enough. I also wasn't very comfortable with the area designated for drying pedicures, and I found the salon to be somewhat cluttered, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere I was hoping for. Another challenge was the lack of a dedicated parking area. Finding street parking was very difficult and added unnecessary stress before my appointment. While the staff was kind and professional, there are several areas that could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience.

I made an appointment and as soon as I walked in the lady seemed upset and bothered. I always get powder dip, This is what I like to use on my nails because it last longer and less maintenance. She was pulling my hand closer to her and I felt like she didn't want to be uncomfortable and even told me to move my chair a certain way. I asked her to clean underneath my nail and she said later ..... well at this point my facial expression said it all I decided I will no longer give tip to anyone that didn't work for it and that wasn't even kind to me. #tips #nailsalon stop expecting tips if don't put in the work. I stumbled upon this place on a whim because i needed a pedicure that couldn't wait and found Abby…read moreNails. It's a very simple location meaning no pizazz but great pedicure. I was a walk in and wanted a gel pedicure which is $35 and i was talked into a Spa pedicure that is $10 extra which isn't bad considering i pay $45 alone in other locations for a basic gel pedicure. She did a great job and i genuinely felt very relaxed The only reason for no 5stars was a smell that was uncomfortable and hard to ignore but hoping to give it another try

Adam told me I had a 2 hour wait and suggested I try someone else! Wow! That was unusual!! So I did. I was happy with the results. However, the vibe was off! The lady at the front and Adam's wife are friendly to their appointments. Don't get me wrong, they should be. Keep in mind though that customer service should be extended to everyone. No one should leave there feeling dejected. Initially I placed a positive review. NOT ANY LONGER!!! I found some place else and so has my friends. There are too many nail salons for patrons to be treated unwelcomed!!

This was visit from 2012…read more I yelped nail salons that were still open yesterday (Saturday, around 4:30p) and Nail Flower was number one on the list. Super nice, not too busy, called ahead and I was able to walk in and get our pedis right away. Girls were nice. They spoke Spanish, so I was able to explain better what we needed. The usual Massage chairs. Nice place. It's man friendly. Another guy was there getting a mani. And another guy popped his head in who seemed like a blue-collar manly man and was happy to know it was open until 6:30p on Saturdays. Took about an hour and a half for us get pedi'd. Will definitely come back! Great experience.

Waited in…read morethe car for 15 min before they opened up so they opened up the store 10 min late which already rubbed me the wrong way . Their hours online said 9 so I thought maybe they made a mistake when I called but the lady apologized and said we open at 8:30. I stated to them my concerns for longevity with my nails bc I am a mom and work full time and was looking for them to last 3 weeks. I told them I wanted a gel manicure in NY that is enough for them to ask what type of gel manicure do you want UV or color gel. They assumed I wanted a standard color-gel and I walked out of there with more or less nail polish on my nails. I didn't have a third hour to sit and have her do them so I just had her finish them. Its safe to say they won't last two weeks never mind three but we shall see. Lucy does great but would be nice if they had a price list posted on a wall in the place so a customer can ask about the services available. The jelly pedi was pretty cool. However, chairs are a bit outdated. She had to unplug it while I was sitting in it bc the jets stopped working. Also, I had to hold the chair in place with my legs bc as she massaged my feet it squeaked and moved back and forth like I was on a carnival ride. That was a bit distracting when you pay $35 for a pedi. I'll give Lucy another shot bc I see people really like her so UV gel mani next time and we will see how long they last. ******update! Went back and saw Laura because Lucy wasn't there today but I got a whole new UV set for half price. Great customer service and my nails look awesome! I will be back
